Kiss me

The video was uploaded to the school's community page under an unknown publisher's page with a title saying; "Is there a hole in the powerful couple created by the ugly duckling after her exposed secret?"

Justin took the phone to read the blog, it stated about the events that had occurred that day, and two videos were uploaded, the first was a video of Justin saving her from drowning and the second one was kissing.

Nasty comments were written in support of Maddie and against Mira. Even insulting comments were about her position in Maddie's house as her sister.

"Wow Mira, you're such a skillful actress, first you create attention with your secret and now, you managed to trap your sister's boyfriend even to the extent you kissed him. The apple does not fall far from the tree after all I-"

"Belina!!" Justin yelled as he fists his hand not to create a mistake he'll surely regret.

"What Justin? Did you bother to call Maddie since last night? She hasn't been answering her phone since she saw the blog!! She was depressed she ran away from school!! We don't know where the hell she is!!" Belina protested.

As Justin heard, his angry expression reduced to a concerned one.

"Wh-What are you talking about?" He took his phone and then called her but she wasn't answering.

"You see," Belina spoke.

"I'll go look for her," he was about to leave the class but he paused as he turned back.

"If anyone bullies Mira then I wouldn't take it easy, if you respect Maddie then you should do the same for her. I'll be protecting her from now on, if anyone bullies her because of the video or her identity then you would have to answer me. And as for the blog, I want you to find the person who created that content and take it down before this afternoon," he said sternly and without wasting any more time, he went out of the room.

As he left, the class circulated with gist even the entire school about what they witnessed.

Mira sat on her chair and she placed her head on the table, her mind was thinking hard.

He saved her once again, she felt excited that he defended her.

But then why was she feeling upset because Justin was looking for Maddie?

Everyone in her class took their seats as they circulated, they couldn't do anything to her but then there was gossip.

"Wow, that was deep but why is he protecting her all of a sudden?"

"Though she's Maddie's sister, we can't forget how she became one. Belina was right, the apple doesn't fall from the tree."

"But was it a spell she used on him or what? Just overnight, he became her knight."

"I know right?"

Mira felt the urge to leave the class after hearing their comments but then she stayed when the teacher for the class subject came in, all the students that gathered around to gossip got back to their seats.

Maddie sat on the railing of the balcony of the school's top floor waiting for either Belina or Prudance to send her a message Justin was searching for her.

Luckily, someone gave her a video of what happened when she was outside of the room.

Her blood boiled in rage seeing the video, she knew that she had to set Mira up so she arranged for someone to create the blog with those videos.

Now not just half of the campus will look at her with disgust but the entire campus.

She kicked her legs waiting for some minutes then she received a message from Prudance they were coming.

She smirked getting into the action as she shed crocodile tears, the door of the balcony was ajar and there, Justin saw Maddie stand on the railing of the balcony.

"Maddie!!" Justin called as he ran to pull her and then he hugged her. She wept trying to release herself from his grip.

"Leave me alone!! Just leave me alone!!!" She jigged her knuckles on his chest.

"Maddie, please listen to me, is not what you think."

"Just leave me alone!!" She managed to pull herself away and with an already prepared performance, she made her make-up look as though she had been crying.

"Just leave!!" She yelled.

Justin walked towards her but she moved backward and stretched her hand to stop him.

"Okay then, if that is not what I'm thinking then explain the video."

"Maddie just know that it isn't what you're thinking."

"Is not what I'm thinking? Justin, last night you asked me to leave the room for both of you."

"Maddie."

"I feel as though, this was all a setup plan, maybe you didn't care about me after all. It is about the love you have for me compared to her, then I wonder what I've done wrong. What made you choose her over me!!"

"Maddie, just listen to me."

"No you listen to me, you haven't kissed me but then you've kissed my sister."

"What are you talking about?"

"Then kiss me, Justin. Prove what you're trying to say isn't a lie, that she's not that important compared to me."

Justin was dumbfounded.

Why was she asking for it now?

"Justin, if so then just kiss me!" She walked towards him looking into his eyes.

All was already going as planned, Belina and Prudence set their cameras to take a picture, and video for it to be posted on the school's page.

This will surely teach Mira a lesson and now, he would be hers finally, what she couldn't get, she would now.

Justin stayed silent, this was the first time he was going to kiss a girl, just to prove his point, he didn't want to get angry.

He heaved a deep sigh and then pulled her by the waist.

"If you say so," he said before bending to kiss her.
