Chapter 4: The Dead Break

Marcus's eyes slowly open, he noticed a blanket on him and he's lying on a couch on the top floor.

Marcus: "Ah.~" He yawns, rubbing his sleepy eyes. "Hmmm." He gets up and looks over the railing to notice no one in the kitchen yet the sun touches the spotless wood tile floor. "Hello?" He said, softly not getting a response.

Marcus climbs down the spiral staircase taking his time and slides the glass door aside, exiting to the balcony. The sun flashes him until his eyes slowly adjust.

Walker's roam about on the streets, near houses protected by walls.

Marcus: "It seems we're in the green zone." He talks to himself, hearing a knock.

He looks back to Noami in a black U-shape t-shirt revealing her in a white bra. He lightly blushes, keeping eye contact.

Noami: "Can we talk?"

"Uh, yeah. Sure, why not." She stood by Marcus's side grabbing the railing and looking out at the environment and the dead below.

"I'm sorry." Marcus looks at her.

"You said it on the bus. Why again?" She looks to curious Marcus: being quite convincing.

"I had this dream...We were in a Theme park with Samantha and a few actors. We all dress oddly for the 80s since a director threw us in the film. Ugh! This must be weird hearing me go on." She pinches her nose, looking away.

Marcus: "No, continue." Noami sighs.

Noami: "I'm gonna give it to you straight...I don't hate your guts." Marcus squinches his face.

"Thank you?"

"I mean, I forgive you...For my boyfriend's death." Marcus's face grew distant, losing contact with Noami. "Back at that bus, when I talked with you, I felt every bone of my body wanting to lunge and cut the air you took while he lost his. Noami taps his shoulder. Marcus, look at me." He slowly does so. "If we're going to survive-no, I want this bond to grow as fellow friends and combatants out there. Forgiving you is a benefit for us, the others, and him. I'm sorry." She hugs him while Marcus flinches, but returns one.

Marcus: "Thank you." They separated while Noami light punches his chest.

Noami: "Don't stay out here too long." She exits.

Afterlife Finn: "Do you feel you're good boy points raised?" Marcus smirks looking about the streets.

Marcus: "Shut, up Finn."

"No...I don't think will." Marcus felt a smirk from him.

Marcus closes the glass door behind noticing the girls on the lower floor in the kitchen.

Rei: "It seems the prince returned from his sun tan." She smirks while Marcus approaches them.

Marcus: "Wanted to scan the area." He leans on the counter by Saya on a high chair. "We all in the green just walkers."

Saya: "Good, at least you're good at something." Marcus rolls his eyes.

Saeko: "Say we been talking." Marcus raised a brow to a smirking Saeko. "Who are you?"

Marcus: "Uh...Marcus?" He answers not feeling the question.

Saya: "Don't act dumb." She glared. "What's happened to the style, your talk, your walk? I don't see a scared little boy like back at school."

Shizuka: "As you mention it." She puts her finger on her chin, thinking. "I notice your aura changed overnight, too. Was it is a dream or did you think it over?" Samantha's finger taps her lap.

Tank: "Oh, you know it's bad when Sam does that." Tank and others chilled on the couch spectating.

Nikolai: "Trust me, comrade. Lying to a bunch of women none less in a pack there like wolves. One slip up. Well, kiss you're coconuts and bannna, goodbye." He smirks while Marcus's leg shifts over his parts.

Marcus: "I-uh"

Samantha: "Do you think we're forcing this?" All the girls look to Samantha. "It could be dark."

Saya: "I'm sincerely sorry, but this world is dark." She looks back, to Marcus folding her arms. "Everyone told who they are, but now there's one." All eyes gaze to his.

Rei: "So, care to explain?" Marcus sweats up a storm.

Marcus: "I-uh, whew!" He said, wiping the sweat from his brow with his redshirt. "It's getting hot is it not?" Everyone kept quiet, keeping the same blank gaze, but Saeko she seems to be enjoying this. "Hmmm, I-"

Kohta: "Hey, Marcus." Kohta looks over the railing while everyone gazes up at him. "We gonna need your help, opening something."

"Sure!" He quickly climbs the spiral stairs.

Saya: "Hirano, how dare you! Interrupt something this relevant!" She glared into Kohta's soul while he nervously laughs.

Kohta: "I'm sorry about that. He'll be back." His eyes wander.

"That does-" Saeko waved cracking a smile.

Saeko: "That's fine, don't you boys push yourselves." Kohta nods.

Kohta: "He's in safe hands." Marcus joins Kohta and entered a room with Kakashi sitting on king size bed glancing at a safe size-of a locker.

Kakashi turns to the others while Kohta closes the door shut.

Kakashi: "Well, that was close wasn't it?" Kohta sits by Kakashi and nods, sighing.

Kohta: "Saya was gonna turn me into swish cheese." Marcus raised a brow and slowly gap his mouth.

Marcus: "What?"

"We heard what's going on so we bust you out."

Kakashi: "Being in a room full of girls is a bad mistake on you're part." He smirks while Marcus drops to his knees, praising the kind god's seeing enlightenment.

Marcus: "Oh! Thank you! Thank you!" Kakashi and Kohta raised their hands in sync cracking a smile.

Kakashi/Kohta: "Don't mention./ It's no problem." Marcus looks up at them and noticed the safe.

"Is this what you need help with?"

Kohta: "Yes." He points. "That there has a three-dial lock." Marcus expects it noticing the three dials with letters. (Z/U/F) "We can play it smart and find the code, not damaging a thing, but also waste time, or We could use brute force." He shrugs.

Marcus: "Look you came to the right person. Let's choose a logical answer for the matter." He looks to the two.

The full moon peaks through the glass window hitting the apple-red carpet while grunts were heard.

Kakashi: "Eek!" Marcus and Kakashi, covered in sweat. Pulled on the crowbar between the safe door only for the bar to slip. They hit the floor with a groan while Kohta sighs.

Kohta: "It seems we're taking the slow route." He rubs his nose while Kakashi and Marcus groan once again.

Marcus: "Ugh, come on!" His jaw stays on the floor while Kakashi pushes himself onto his butt, lying his back against the bed edge.

Kakashi: "Man...how do we get the code?" He pants while Kohta grips his chin.

Kohta: "We could ask Ms.Shizuka." Marcus sits on the bed, grabbing the remote.

Marcus: "Too...tired." He leans on his shoulder, turning on the television.

A young new's reporter stands near a man in swat uniform that looks like he has been through a lot, standing next to him was a man in swat uniform with black rim glasses and black shaggy hair. Richtofen mouth gape.

-Camera POV-

Sai; "Hello everyone, this is Sai Haiko with the police chief: Samuel Stuhilinger, and Swat Leader: Marlton Johnson. How is the bridge coming along?" She hovers the mic to Chief Samuel.

Chief Samuel; "It's fine, but we can't do our jobs with the protesters breathing down our necks. Those 'things' are an abomination to our humanity and they are not only the ones. Things will get worst if they..." He nods to the angry protesters carrying signs. "Don't cooperate."

Sai; "Mr. Johnson, care for a comment?" Sai hovers the mic to Marlton clearing his throat.

Marlton; "Thank you, I have to heavily agree with Chief. They haven't face the front-line's, they're vindicating utter non-sense. Once you're bit, it's over. I've seen my brothers and sisters sacrifice their lives to protect the head on every one of their shoulders only to be 'put in their place?' Think about it." Sai looks away, thinking for a bit until hovering the mic back to her.

Sai: "You too make some valid points." A baseball is seen be hurled toward the three while they heard a few shouting from the Protesters, but they ignore them. "Would you like to explain-" Cheif Samuel catches it: inches from the report head, without even looking. He shakes his hand while Sai trying to comprehend what happened. Oh.

Chief Samuel; "I'll be right back." He walks to the angry protesters while Sai, the cameraman, and Marlton follow behind as Marlton stood by Cheif Samuel facing, the angry group of protesters as a guy with a stubborn face hypes up the crowd. "I guess, your there leader?" He gave a calm and collected stare.

The Protester pulls his microphone.

The Protester; "I'm just a spokesperson!" He shouts, hiding his clenched teeth behind the speaker. "You cops are all about murdering innocent people!!! They are sick, and we need to find a cure, not be on a killing spree!"

Protester 1: "Yeah, you tell him!" Everyone else comments until the protester quieted them down.

Cheif Samuel; "So you're saying we should intake them into our safe zone? And find a Cure?" He said with a blank face.

The Protester: "Of course."

"Ok, say if we did. Do you know how many lives we're putting at risk, just by bringing them there?" He raised a brow. "And How much resources it takes to do research and feed starving elders and families?" The Protester, grunts.

"Just, make a base somewhere else!!" Marlton chuckles while the protester and protesters lit the flames in their eyes.

Marlton: "You're so key in discovering a cure. Why not make it you're self?" The protester chokes in his words.

Cheif Samuel; "Now, you understand. Go home, before you force my hand." He kept a blank face while the Protester turns around and shouts.

Protester Leader; "YOU SEE THAT EVERYONE, THE CHIEF, JUST THREATENED ME!!!" Every Protester boos while Samuel closes his eyes.

Cheif Samuel; "...I warn you." The Protester turns around to Cheif Samuel pulling a python(Revolver) and shots him while everyone panics and the camera shut's off.

Now, Standing and sitting by Marcus are the Experts and Eddie.

Edward; "Those two were used by Maxis as well as the others. They helped him in their final arc to travel to Agartha with Samantha for that there erase from existence."

Nikolai; "Yeah. I like to not remember that night."

Tank, Eddie, and Takeo; "Agreed." Kakashi looks to Kohta.

Kakashi: "That's crazy, I could understand their morals, but there 'them' now." Kohta sighs gaining the attention of the two.

Kohta: "I don't condone, that type of violence, but he did warn them."

Suddenly Marcus felt four arms wrap around his shoulders.

Shizuka; "Halo.~~~" She smirks followed by another.

Rei; "Marcus.~~~"

Marcus; Hey, what are you girls doing here? He said, not looking back while Kakashi and Kohta got nosebleeds. He raises a brow and turns around. Seeing, two drunk naked women. "H-hey, hey!" He screams, slipping from their grasp, falling onto his back. Kakashi and Kohta got a full view of their rears. Kohta passes out while Kakashi looks away in full brain overload. "Kakashi!! Get your friends!!" He whispers, hitting his back against the door.

They crawl toward Marcus with Predatory looks. Edward covers Eddie's eyes.

Marcus accepts his fate while Tank, Afterlife Finn, and Nikolai, chants.

Tank, AfterFinn, Nikolai; "Marcus! Marcus!" He sweatdrops. Marcus closes his eyes feeling their hot breaths, but they fell on his lap: unconscious. Marcus sighs happily.

Tank and Nikolai: "NOOOO!!!" They scream in dispaired while Takeo rolls his eyes.

Takeo: "You three have no honor."

AfterFinn: "I just join in for the fun." Marcus felt him, shrug.

Kohta got up and walks to the balcony with a satisfied, but fried brain.

Kohta; "Well, I'll let you do your thing."

Marcus; I'M NOT SNOOPING THAT LOW!!! He whispers. He seeing Kakashi wrapping a sheet around Rei and hoisting her up.

Kakashi: "I'll get Rei to bed, sorry about that." He exits the door by Marcus while he sighs.

Marcus wraps Shizuka up with a sheet as well and exits the room. Seeing Saya on the couch he slept that other night.

Saya; "You-You womanizer.~ Don't come near me, Pervert. ~" Saya said as her eyes were half-lit while Marcus quickly passes her. "HEY, I'm talking to you.~"

Marcus; "You just said not to approach you." Marcus was carrying Shizuka while his back turns to Drunk Saya that was looking over the couch at him.

"Come here!"

"You're-"

"Don't make me repeat myself!!" She shouted while Marcus sighs and backtracks to Drunk Saya that was still looking over the couch. Saya hugs him and licks his neck causing Marcus to jolt while Saya falls on the couch with a smile. "That was your punishment, per-" She lights snore while Marcus was a blushing mess mix with horror.

He shakes his head and takes Shizuka in the closest door to him and sets her in bed watching her sleep, soundlessly.

Marcus: "I don't know what's stressful, being killed thousands of times or these girls." He goes to the exit.

(Drunk) Shizuka: "You hear voices don't you?~" Marcus's core beat from his chest. "At the bus and the bridge, you were talking to someone, were you?~" He looks back to Shizuka naked once more lying on the bed, kicking her feet about with a never-fazing smile.

"No-"

"D.I.D, Dissociative identity disorder. I have been watching you after the first aura you flare at the school...A German Scientist.~" A memory of Marcus talking in the school. "Hot-headed American." Marcus is glaring into Mr. Shido's soul. "Even an honorable samurai." Marcus is speaking with Seako on the bus.

Marcus: "I was-"

Shizuka: "There's more are they!~" She smiled, while Marcus stares in horror. "You fighting at the bridge is someone else, who is it?!~" She crawls to the edge of the bed looking up at him while he stumbles back.

Tank: "As horrifying as that sounds, she is far from the truth." He folds his arms while Nikolai takes a shot from his flask.

Eddie: "This you're choice, Marcus." Marcus's brown eyes stare down at her's.

Marcus: "...Sure it is." Shizuka grins cheek to cheek. "I'm still finding myself...don't tell everyone."

Shizuka: "But, telling will only set you free.~" Marcus grabs her hands.

"Please." She thinks for a bit.

"Ok...but don't hide anything, if it happened let me know. I can help." He smiles feeling a massive wave of regret.

Marcus: "Oh, and do you know the code to-Ms.Shizuka? Ms.Shizuka?!" She passed out while Marcus heavily sighs. He places the sheet over her once more while a wind-whirl figure fazed from Marcus and grabs a picture frame from the dress top. Marcus shiver and noticed. "Finn! You can't be out here!"

Afterlife Finn turns around to flip the photo frame of two young's adults in graduation caps.

Afterlife Finn: "I know you recognize her." His phantom voice breezes past Marcus's ears.

"I have...an idea." He exits while Finn fazed back into him. He's walking along the floor to see Rei on the Spiral steps talking with Saeko from the kitchen.

Saeko: "There he is now." She smirks looking back at her pot in an apron while Drunk Rei gazes at Marcus.

Marcus: "Hey, you're supposed to be asleep."

(Drunk) Rei; "I want to talk to you about something, It's about Kakashi." She looks at Marcus with a blush as Marcus gazes back.

" Sure, what's this about?" He sits next to Rei on the top step.

"The reason he, and I wasn't dating because he is boring. I remember we went to Karaoke and he would play bubble warp games while Hisashi, sings some songs to keep the party afloat. I'm not saying you're supposed to be popstar level on singing, but at least do something to be interesting."

"What are you saying?" Rei lightly pushes his back against the rail.

"I love you because you would subconsciously act out to protect everyone even Samantha. I see you two grow closer every passing day I want to share that with you." She leans forward.

"Rei." She stops. "I'm sorry, but are you comparing me to Hisashi?" Marcus gazes back seriously while she leans back baffled.

(Drunk) Rei: "I can't believe you, asking me that." She glared.

Marcus: "I'm just-"

"You doubt the love I have for you? Was this back when you killed my boyfriend!" Marcus recoiled. "I say I forgave you...why won't you accept me?" Marcus looks away staring at his feet. "Marcus?" She pushes his shoulder. Answer me!!"

"I need to think this through!" Marcus snaps his head to Rei with seriousness pouring from his eyes. "Yes, I killed Hisashi, but just thinking about you it's just...ugh!" He clenches his head. Rei leans on him and he gazes at her. "Rei?" Rei softly snores while he sighs.

Saeko: "That's quite interesting." Marcus looks through the railing at Saeko looking up at him.

Marcus: "What's interesting with being confused?"

"This means even when it's the end of the world, you still consider someone and your feelings. It's rare, you know that?" Saeko crosses her arms, showing the top of her chest causing him to blush and look away.

"It's just the start." He leans on the railing.

"It is, but sooner or later. There will be people out there napping women, because of the rarity of their beauty and gender. You gonna have to decide who you will protect." Marcus clicks his tongue and looks back with curiosity written all over.

Marcus: "Hey are wearing anything, but that apron?" Saeko smirks.

Saeko: "How bold of you, ask a lady this daring question." He blushed. "If you wanna know..." She reaches the neck strap.

" Man, I have to get Rei to bed!" Marcus carries Rei with haste in his steps while Saeko shakes her head with an unfazed smile.

"That boy."

Kakashi: "Put your back into!" Kakashi strains to give another crack at the safe with the help of Kohta.

Kohta: "I'm trying!!!" A door opens, revealing Marcus while they stumble back shaking their hands. The door closes, gaining the attention of the two. "What took you so long?!"

Marcus: "Sorry...I had a few detours." He approaches the two. "Do you mind I get a crack at it?"

Kakashi: "By all means." They step aside while Marcus tinker's with the dials. "You know that will-" The lock snaps open while Kohta and Kakashi jaw dropped. "What?!"

Kohta: "I'll like to know how you figure something like this out?!" His eyes grew stars. "Were their clues, hidden floorboards, maybe a secret room!?" Marcus looks back flashing the lock.

M/I/S

Marcus: "Shizuka friend has another that goes by Misty since they graduated together. Found a frame where I sat Shizuka." He drops the lock and opens the safe. "Jesus Christ..."

The boys were standing in front of the bed with four weapons. A pump shotgun, advanced M14, L96A1 ( Bolt -Sniper Rifle), and Strapped Ak47u.

Marcus and Kohta; "I have AK/ I'll have L96A1!" They said in sync, grabbing their gun and examine it, happily while Kakashi looks blankly as the two stare back at him.

Marcus; "You're not grabbing a weapon?" Marcus questioned.

Kakashi; "No, I'm fine. I'll stick with my bat, thank you."

Kohta frown: Angerly.

Kohta; "NO, you're taking a weapon. Unless your Saeko level when it comes to close combat, do you think you can kill a horde of zombies, not even a bomb do--"

Marcus; "Hell Hound." Marcus cut's in.

"Hell Hound that can explode when killed, you are not changing my mind. Take this." Kohta gives him the shotgun. "Now, if you excuse me. I'll have a field day with babe." He walks out of the balcony while Kakashi sighs sitting the shotgun on the bed.

Kakashi: "Zombie apocalypse...what does that even mean?" Marcus looks to Kakashi dazing out.

Marcus: "You, ok?"

"It's just...in the movie's it's usually the people getting infected, but dogs?" He looks to Marcus in confusion. "I'm afraid, there's more out there that we don't know." Marcus's face, darken. "Like the officers. They fought in the front lines and seen what's out there. I'm afraid will bump into them." Marcus grabs his shoulder.

"You right, there probably more out there. That only means will work extremely hard to protect the ones we dear." Kakashi glares back and nods.

The Sniper rifle lit the balcony and echo the silent night, it continued.

Kakashi: "Hirano!" He and Marcus exit to the balcony noticing Kohta glaring into the scope, poping another headshot of the undead. "What are you doing?! Are you trying to lead the horde here?!" He whispers while Kohta offered a binocular.

Kakashi accepts and stares into it. His lips grew two-together.

Marcus: "What? What is it?" Kakashi offers while heading inside. Marcus noticed twelve houses away a little girl hiding in a dog house by a dead man lying on the ground while the horde breaks off into the front yard. "Crap!" He pulled it down while Kohta firing: killing another trying to enter the yard.

Kohta: "I'm not letting that little girl die!" He clenches his teeth while Marcus places the binocular on the ground.

"I don't think we will." He enters getting set up.

Marcus throws on his Uniform jacket. Spinnings his dual sliver M1911's with deep scars on the side of the gun revealing: Sliver/Sam, tucking it into his hips.

He collects pistol ammo from the weapon safe placing them into the mag's: three each. He reloads the strapped Ak47u while he tapes a phone book around his forearm.

Saeko: "You think that's overkill?" Marcus jolts from Saeko gazing at the weapons, curiously.

Marcus: "Can you not pop out of the blue?!"

"Not until I know what's going on?" Her calm face stares at his serious face.

The door opens revealing Kakashi in his uniform, pulling a biker glove onto his hand.

Kakashi: "We're saving a little girl."

Now, Kakashi and Marcus were driving towards the open gate, dodging the horde of the undead on the motorbike.

Kakashi; "Knight, jump when I tell you!" They close in on the gate while five zombies block their way. "NOW!!!" Marcus jumps off, rolling onto the streets.

He quickly picks himself, sprinting to the gate, killing the undead in his way, while Kakashi, jumps off hitting the five with the bike clearing their way in as he was the first one waiting. Marcus made it in after. Kakashi closes the gate since the houses have high-rise walls the gate can keep the zombies at bay.

They look around seeing the man's corpse while the little girl peeks out with a small white dog in hand from the dog house.

Kakashi tries to convince the little girl while Marcus stood guard with his Ak train at the gate. Kakashi was successful, and before leaving, he places a dress shirt on the girl's father and a flower. And They found that her name is Alice and she names the dog Zeke.

Now, They were balancing on top of the wall as Kakashi takes the lead with Alice on his back and Zeke in his shirt while Marcus follows behind.

Alice; "Uhm...Uhm, Kakashi?" Kakashi raises a brow stepping on another wall to a house they left a few feet behind.

Kakashi; "Yeah?"

Alice; "I have to go." She whispers under her breath as Marcus hears this.

Kakashi; "Do you have to go, now of all places?" He questioned as Alice nods, and Marcus chuckles.

Kakashi; "Shut up, back there." He sighs. "Do your business." Alice pees on Kakashi's back as he sighs, sadly.

SCREEEEEECH!!!! Multiple screeches pierced the skies causing everyone to stagger. Marcus's eyes widen knowing the screams all too well. A crawler and few others stood on a house: a few walls from them. They hastily crawl their way at them.

Alice: "Kakashi!" She buried her head into his shoulder while Zeke barks aggressively.

Marcus: "Don't move!" He begins to fire the Ak47u at them trying to be accurate as possible, but they dodge and climb the walls, flashing their dragger teeth from their eyeless faces.

Kakashi steps back almost being pulled, but for a shot to kill the zombie. Kohta cocks the chamber and breaths out and pulls the trigger once more causing the world around them to slow down.

The bullet travels the night and into a skull of a lead crawler. It explodes into green grass while four others continued.

Marcus: "I can't get a shot!" Kakashi eyes the empty yard and jumps down giving Marcus a clear shot. He opens fire, killing three while the last one goes to shoot, but it explodes blowing Marcus back.

He hits the ledge. A few zombies claw at his strapped Ak. He grunts and pulls Sam blasting the three heads falling into the yard with Kakashi.

Kakashi: "Hey, you're ok?!" Marcus gets up, coughing.

"That gas feels like... the aftermath of smoking mix with toxic acid eat away you're lungs... don't go near it." He strains.

"This way!" They ran through the back while Marcus killed two mindless zombies approaching them. They exit the back gate and ran through: free of zombies in the alley between other houses.

The MLUV parks at the end of the alley releasing light down it revealing the others.

Saya: "You two idiots! Get in here!" Saya and Rei's chest was Kohta's head, which was awkwardly smiling. Kakashi, Marcus, and Alice smile while Zeke barks.

Kakashi: "Fucking' A!!!"

BOOM!!! Lighting strikes the ground while a hand grabs Marcus by his throat lifting his feet from the ground while his legs shake.

Brutus: "Your death is inescapable! Knight!" His grip tightened while Marcus's eyes widen and his face grew red.

A bullet pierces Brutus's metal helmet and through his brain, yet he shrugs it off.

Rei: "LEAVE HIM ALONE!!!" Rei raced with her broomstick with Saeko following. Kohta cocks his sniper rifle.

"Weak!" He hurls Marcus back causing him to hit the cement. He groans holding his bruised throat finding it difficult to breathe.

Brutus approaches them yet with every step he took the ground shook causing Rei to lose balance, but Saeko stumbles a bit, but she barrels through.

Saeko spins for an attack while Brutus swat his baton at her only for her to duck and Katana-uppercuts his face.

Saeko's eyes pop from her's socket, noticing the wooden katana broke in half. Brutus backhands her away, she crashes into a group of trash bins. A bullet hits his face once more, but he looks away while Kohta cock his sniper only for Brutus to glared into his soul causing Kohta to freeze in fear.

Saya: "Fat-Ass?!!" She goes to snap him out of it while Samantha and Noami watch through the window in horror.

Marcus ripes the phone book from him while he slowly loses his breath only for a gust of wind to rejuvenate him.

Marcus: "Aaaaah!!!" He sits up and coughs his ass off.

Afterlife Finn: 'I'm gonna kick this guy ass!' He shouts while Marcus feels him slip from his body.

"No, No!!" He slowly gets up as Finn recoil while Brutus's helmet hits the ground.

Brutus: "HAAAAAAA!!!" His frighting deep voice wallows the night while flames surround him. His red eyes gaze at Kotha. "HRAAAAA!!!!" He's burst into full throttle, shaking the ground, rapidly. Causing every one heart to dint.

Shizuka: "They're gonna surround us soon!" Blue eyes from afar stumble to the light of MLUV.

Rei seeing his charge, dive away while Brutus continued. Kakashi puts Alice and Zeke in the vehicle.

Kakashi: "Go!" He shouts, grabbing the shotgun.

Shizuka: "But-"

"GO!!!" Brutus inches closer while Kakashi guards the vehicle. He reloads the shaken shotgun with shells while Shizuka hesitant. "COME ON!!!" He shouts, pumping his shotgun and taking aim.

Brutus: "YOU WON'T ESCAPE!!!" Something flew past his face. BANG!!! A white light blinds him and everyone that gaze at it. Brutus came to a stop sliding bit and growls while A homeless man with a Gali (automatic Rifle) approaches Brutus hitting criticals.

Old Homeless Man; "Leave the kids alone, Blockhead!" He continued distracting him letting Rei and Marcus carrying unconscious Saeko pass them while Richtofen notices the man.

Richtofen; Russman! Edward shouts while Everyone got in.

Marcus stops between the Mobility Vehicle and the old man holding off Brutus. Rei looks at Marcus looking back.

Everyone at the Mobility Vehicle and Rei; "COME ON, MARCUS!!!"

Russman; "Don't worry about this old man, kid!" He dodges a swat and hurls another flash, blinding Brutus once more while zombies and hell hounds from their last run entered after the old man fight. "Tell Monty to go fuck-himself!" He shouts reloading and releasing another spray of bullets as Brutus falls to the ground taking a lot of damage. Marcus, The expert's, Samantha's, and Eddie's eyes widen as others were dumbfounded by the name Monty.

Marcus looks both ways as time seems to stop. Marcus looks at his band of survivors.

Marcus; 'If I go with them, we'll escape the horde, but leave Russman. He looks at Russman fending off Brutus as the horde approaches them. If I go to help Russman, my friends will be overrun by Zombies, while the possibility of getting Info on Dr. Monty is possible.' He continued looking both ways. He growls.

Time resumes as Marcus and Rei sprint toward his MLUV.

Marcus; "I'M SORRY !!" He shouted, shoving Saeko in and getting in with Rei and Kakashi. Shizuka drives away from the horde. Russman smiles.

Russman; "No, problem, kid." He kills Brutus while zombies got him cornered. "Well, if this old man's time is up, so be it." He pulls two bowie knives (Giant combat knives) Come get me, Freak-a-lopes!!! He stood guard while the horde surrounds him.

Shizuka droves away from the Horde and Russman as the moon blooms.

Noami and Samantha were checking for bites as Marcus was talking to The experts, Eddie, Afterlife Finn, telepathically.

Tank; "You did the right thing, kid." Tank and the others were at the very back watching the ordeal as everyone else talks about new plans and helping one another.

Eddie; "It's was a hard decision, and you made the right one." Nikolai cheers for Eddie's comment.

Takeo; "You have escape evil and went with the right path, boy." Edward was the only quiet one out of the four looking at the vehicle walls with his arms cross.

Shizuka: "I need someone to take the wheel." She goes climbing the back while doing so they were going to crash, but Saya turns the staring wheel away in time while Noami takes the driver's seat.

Saya: "You could've stopped the thing! Shizuka ignores her and checking Saeko's pulse. She sighs, happily while they noticed blood leaking across her right eye.

Marcus: "What's happening?!" Shizuka grabs her bag while Marcus goes to open her eye to see it's drowned in blood and mess up and all kinds of ways.

Shizuka: "Here." She passed Rei a blanket while Rei covered the children. "Keep it, steady!" She looks at Noami driving.

"SHIZUKA!!!" He booms while she answers.

"I'm removing her eye if not it's gonna get infected. If I do this, she died of blood loss." Marcus's body shakes while Kakashi clenches his fist.

Samantha: "She could die either way?!" She shouts, behind the blanket while Shizuka wears rubber gloves.

"It's 50-50."

Marcus: "This is not fair!" Tears pour from his face hitting the floor. Saya watches on. "None of this!!!"

The street light shines below lighting a path for the survivors in MLUV.
