2 Chapter 2 - A Small World!!

"CEO Gu, it's almost time for the meeting with Chen Corporation, CEO Chen's assistant just called me to remind us to be on time." Yun Hee said to Gu Jun Pyo.

He took a glance at his watch and said, "Yes, I was preparing to leave, let's go." Gu Jun Pyo stepped into the elevator with his secretary. Chi Yun Hee took a sneak peek at her boss and couldn't help but blush at his extraordinary beauty. His naturally, roughly curled hair. His long and pointed nose, his long eye lashes and the way his perfect body compliments the black suit he was wearing.

"Ah...He is just too perfect! Yun Hee thought.

"Did you arrange all the documents for the collaboration? Jun Pyo asked.

"Yes sir, the documents are ready and after the presentation we'll give the documents to them."

"Good," Jun Pyo nodded. "Make sure it's all in order. There is no room for error, because this collaboration must push through today."

"Sure sir."

*Chen corporation.....*

Chen Li Wei was sitted in his office. with his legs crossed and his eyes closed. He rests his head on the headrest and was seriously lost in thoughts.

A knock came on the door snapping him out of his thoughts, he composed himself and said, "Come in."

"They are here sir," Soo Lan informed her boss.

"Oh." Chen Li Wei sat up. "Okay, take them to the conference room, I'll join you now."

"Okay sir."

Li Wei stepped into the conference room to see his guests, He gave CEO Gu a light nod in recognition before saying "Welcome to Chen corporation, CEO Gu."

Standing up Jun Pyo put forth his hand for a handshake. "Thank You for having me CEO Chen".

Moving towards his seat, Li Wei gestured towards the others to sit. his eyes wandered around the room and he seemed to be searching for someone. His secretary moved towards him and whispered something in his ears to which he just nodded.

"May we begin, CEO Chen?" Gu Jun Pyo asked.

Li Wei Clears his throat. "I apologize CEO Gu but we are waiting for my....."

Before Li Wei could complete his words, the door clicked open, and a woman step into the conference room. She was wearing a white striped shirt neatly tucked into a blue color high waist pencil skirt, that compliments her full curves. Her hair was wrapped in a messy bun and she wore a black colored heels to complete the perfect business queen look. She was holding some documents in her hands and wore a very bright smile. Her voice sounded like a melody, directly from an angel. "I apologise for the delay, I got held up while sorting some paperworks, Yan Su Min apologized.

Chen Li Wei gave her a hearty smile and nodded in acknowledgment then signals her to sit.

"Did CEO Chen just smile?! "What?! I must be seeing things,"Thought Soo Lan.

"You were right on time," Said Chen Li Wei.

"What?! right on time?! I must be hearing things too! Soo Lan shouted inwardly.

"G*sh! she was five minutes late and he said she was right on time! "Am I dreaming?! Soo Lan (CEO Chen's secretary) thought to herself.

Seeing that she was settled on a chair Chen Li Wei said, "Now, Let's begin."

Li Wei looked towards Gu Jun Pyo, who seem completely in a daze. He stared unblinkingly at the woman who just stepped in like a queen. He pinched himself several times to make sure it wasn't a dream.

"She is really here! Sitting in the same room with me After so long? After Four long years, he got to see her again!"

Everyone's gaze turned to Gu Jun Pyo expecting him to begin the presentation but he was lost! Completely lost!

Yan Su Min looked up from the files she was holding when she didn't hear the meeting getting started. She noticed everyone looking at the guest CEO who was supposed to give a presentation.

When she looked in the direction in which everyone were intently staring she froze, "No Freaking Way!" She thought. "What a small world!"

Seeing that everyone was waiting for her boss and he wasn't responding, Yun Hee slightly tapped him on the shoulder and whispered "CEO Gu, what's wrong?"

Snapping out of his reverie, Jun Pyo immediately apologized. "I'm sorry, I spaced out." He look back at the files and stood up. "Let's Begin."

After Jun Pyo's short speech, his secretary, Yun Hee gave the presentation on the proposed project for the collaboration.

Nodding in satisfaction, Chen Li Wei looked towards Yan Su Min and gave her a signal.

She stood up and walked to the podium to give their presentation then she explained the aims and objectives of the project and highlights the profits to be attained from the collaboration.

After giving her presentation she walked to each table and passed a copy of the supposed documents around.

When the familiar milky scent drifted through his nose, Gu Jun Pyo closed his eyes and silently inhaled deeply to savor it all to himself. God knows how much he has missed this beautiful scent. Then in an instant it was all gone again! He opened his eyes and saw the woman and couldn't stop staring at her lovingly. His longing gaze followed her around the room. He he couldn't wait for this meeting to come to an end so he could talk to her. So he could touch and hug her.

Being the smart man that he was, Chen Li Wei noticed how Jun Pyo's gaze wouldn't leave Yan Su Min's direction and he couldn't help but feel jealous.

He hasn't even made his move on her yet and he's already got a competitor. "Like I'll allow that! Li Wei snickered inwardly.

"You want to steal my Su Min right under my watch, Dream On!!

Chen Li Wei has been crazingly in love with Su Min since the day she applied for a job at his company, three months ago. He was afraid he would scare her away with his feelings so he decided to give some time to her till she properly settle and gets familiar with the environment , Then he could finally make his move. And now this CEO Gu is eyeing her like his long lost candy.

"Let's proceed." Chen Li Wei said looking at Gu Jun Pyo, in order to bring his attention away from his Su Min.

"Y...Yes let's proceed."

With each party signing the documents, the deal was sealed. Chen Li Wei was eager to get this over with as quickly as he could, so this CEO Gu could leave soon.

Meanwhile in order to avoid communicating with Jun Pyo, Su Min packed all the signed documents and hurriedly left the conference room. "She was just not ready to face him."

"What a really small world! Of all the companies that Gu Jun Pyo could collaborate with, he chose Chen Corporation the same place she was.

Seeing that she was gone Chen Liwei sighed in relief and turned to Gu Jun Pyo and tried to pry for some information.

"CEO Gu, You seemed lost during the meeting, Hope no problem?

Jun Pyo shook his head and thought for a while. "Ah...No.. No... no problem at all. Gu Jun Pyo stuttered his reply.

"Alright then, if you'll please excuse me," Chen Li Wei said walking towards the door.

"Uh...CEO Chen," Jun Pyo suddenly called.

"Yes? Li Wei turned around to face Gu Jun Pyo.

"Forgive me for prying, but if I may ask, who was that woman? I mean the one that gave the presentation from your side.

"Oh...My bad." Li Wei hits his forehead with his palm and said, "I forgot to introduce you," That was Miss Yan and she's the head of strategic planning for our Chen Corporation, and also My personal assistant.

"Oh," Jun Pyo mouthed at the introduction.

Li Wei noticed Jun Pyo's expression at his introduction. "By any means is she someone CEO Gu knows? Li Wei said, throwing the bait.

"Know? Do I know I her? Jun Pyo mentally asked himself. He look at Li Wei and shook his head in denial. "No... I don't, I don't know her..."
