The Prophecy!

The sky was getting clear and the dark clouds moved away. This left everyone else confused. Mr. Kim and Mrs Kim were confused. Miyeon probably understood the what was happening.

Mrs Kim: Honey what is happening! I am scared...

Mr. Kim: I don't know dear. But why is this happening! *Sigh*

Both Miyeon and Misook were looking up. At that time a circle of bright light was formed in the sky and a heavy and devine voice spoke:

"The soulmate of the child, born on 1st full moon would decide the fate of the world."

Misook: That means, based on the partner he chooses, he can bring evil.

Miyeon: Or good! *She was about to say something else, but Misook disappeared* What on the world-!

Miyeon looked around. She knew Misook already has a plan otherwise she would never leave like that!

Miyeon: *Turned to Mr. and Mrs. Kim* Look I am sure she has some plan in her mind! We need to be very careful. We need to protect your child at any cost!

Mr. Kim: What do we do now? *He said after taking a deep breath*

Miyeon: All we need to do is protect your child from all bad influence available around. See it takes time to go towards the good but it's a matter of moments people do something bad.

Mrs. Kim: Why is this happening to us? What did we do? We are just human!! *Sobbing*

Miyeon realised she would react a bit too much in everything because of her pregnency hormones. She said softly,

Miyeon: You, my dear. *Pointing at Mrs. Kim* Your great grandmother was once the queen who ruled over all the good creatures. She gave birth to me, Misook and your grandmother. So you belong to a bloodline of us. However Misook wanted absolute power. She wanted to be the queen. But our mother sensed her intensions. So she made me the Queen. Misook was going to attack from behind our back which mother again found out and locked her in her room. But she broke free from our mother and wanted to marry the son of the evil King. But the son of the evil King even though had devil's blood in his veins, chose to be good and married your grandma. That's why your child has the equal amount of good and bad in him. He would be very powerful too. If he chooses a evil partner then he'll turn to evil. But if he chooses the fairy who'd be born the next year to your son's birth, then both of them would destroy the evil and bring peace.

Mrs. Kim: I don't want to imagine what would happen if he chooses the wrong one!

Mr. Kim: What should we do now? We can't let them succeed....

Miyeon: I don't think Misook can do anything till your baby turns 20. He has to be married by 22 at any cost with the good girl. Or else everything is doomed.

This got the Kim couple very much worried. Saving both their son and world was important.

Mr. Kim: But where can we find that girl?

Miyeon: When time comes fate would bring her infront of you. You just have to recognise her.

Mrs. Kim: How can we recognise her...

Miyeon: Grandma.. you can call me grandma because I am your grandmother's elder sister.

Mrs. Kim smiled at Miyeon. Then she said,

Mrs. Kim: Grandma how can we actually recognise that girl?

Miyeon: She is a nymph and has fairy blood. So she has an unique fragrance in her body.

Mr. Kim: Okay grandma.

Mrs. Kim was still worried. She couldn't take all these because she was a human. So it was hard for her to take. It was too much for her. Miyeon looked at her and said

Miyeon: Don't be sad my child. I'll come and visit you at times. Anytime things get hard I'll be here protecting you.

Mrs. Kim: Thank you so much grandma!

Miyeon: Okay now it's time for me to leave! Bye kids! *She disappeared*

Mr. Kim: Wha- what just happened!

His guards came running.

Guard: Sir! Madam! We were right here. I don't know how we ended up in the nearby forest! It took us a while to get back!

Mr Kim: *Understanding it was due to the magic of either Miyeon or Misook* Nohing happened. Y'all worked whole night. Go get some rest.

The guards bowed and left. They came inside and sat on the couch. Mrs. Kim could not get the thoughts out of her head.

Mr. Kim: Honey it's okay. We'll do what we can do to protect our son.

???: Omo what happened in the front yard! *An elderly lady said while coming in*

Mrs. Kim: Ajjuma!

Ajjuma: What happened here?

Mr. Kim: Ajjuma please sit here. We'll tell.

She was the most trusted person to the Kims. She took care of Mrs. Kim when she was a child. Then she came to this house with Mrs. Kim after her marriage because she was unmarried. Mr. and Mrs. Kim told her everything. She heard it all and widened her eyes.

Ajjuma: You are telling me Misook came? *They both nodded* this isn't good. She has her eyes on your baby!

Mr. Kim: But grandma Miyeon said she won't come till our child turns 20. He should be married to that good girl by 22.

Ajjuma: Believe her when she says that. She is your grandmother after all. She is like a mother to me and your mother dear.

Mrs. Kim: Ajjuma, she told us about the scent of the girl too. But how would we identify that sent?

Ajjuma: It's the scent which your grandmother used to have. I know that scent. Since your grandmother chose to not use her powers and live as human, and grandpa was a human, your mother was raised as a human. So you don't have powers but your son does. Because even if you don't have powers, you are capable of giving birth to someone who has powers.

Mrs. Kim: Ahh I see.

Time went by and it was 9th month of her pregnancy. They forgot about the whole incident and Miyeon and Misook in these 6 months. It was 5 days before the due date which doctor gave. Mrs. Kim was peeling some almonds in her room. At that time, Mr. Kim entered.

Mr. Kim: How do you feel honey? Did you throw up again?

Mrs Kim stood up to say something but at that moment a scream left her mouth. Mr. Kim looked down and saw her water broke and she was going into labour. Ajjuma Came running inside the room hearing the scream.

Ajjuma: Oh my God! The baby is coming! *She looked outside* Oh no it's going to rain!

They didn't notice that day was the day of first full moon.
