"How did you know what that uncle was about to say?"

After the owner of the Yota restaurant left the private room, Andrew looked curiously at Julian, expressing deep admiration for his ability to understand the 'gist' from 'subtle words'.

"My old dad is the same way." Julian shrugged, showing a familiar expression, "You know, he runs a logging yard in Vieille, and my brothers and I have always been his free labour... When I was preparing to study at Alpha Academy and the First University, he said almost the same thing to my interviewer."

Omega sighed heavily.

"You'll get used to it." Julian reached out and consoled the skinny boy wizard by patting his shoulder, and added, "Let's get acquainted, I'm Julian...a freshman at Alpha Academy, sitting at the head of the table is the captain of our hunting team, Mr. Andrew Taylor."

Andrew nodded slightly in acknowledgement.

"... And sitting in the corner is a freshman from Atlas, you can call him Amber."
