"Vince are you listening?" Rias questioned as soon as she saw him spacing out.

Vince stretched his arms into the air with a bored look. He looked around the pool and shrugged. "Yeah, you were saying something."

Rias folded her arms causing her breasts to rise. To which Issei stared at before getting his cheek pinched by an annoyed Asia. "What did I just say?"

"I wasn't paying attention. But in my defense you sounded boring." He replied looking at a window.

A tickmark appeared on her head. "I'm not boring!"

"Uhuh. So what is it?" Vince asked looking bored.

"We're going to swim tomorrow. Vince-kun." Akeno spoke with a smile.

"Pass."

"Eh?! Why would you pass on seeing Buchou, Akeno-san, Kasumi and Akari-chan in swimsuits!? Issei shouted in shock.

Vince shot Issei an annoyed look at refrencing Kasumi and Akari before he shook his head. "I have some training to do."

"Come on Vince, go swim with us tomorrow and you can also train another day right?" Rias pleaded looking at him sadly.

A sigh escaped from him. Vince looked around the pool and shrugged. "I'll come along tomorrow but I am going to train today to make up for tomorrow."

A frown appeared on Rias' face as she gazed at him questioningly. "Are you going to train with Arondight?"

"No."

"Very well. But first help us clean the swimming pool-" Before Rias could finish her sentence Vince slammed his hands into the pool. The water in the pool suddenly shot up into the air and the water started to pour down on them. The remaining moss and dirt promptly fell on top of Issei much to his ire.

"Hey Vince! What was that for!?" Issei shouted as he quickly got the dirt and moss off of him.

(Payback for annoying me.) Vince thought as he walked away.

"Ara, that Sacred Gear of Vince-kun is really convenient. I wonder if he can wash over me later on." Akeno commented smiling, causing Rias to glare at her.

Vince crossed his arms as he looked around the grassy field. A satisfied smile appeared on his face upon seeing no one else around. He brought out Crescent Rose in it's scythe form and his gray cellphone. "Hey Yume. You still asleep?"

Yume yawned loudly as she opened her eyes. [Hello Vince. What's wrong?]

He raised an eyebrow at her tired look. "Something wrong? You've been sleeping a lot lately."

[I had to keep your Sacred Gears in check. Angel/Devil started acting up and which in turn cause Element Brand to start doing the same.] She informed with a small frown.

"Huh."

[I think it would be best if you trained using Angel/Devil today. I want to see what exactly what's been happening.] Yume advised.

"I suppose so." Vince pressed a button on the gray cellphone. A strong demonic aura came out of the cellphone.

"Unnghh..." Vince dropped Crescent Rose and fell to the ground as the demonic aura enveloped him.

He stood there completely still as engulfed his entire body. A few minutes later Vince got up groaning in pain. "Ugh. What the hell happened?"

"Vince are you okay?!" A feminine voice shouted.

(Huh? Why are they here?) Vince turned around to see the others looking at him worried with Kasumi and Akari quickly running in. "Yeah, why are all of you here?"

"We felt the demonic energy from- Vince your arms!" Rias shouted in shock as the everyone else's eyes widened.

Vince looked down and his eyes also widened. Both arms turned into demonic looking claws. His claws, palm, and forehand illuminated a blue aura, with a large blue crack in the middle of his forearm. The rest of his arms was covered in red organic flesh, with a spike protruding from his elbow. Purple strap-like flesh covered the top part of both of his arms. (...What the hell!? Why are my arms like this?)

[I see. This must be why it's been acting up.] She commented to herself.

"Yume-san, what happened?" Kasumi asked worriedly as Vince flexed his demonic arms.

[The Sacred Gear went through an evolution. Ever since Vince awakened Angel/Devil, it gained more power as Vince grew stronger. It went with what Vince desired the most and formed into something he's familiar with this was only for his devil form though. Vince's desire for his angel form was different.] Yume informed them, much to his surprise.

(I've been playing way to much videogames if this is the reason my arms turned into that. Well at least it looks cool. Well at least my angel form wasn't affected by my desire from videogames.) Vince thought as he stared at his demonic arms.

He continued to stare at his demonic arms before a thought came to him. "Wait. If that's the case then why did my eyes previously changed color and what desire affected my angel form."

[Your eyes were housing that demonic power. Also you were thinking of her at the time. For your angel form, you were thinking about Gabriel at the time.] She answered much to Rias' dismay.

"...Oh. That make sense now that I think about it." Vince muttered to himself.

"Thinking of who?" Issei asked confused.

"My ex-girlfriend and Gabriel. She's an old friend of mine." Vince said simply, much to Kasumi, Akari, Rias and Akeno's ire.

He ignored their irritated looks and picked up Crescent Rose. Vince gripped it tightly in both of his hands. To his and everyone else's shock the scythe easily snapped into multiple pieces. "Oh for fuck's sake..."

[You probably know this since you're familiar but your strength has increased greatly. Unfortunately, Crescent Rose wasn't durable enough to handle it and it is man-made. It wasn't going to last very long.] Yume explained causing him to sigh.

(Well. The least I can do is make sure nobody can use it. I just hope these arms are as strong and durable as the real deal. I feel a little sad. I guess I grew a small attachment to Crescent Rose.) Vince gathered all of the broken pieces of Crescent Rose and to the group's surprise he crushed the pieces into dust.

He ignored their surprised looks and turned to Yume. "I'll be checking the angel side just incase."

[OK.]

Vince pressed the button on his cellphone and breathed a sigh of relief when he saw his demonic claws disappear, turning him back to normal. He quickly pressed another button on the cellphone as a holy aura shot out of the cellphone and engulfed his entire body.

"Rrrgh..." His body twitched as Vince started breathing heavily. Everyone looked at him worriedly. Rias was about to walk towards him but was held back by Kasumi who shook her head. She gritted her teeth and said nothing but watched him.

The holy aura faded a pair of white feathered wings appeared on Vince's back. He got up to his and everyone else's surprise he levitated a few inches into the air. A pulse of holy energy was then felt by everyone. "...Shit."

Seconds later an enormous amount of holy lightning rained down from the skies and bombard the area. Forcing Rias and Akeno to quickly form a large barrier to protect everyone as the lightning bolts continued to bombard the area around him.

"To think Vince-kun created this by accident..." Akeno spoke softly.

Vince quickly got down from the air and pressed the button on his cellphone, his angel wings receded turning him back to normal. "Is everyone okay?"

Rias and Akeno brought down the barrier and breathed a sigh of relief. Rias nodded in response. "Yes, we're fine. Are you okay Vince? That was a very powerful attack."

Kasumi and Akari looked at him worriedly while Issei stood there completely shocked at the powerful attack.

"Yeah, I'm okay. I'll have to train on my own though." Vince stated placing the gray cellphone in his pocket.

Rias frowned and looked at him sternly. "You can't train on your Vince. You'll need someone to watch over you while you train."

"No."

"What do you mean no!? You clearly have no control, we have to keep an eye on you so you don't accidently hurt yourself." She replied seriously.

Vince's shot her an annoyed look. "That doesn't matter. I train alone besides, did you see what I did? It would be risky for you or anyone to watch me train."

"It does matter Vince. You'll hurt yourself trying to control both of your forms." Rias replied stubbornly.

"The answer is still no. I'm still going to train alone." Vince stated crossing his arms.

Her eyes narrowed in response. "Vince. You're going to train and let us watch over your training."

"I'm not apart of your peerage Rias and I don't recall being obligated to take orders from you." Vince coated with his feet in lightning and ran away at blinding speeds before she could from a response.

Rias fumed and spoke up. "Kasumi, Akari. Has Vince always been this stubborn?"

"Yes." Kasumi and Akari said in unison. They glared at each other for a moment before Kasumi cleared her throat. "Vince may be unmotivated from time to time but once he has his mind set on something there's no stopping him."

"I wouldn't worry to much about Vince. He wouldn't do something so reckless, especially when the conference is so soon. Unless his main intention is to get injured to avoid attending." Akari spoke almost absentmindedly, alarming Rias.

"Akeno search for Vince and keep an eye on him to make sure he doesn't hurt himself." Rias ordered.

"Yes, Buchou." Akeno quickly left in search for him.

"I'm going to check on Vince." Akari said walking away.

"Me too. Vince won't be able to notice us watching him and I'm worried about him." Kasumi added also walking away.

"Issei, you can go home." Rias spoke sighing.

"Yes, Buchou." Issei nodded and left after saying a quick goodbye.

Kasumi and Akari stayed hidden behind the trees in the forest observing Vince from afar. They noticed him grab his cellphone and turn into an angel. Vince quickly began his training, he sat down on the ground and began meditating.

"I'm surprised Vince still remembers this exercise." Kasumi commented with a small smile.

"Yeah. Remember back then when he nearly zapped Hayate with lightning." Akari asked smiling a bit.

Kasumi lightly frowned. "I do. He chased brother other the yard trying to shock him, until mother and Elena-san stopped him."

Akari giggled. "That was fun to watch."

"You really should get over that grudge Akari." Kasumi said sighing a little.

"Hayate nearly killed me! Yes, I know what I did was wrong but still. He didn't have to do that with Ayane. Besides, I know you or rather we have a little grudge on Hayate when he always interrupted a moment with Vince back then. Especially when you tried to kiss him. " She retorted frowning.

"Well, if Vince was in his shoes what would he have done?" Kasumi asked trying to hide her blush and trying to skip the conversation.

"I already asked Vince." Akari gained a sweatdrop as she continued. "He would have restricted me with his water and would have shocked me with lightning until I was unconscious."

"Ara ara, you two sound like you're having fun." Akeno spoke appearing behind them.

"Hello Akeno." Kasumi and Akari greeted at the same time, causing them to glare at each other for a moment.

Akeno giggled at the interaction. She noticed Vince bombard the area around him with holy lightning and tensed.

The two noticed her tense and looked at her with worried looks. Kasumi spoke up. "Akeno. Is something wrong?"

"No. Nothing is wrong Kasumi." Akeno spoke smiling.

Akari saw through the fake smile and frowned. "Don't judge Vince for something he was born with. It's not his fault he has it."

Akeno winced but nodded. "I know Akari."

A few minutes of awkward silence came over the three with Akeno averting their gazes.

"Is your unease because of Vince's holy lightning?" Kasumi asked trying to get rid of the awkward silence.

Akeno's expression turned sad for a moment before looking at them. "...Yes. Kasumi, Akari how was Vince-kun back then?"

Kasumi and Akari giggled a little at the question. She smiled, recalling the memories. "Vince was very quiet back then and would try to find ways to get out of training with my mother and my brother."

Akeno giggled as Akari continued. "He was also very nice when you got to know him. Ever since Vince and Kasumi became close friends he would always help her out the best way he could even if he denied it a lot. It's also why Kasumi and gained a huge crush on him and by extension, me. Because I have all of Kasumi's memories since I'm a clone."

"That's really surprising. I wasn't expecting that." Akeno spoke sounding surprised.

"Vince was also very rebellious and vengeful back then. He still is today but it's not so severe." Kasumi said her tone sounding sad. "One time he heard a cousin of Elena-san's comparing him to his father. In front of Elena-san."

Akari slightly winced at the memory. "It didn't end very well. Elena-san told off her cousin but it wasn't good enough for Vince. He went to a car the cousin owned and destroyed it."

Akeno's expression turned sad at the mention of his father but continued. "How did Vince-kun destroy the car?"

"His rage caused a dangerous thunderstorm that struck the car. The result caused a fire and the ambulance had to be called in to deal with the fire." Kasumi said sighing.

"Nobody till this day can figure out what happened but. Mother, Hayate and Elena-san already knew it was Vince that did it." Akari added.

"When I found out. I asked Vince about it, he told me upfront that he has no regrets from destroying the car." Kasumi stated, causing Akeno to look at Vince sadly.

Vince stopped meditating and levitated into the air. Kasumi, Akari and Akeno looked at him in curiosity. He flicked his fingers repeatedly and to their surprise multiple beams of light appeared which each flick of his fingers. Vince flicked his fingers loudly causing two large beams of light to appear on his side blasting through the trees and the ground.

"I never seen that before." Akari spoke sounding surprised.

"Neither have I. Akeno have you seen something like this before?" Kasumi asked her.

"No I haven't." Akeno said her eyes being locked on Vince while he continued to rapidly flick his fingers, releasing multiple beams of light that continued to blast the trees and the ground.

(Next Day)

Vince folded his hands behind his back he looked up at the sky wearing a white t-shirt, a pair of black swimming trunks and dark blue shoes. (I was able to get a good handle on my angel form yesterday. It feels much more different from before. I'll have to practice more in it but at least I won't accidently launch an attack like yesterday.)

Issei noticed Vince looking at the sky and walked towards him. "Hey, Vince. What happened yesterday?"

"Huh? What do you mean Issei?" Vince asked raising an eyebrow.

"About what happened yesterday! That thing with the demonic claws and the angel wings." Issei exclaimed.

"Oh right. Well, do you remember how your Boosted Gear got the ability to pass it's power to other stuff?" Vince asked seeing Issei nod, he continued. "To put it very simply, my Sacred Gear became more powerful and changed their forms based on my desire. Since I just got it I don't have a very good control. So I spent most of the day yesterday training so I control my angel form so it doesn't cause any problems for me. Understand?"

"Yeah."

"Vince, how do I look?" A voice asked.

Vince and Issei turned around to see Kasumi's hair in a high ponytail, white halter soft top bikini with red lining. Issei quickly covered his nose as blood dripped out from it. Vince pinched the bridge of his nose, he gazed at Kasumi taking in the sight of her long legs, her firm ass and well endowed breasts. "Very nice. I'm a little afraid where my eyes might wander."

Kasumi blushed but was interrupted as Akari teleported in front of Vince and kissed him on the lips, causing Kasumi's eyes to narrow. "How do I look Vince?"

Vince took a step back and pinched the bridge of his nose even harder as Issei's nose started to bleed more. Akari had her hair in a low ponytail and wore a wearing a black center ring halter bikini with black side-tie bottoms showing off her well endowed breasts and her firm ass. "You look pretty good in that Akari."

Akari grinned at Kasumi who shot her an annoyed look. "Looks like Vince finds me more attractive than you Kasumi."

"I doubt that. We look alike Akari." Kasumi spoke dryly, slightly surprising Vince at her tone.

"How does mine look Vince?" Rias asked as she walked towards them with a seductive smile.

Issei shot back with a massive nosebleed at the erotic scene while Vince's nose started dripping blood to which he quickly cleaned up.

Rias wore a purple string bikini that barely covered her private parts. She did a small twirl giving Vince a great view of her large breasts and firm ass. She walked suggestively towards him and cupped her breasts. "You want to touch my breasts Vince?"

Vince's face turned red as he lustfully gazed at Rias figure, much to Akari and Kasumi's dismay. Rias smirked and placed a hand on her hip making her breasts jiggle. "I think this is the first time I've seen you like this Vince. You look so cute."

(Damn this hormones. I swear this crap started to happen after I had sex.) His eye twitched in irritation. Before he could say anything a pair of slender arms were wrapped around his neck. Vince felt a soft sensation and slightly shudder.

"You shouldn't have a shirt on Vince-kun. We do want to see your body." Akeno whispered hotly in his ear, making Vince slightly twitch. She pulled off his shirt, showing Vince's muscular body.

"Ufufu, you have such a nice body Vince-kun. It makes me so horny." She slowly licked his neck and nibbed on his ear.

Vince turned around and saw Akeno wearing a white string bikini that barely covered her breasts and her crotch. (Damn... It also doesn't help that I've been wanting to have sex ever since I left Yasaka's place.)

"Akeno! What are you doing? Release him!" Rias yelled with a blush, seeing Vince's muscular body. Akari frowned and pulled away the two after teleporting in front of them.

Akari smiled and held Vince's face close to her chest. Rias' eye twitched as she glared at Akari. "That goes double for you Akari!"

Kasumi pulled Akari away from Vince and held him closely. "That's enough. All of you."

(Heh. I can always count on Kasumi to help me out in these types of situations.) Vince sent Kasumi a thankful look and pulled away from her before Rias could respond he walked towards the pool and jumped into the water, ignoring everyone else.

Asia and Koneko walked in at that moment from the changing room. Asia quickly went to Issei as soon as she saw him unconscious and Koneko looked confused. "...What happened?"

Vince swam swiftly through the pool he landed on the floor of the pool and slowly swam back up to the surface. He looked around and noticed Rias lying down on the other side of the pool she held a bottle of oil next to her hand. Rias smiled and used beckoned him to come by using her index finger.

He shook his head and decided to swim get out of the pool and walk towards her. "What is it Rias?"

Rias puffed her cheeks. "Sheesh, you sound really bored Vince. You should try sounding more enthusiastic."

"Woo. Can I go now?" Vince asked deadpanning.

She sighed at his lack of motivation and showed him a bottle of oil. "Vince, will you apply this to my back?"

"I thought Devils doesn't get sunburn. What would be the point of putting it on you?" He asked crossing his arms.

She handed him the small bottle in her hand. "That's a special beauty oil."

Vince then placed one and one together and shook his head. "You do know Issei is near right? Better yet, why don't you ask him instead?"

"Issei is busy teaching Koneko and Asia to learn how to swim so he won't be able to see. And I want you to put the oil on me." Rias stated confidently.

"I feel so honored." Vince said flatly.

"Are you going to apply the oil on me?" She asked slightly anxious.

(Might as well. It would be good to distract Rias from asking about her. She hasn't stopped asking me questions ever since she was the text. This sucks.) Vince sighed and placed the oil on his hands."...Fine. Where do you want the oil?"

"On my back." Rias kissed Vince on the cheek and smiled seductively. "If you do a good job I'll reward you and let you put oil on the front."

Vince rolled his eyes in response. "What do you take me for, Issei?"

She giggled a little at the jab and lied down on her stomach. "No. But would you prefer for me to ask questions about your ex-girlfriend?"

"Tch." Vince gently rubbed the oil on Rias' back while gently massaging her.

Rias moaned lowly as he spread the oil across her back. With great dexterity Vince pressed his thumbs against her neck while pressing his index and middle fingers in the middle of her shoulders. The result caused a loud popping sound.

"You have a lot of tension Rias. But it's understandable. You have a lot to deal with." Vince commented as he continued to massage her.

"Y-Yes, it can get stressful." Rias stifled a moan while as he softly pressed his fingers against her back. "How are you this good?"

"I've done this before. So with all of the incidents that happened in your territory and with the upcoming conference does this mean that you have some sort of home field disadvantage?" He replied grining a little.

Rias looked at him unamused. "Very funny Vince. Just because some incidents have happened here does not mean that."

"Could have fooled me Rias. Also I'm finished." Vince got up and moved his neck around causing a few popping sounds to be heard.

"Thank you Vince. I feel very good, and now for your reward." Before Rias could do anything the two heard a voice.

"Ara ara, it's unfair that it's just Buchou." Akeno criticized while pressing her breasts against Vince's back.

(Not this again. I find it surprising Issei wants a harem in the first place. ...But Akeno's breasts are really soft. Crap she doesn't have the top of her bikini on.) Vince thought as his eye twitched in annoyance.

"H-Hey, Akeno. You know my oiling isn't over yet? A-And also I told you not to tempt my Vince like that, right?" Rias asked, now standing up.

(Wait. Since, when am I hers? Yes, we're engaged. But that's only a facade until her situation cools down.) Vince thought frowning.

"But Vince-kun said he finished and Buchou, won't you give Vince-kun to me? In the future, when I am standing under Buchou's orders alone, I want to take this boy along with me after all." Akeno said holding on to Vince.

"No! Vince is mine! I definitely won't give him to you!" Rias shouted angrily.

(Okay. This is really starting to annoy me. I don't recall being an object to be kept.) Vince thought as his eyes narrowed.

"There's no other boy as wonderfully cute as him. ...Then, it's alright for me to be affectionate to him with ecchi ways occasionally, right?" Akeno asked rubbing her breasts against Vince causing him to slightly blush at the feeling, much to Rias' dismay.

"That's prohibited! I don't want the Vince of right now to know any girls other than me. But, if the partner is you, Vince will really become a beast." She stated seriously.

"Ara ara, that's an extreme way of saying it. Don't you think that boys are best when they're beasts? While Buchou is hesitating, I'll-" Akeno was immediately interrupted as Vince cleared his throat loud enough for them to hear.

"In case you two have forgotten. I already had sex. Twice." Vince explained much to their ire.

Akeno recovered quickly and giggled. "Then I guess that means you'll be teaching me, right Vince-kun? We can even go with your suggestion a few days ago and do it in school."

"Don't tempt me Akeno." Vince warned much to their surprise.

"No! That isn't a joke! I won't let you or any girl have sex with Vince. Only I can do that, I'm his fiancé!" Rias exclaimed.

"That's only in name." Kasumi stated as she appeared in front of Vince and pulled him away from Akeno.

Akari walked in between the three and crossed her arms, causing her breasts to rise. "If anyone is taking Vince, it's going to be me."

The four woman glared at each other and released an enormous amount of killing intent, slightly surprising Vince. (Sheesh. They really do get jealous quickly. I'm seriously finding it hard to believe why Issei wants to have multiple women after him.)

A beeping noise sounded off getting everyone's attention. Vince got out his cellphone and read the message to himself. (Hey Vince. I got your text yesterday, I'm glad that you're going to the pool to relax. I just bought a brand new bikini. I'll definitely wear this when we go to the pool together. I know you like to see me without my disguise so I'm not using it this time. I'll call you later Vince.)

He scrolled down the text message and promptly gained a nosebleed. Rias' eyes narrowed as she along with Kasumi, Akeno and Akari looked behind Vince and saw a picture of a busty young woman with long blonde hair tied in a high ponytail with a black hair tie, a flower on the side of her hair and slightly noticeable pointy ears. She wore a revealing two piece green bikini that showed off her bountiful breasts and with her well toned ass. She posed by bending down and cupping her large breasts giving Vince a perfect view of it.

(Fucking hell. She just had to send that type of picture.) Blood quickly rushed towards Vince's head and private part. He slightly slouched his back to attempt to cover his arousal.

"Vince who is that!?" Rias shouted jealously.

"My ex-girlfriend." He said simply.

"Eh!?"

"Y-You have another ex-girlfriend?" Kasumi asked sounding shocked.

(Might as well role with it. I'd rather not tell them she's in disguise that's her business to tell, not mine.) Vince thought before he spoke up. "Yeah, I do."

"Are you going to delete those photo's of your ex Vince-kun?" Akeno asked in a sweetly sick tone.

"Hell no." He responded almost instantly.

"And why not?!" Rias shouted releasing some killing intent.

"I don't want to delete my free eye-candy." Vince answered with a shrug.

Rias narrowed her eyes along with Akeno."Give me your cellphone Vince."

"No." Vince pocketed his cellphone and flicked Akeno's hand before she could touch the cellphone. "I don't think so."

"Vince can you give us your cellphone?" Akari asked nicely.

"The answer is still no." Vince crossed his arms. "It's my cellphone and I'm not going to delete the photos."

Rias' eyes hardened as she gathered the power of destruction and created an orb. Akeno smiled sadistically while her hand surged with lightning. "I guess we'll have to take it from you Vince-kun."

"And I'll make sure you two will fail." Vince replied with a small shrug.

Rias and Akeno launched their respective attacks at him. Vince cartwheeled out of the way and splashed the two with cold water directly in the face. Seeing them flinched from the cold he quickly went up to them pushed them both into the pool, making a loud splash. "They'll probably cool off a little now."

"They did have it coming." Akari commented.

"Vince you could have been more gentle." Kasumi replied with a sigh.

Vince shrugged. "That was gentle. Besides, they did try to take my cellphone. Are you two going to try to take my cellphone next?"

Kasumi shook her head. "No. It's your cellphone, you deserve some privacy Vince."

"But we don't like the fact you have pictures of both of your ex-girlfriends on your cellphone." Akari said frowning.

"It does have more meaning that being eye-candy. Maybe when she comes to Kuoh, she'll explain it." Vince replied.

"What does she have to do with your other ex-girlfriend that's coming to Kuoh, Vince?" Kasumi questioned.

Before he could respond everyone heard a loud voice. "Eeeeeeeeeh!?

(Issei has a very loud mouth. ...I don't think I should ask though then again, what would make him scream like that?) Vince pondered he shook his head and turned to Kasumi and Akari who were waiting patiently. "Well... You can say that they're very close. You'll understand if she decides to explain it."

Vince walked next to Issei slightly smirking, now wearing his white t-shirt. "So. You finally got into a situation you wished to be and you screamed."

"Hey don't laugh!"

"I'm not gonna laugh. It's understandable, having Xenovia asking you to get her pregnant is a big thing. Though your reaction was funny." He said chuckling.

Issei's eye twitched. "You said you weren't going to laugh."

"I'm not laughing at the situation, I'm chuckling. Especially when you screamed like that." Vince replied with a grin now on his face.

Issei shook his fist at him. "Why you... Wait. You can't talk about me, what about you and Buchou? You live in the same house as her along with Kasumi-chan and Akari-chan, and you haven't done anything!"

"Kasumi is my childhood friend and by extension Akari, so I'm not going to do anything. Rias on the other hand has a lot of baggage. Way too much baggage Issei." Vince commented sighing lowly.

"Baggage? How does Buchou have baggage?" Issei asked completely confused.

Vince shrugged nonchantly as the two walked towards the school gate. "If I have sex with her then that means I'll have to really marry her. Not to mention with her being Sirzechs' little sister and with that damned meeting coming up, I can't really do anything like that."

"Oh..."

Vince and Issei stopped walking when they noticed a young man with blue eyes and silver hair standing at the gates and looking up at the school. His gaze turned to Issei and Vince, appeared on his face as he approached them. "Hey, it's a good school."

"Um... well sorta." Issei replied with a forced smile.

"That's debatable. So who are you?" Vince asked with a small frown.

"I am Vali. The Hakuryuukou ...Vanishing dragon." The young man said introducing himself.

"This is the second time we meet here, huh, Welsh Dragon -Sekiryuutei. Hyoudou Issei and you the human that has Three Faction's attention, Vince Reinhart." Vali stated.

Vali smiled inappropriately. "That's right. For example, if I begin to do something magical to Hyoudou Issei here..."

Before he could move his hand closer to Issei's nose, two swords were thrust towards Vali's neck with Vince raising an eyebrow.

Kiba and Xenovia appeared in an instant. They were holding their respective Holy-Demonic sword and Holy-Sword close to Vali's neck.

"I don't know what you plan to do but don't you think your joke went too far?" Kiba spoke his eyes narrowed.

"I can't let you start your rival showdown with the Sekiryuutei here, Hakuryuukou." Xenovia said seriously.

Vince felt both his sword Totsuka-no-Tsurugi and Arondight slightly releasing their respective auras from inside of the paper seal but said nothing. (Are those two swords resonating from the energy from Kiba and Xenovia's swords?)

"It's better if you stopped that. ...Aren't your hands shaking." Vali asked as Issei noticed Kiba and Xenovia's hand were shaking.

Vince however said nothing but crossed his arms. (They really should have thought this more through.)

"It's fine to boast. Not knowing the difference between your opponent's strength is strong evidence. ...Between me and you there is a decisive difference in power. You who couldn't win against the likes of Kokabiel won't be able to win against me." Vali spoke.

"Power doesn't decide who wins or losses in a fight. There's more to it than that." Vince remarked. He looked to the side and noticed Issei in shock.

"Hyoudou Issei, what rank do you think your strength is in this world?" Vali asked Issei who was still currently in shock.

Issei's expression turned from shock to confusion as Vali spoke up. "Counting from the top in your condition of the incomplete balance breaker, it would be a four digit number... between one thousand to one thousand and five hundred. No, for the perverted owner, it should be even lower?"

(This guy is looks like he's really obsessive over power. Is power really that important? It just seems like having a lot of power would just get in the way.) Vince thought.

"There are a lot of strong people in this world. Even the Crimson Satan, Sirzechs Lucifer won't fit in the top ten. However, the first place is decided. ...It's a fixed existence." He commented.

"Who is this about. Are you saying you're the first?" Issei asked confused.

Vali shrugged. "You'll know it anyhow. However, it's not me. ...Hyoudou Issei, you're a valuable existence. It's better if he's raised well, Rias Gremory."

He looked at Rias who stood there with displeased expression around her was Asia, Akeno, Koneko, Kasumi and Akari.

Rias looked at Vali with a serious expression. "Hakuryuukou, what's the meaning of this? If you're having ties with the fallen angels then more contact than required is..."

"...The Two Heavenly Dragons', the dragons called that way. Welsh Dragon and Vanishing Dragon. In the past, those related didn't live a satisfactory life. ...How will you end up?" Vali asked.

"..."

Vali then turned to Vince. "The Three Factions have a close eye on you Vince Reinhart. You've caused quite an uproar with all you've done. Especially with your powers along with that holy-sword you're wielding. Your powers are interesting maybe one day, I would like to fight you."

"Not interested."

Vali raised an eyebrow as Vince shrugged. "I could careless about fighting you. If you want to pick a fight go do it with someone else."

Everyone's eyes widened at Vince's comment as Vali looked amused. "Is that so?"

A surge of demonic energy pulsed through Vince's body as black markings appeared on his face. "Yeah. I'm pretty sure fighting you would be a waste of time."

A surprised look appeared on Vali's face, not having expecting it but a eager look appeared on his face as he felt the demonic energy from him. "We shall see about that, Reinhart Vince."

"Tch. Mind explaining why do you want to fight me?" Vince asked his eyes narrowing.

"Your powers are interesting and I want to enjoy a good fight." Vali said shrugging.

"Your reason for wanting to fight me is crap and you should feel like crap." Vince remarked dryly, surprising the others at his insult while Vali slightly narrowed his eyes.

Rias looked at Vince and Issei concerned as Vali spoke up again. "I didn't come here to fight today. I just wanted to see the school I visited last time. I came to Japan while escorting Azazel, but I was bored. I won't fight the Welsh dragon or Reinhart here, not to mention ...I have a lot of work to do."

Vali walked away while Kiba and Xenovia sheathed their swords with no relief in their expressions. Vince stood there scowling at the spot where Vali once was with demonic still surging through him.

Asia went to Issei and grasped his hands, he sent her a thankful look in response.

Kasumi, Akari, Akeno and Rias went to Vince with worried looks. He noticed finally noticed himself giving off demonic energy and scowled. (I'll need something like a sheathe to limit Arondight's influence. Damn this sword. I'm starting to regret picking this thing up. Now Issei's rival has his eye on me now and the Three Factions are pretty much watching my every move. This is exactly what I wanted to avoided. Damn it.)

A beeping sound suddenly sounded off snapping Vince out of his thoughts and getting everyone's attention. He took out his cellphone and raised an eyebrow. (A new message from Yasaka.)

He read the text message, while making sure to keep his cellphone a good distance from Rias and Akeno who tried to look at the text message. After reading it Vince placed it inside of his pocket. "I'll be going to Kyoto now."

"Why?" Rias asked her eyes narrowing.

A sadistic smirk appeared on his face as he looked everyone. "I got a call from my friend Yasaka. She said something about me wanting to clean out her gutters... or something."

Vince relished in their reactions Kiba looked away in embarrassment with a small blush on his face. Xenovia and Asia looked confused while Issei gained a nosebleed. Rias and Akeno looked completely jealous as Kasumi and Akari looked at him completely annoyed.

"So, yeah. I don't mind cleaning out her gutters completely... later." Before anyone could say anything Vince ran away at blinding speeds leaving a small trail of sparks.

Author's Notes: I'm finally done. While I feel mostly better I still have to recover a little bit more before I'm completely healed. Since I liked doing the short explanations like last time. I'll start doing that because it's much better for me overall.

Yes I did have Crescent Rose break. The reason for this is quite simple, it's man made and isn't exactly durable against anything supernatural. I planned on having Crescent Rose break for a while because of this. I would also like to state that Vince will get a weapon to replace it and I'm open to suggestions on what weapon should replace it as long as it's not anything sword related since Vince already has two swords.

I planned for Vince's Sacred Gear to go through a small evolution. I wanted to show the growth in his Sacred Gear. It's the reason why I made his first respective forms seem so unimpressive at first with only his eyes changing color. But now that's no longer the case. Also, one thing I want to say about Vince's evolved angel and devil forms is that while his angel side is more technical. His devil side focuses on destruction.

Vince's angel side is based off of Joshua's abilities from the game The World Ends With You. I thought it would be nice to include an element from their again. Plus I believe it suits his angel form. He won't be fighting exactly like Joshua though Vince has more than one way to attack. I won't say much but the next chapter will show the abilities of Vince's devil side more.
