The Warmth

It felt like eternity as I heard every single thing around me. A low beeping from a distance, metal being bent as warmth spread from my mouth down my face all the way to the tips of my fingers. I felt multiple hands touch me as a scream and sob broke out in the background. 

At first it felt like a black abyss until I suddenly opened my eyes as I felt my body move as four different men looked at me. The lights above me shook and different wires were strapped on my arm. 

I did not know what the man dressed in a white shirt was saying as he gently held my hand. Only when the word 'Pereira' popped up did I desperately try to scream for Benedito, but it felt like I had something closing up my throat.
