I had messed up. 

It took a man to admit he had messed up and I was the manliest of men. Normally my pride was always first but nothing was worse than when Benedito was upset with me. Yes, I sent him through hell and back, but he knew I was simply being dramatic. 

I had only managed to truly piss him off twice. That one time in New York because I did not want to share a room with him and now. It took a lot to make him angry and I had hit the nail on the head this time. 

I wanted to blame Rob for being a loose lip hillbilly but I knew I was also to blame for this. I should have been honest with Benedito the moment I entertained his relationship efforts and when he asked me about JD. It must have been terrible from his side. I looked him dead in the eye and told him there was nothing going on with JD.
