No words to describe the Crown Prince

At the restaurant, Zhao Xing ate until she could eat no more, not only was she satisfied, she was also happy to eat out. The restaurant somehow reminded her of the days back at Little Merchant Valley, they had always ate at the restaurant, she had found it quite fun to do so. People would be passing by, you could watch those on the streets going about their activities, hear people talking about lots of things, from random stuff to even their life affairs! It was surely a place where one could eat a lot of melons. The only difference here was that they stayed in a private room, and so she couldn't eat melons like she used to.

She sighed, as she thought of the past. Travelling was really fun.

"Full?" Zhang Zhengyang asked.

Zhao Xing nodded with a big smile. Then she noticed Zhang Zhengyang's expression wasn't right. It seemed after eating to her fill, she now had energy to worry about others.

She rested her head on both hands and looked straight at the Crown Prince. "Young Master, your expression looks strange, I tasted the food, it's quite good. Or doesn't it suite your taste?"

Zhang Zhengyang smiled, "Tasted?" He nodded towards the empty bowls of food before her. "You just gobbled everything up. If one didn't know, they would think I starved you at home."

Zhao Xing smiled awkwardly. She was hungry, ok? She was still in her growing phase it was normal that she eats a bit more.

She coughed, "Well, it's because the atmosphere here is quite lively, so my appetite increased."

The Crown Prince nodded, but the smile on his face soon faded.

"You haven't answered my question. What's wrong? Is it because of the poison master?" Zhao Xing asked. The other party didn't respond, but Zhao Xing took it as an acknowledgement.

"Hai, don't worry about that old man, though I didn't spend years with him, I still somewhat know his character, these kind of people act like this when pushed to a corner. It was our fault in the first place for asking so much from him. Let's just bear the consequence."

Zhang Zhengyang stared at her as he wondered how she could be so calm, while in a life and death situation. He had observed her for a long time, she didn't look worried at all, and lived her life normally every day, causing trouble here and there, playing around, arguing and so on, nothing seemed to have changed. She was just a little girl, why was she so worry free even when the situation was frightening. In the end, he, who hadn't been poisoned was worrying about her who didn't seem to care at all.

"Zhao Xing, aren't you worried that this poison would harm your body. They're many poisons like that in this world, that even when cured would leave a lasting effect that would be bad for the individual."

Zhao Xing thought about it. She knew this thing should worry her, but she wasn't worried at all. She looked up at him and shrugged. "It's alright, it shouldn't be a big deal, besides, if it does leave a lasting effect, then, with how rich Big brother Crown Prince is, he would be able to find a cure to heal me completely, right?"

Zhang Zhengyang shook his head helplessly with a smile. The way she spoke really made one not take matters seriously. Now it seemed as if he had been worrying too much.

He saw a sly smile appearing on Zhao Xing's face that gave him a bad feeling, "Yo, young master is expressing his worry for this servant, I'm so touched!"

Zhang Zhengyang rolled his eyes. "It's not good to think too much." His long arm went straight towards her and his fingers flicked her forehead, making her hiss in pain.

"You…" She rubbed her sore forehead, with a wronged look. 'He dare hit me! In this lifetime, apart from my mom, someone else dared hit me!'

"I'm just wondering if the poison would affect you from seeing visions."

Hearing this, she nodded in realization. "Oh…"

She thought about it. Though after the day of the banquet, she didn't see much visions, she still had nightmares of what would happen to the Crown Prince during their journey. But she had also not seen much visions after traveling, before she met the poison master, she had already stopped seeing visions. So it wasn't really plausible to say it was the fault of the poison.

"Umm…I don't think so."

Zhang Zhengyang nodded in agreement. He also came to a realization that this hypothesis was too far-fetched.

"Let's not talk about this. How are your plans going?" She was actually curious about what the Crown Prince had been up to recently.

Zhang Zhengyang looked amused by her question. "Grand Tutor, doesn't need to worry about these things, just recuperate well."

Zhao Xing grimaced. He always evaded her question whenever it concerned his plans.

"How is your wound, is it getting better?" The Crown Prince asked.

Zhao Xing who was still in a bad mood because her questions were always left unanswered, snapped back at him, "You don't need to know! Always bullying me. Cursing me with sickness, now you're asking about my wound. I'm not telling."

The Crown Prince chuckled, "Childish."

"Who's childish here? Who was doing role-play just now and called me his wife?"

'Role-play?'

Seeing his confused expression made her a bit frustrated. "Never mind, you wouldn't understand even if I explained it."

"Aunt Wu doesn't know my true identity. She only knows me to be a respectable young master, now that I suddenly brought a lady with me today, of course I'd have to give you an identity as well." He said a matter-of-factly.

"So you had it all prepared?" Zhao Xing couldn't believe her ears. This guy was really…inexplicable!

Zhang Zhengyang shrugged, "Or does Grand Tutor prefer the role of a servant? You wore a veil today, so she wouldn't recognize you the next time you come, but I'm a man, why would I carry a maid with me? Or does Grand Tutor want to go back to wearing male clothes...?"

Zhao Xing: "…" 'This guy, was there a word to describe him in this world?'

She realized talking anymore to this man would make all the food she ate go away, that is, she'd have to use too much energy.

They soon returned home. Though Zhao Xing would have loved to go walking around the streets. But she was now a noble princess presented to many of the nobles. The Crown Prince wasn't someone who normally had a female around him, if someone were to recognize him, and see her with him, there were only a few ladies that were normally around the Crown Prince, one of them was sickly and so she rarely came out, another was a wild girl, and loved to travel around, then the last was the recently named Noble Princess. It would be too much trouble if they were to be spotted together.

Zhao Xing sighed. She felt she was freer before she became a 'noble princess'.

When they arrived the Crown Prince manor, Zhao Xing already felt sleepy from the ride, and was planning to have a nap, who would have thought she's meet an old acquaintance the moment she crossed the gates.

"Xiao Qi?" The Crown Prince had told her that Xiao Qi would be coming, she didn't expect that she'd arrive today.

Xiao Qi stood there, beside her was Brother Mo, they both looked restrained, and had their heads bowed, Zhao Xing, who had wanted to walk up to them, felt the atmosphere was a bit weird and stopped in her tracks. They looked like criminals that had been found guilty and were ready for execution.

Zhao Xing turned to the Crown Prince, who walked slowly behind her along with Xiao Chen, and realization hit her.

'It must be because of the incident of the Poison Master.'

She didn't know what it was like to be punished by the Crown Prince, neither has she seen the Crown Prince wrath. But since it was mostly her fault, she had to speak up for them no matter what. Besides, she had also told a lie the time she had to explain to Zhang Zhengyang about the poisoning incident. She had to speak up fast before Xiao Qi confesses.

But before she could open her mouth, she heard a 'thud', the sound of something hitting the ground.

'Huh?'

"Master!"

Xiao Qi and Brother Mo had got on their knees, stunning Zhao Xing.

But Zhang Zhengyang didn't respond.

Xiao Qi panicked when she realized this. "Master, I have been serving under you for more than a decade, how come master wants to send me away to serve others?"

Zhao Xing: "…" So it wasn't about the poisoning?

'Serve others?' Was Zhang Zhengyang planning on selling her away?!

While Zhao Xing was wondering what the matter actually was, she heard a chuckle.

"I didn't know you'd kneel to me like this one day."
