CHAPTER-24

Jungkook felt like deja Vu as they walked into the crime scene two hours later.

It was the same as the first body they had found.

The body was naked. It was in bowing position. There was scars on the back.

It's a body of a young boy,maybe not even 25 yet.

The body seemed thin but white,had good fat around hips and butt.

The figure of the victim was petite yet alluring. Maybe that's what attracted the killer.

Jungkook didn't even have to look carefully to notice the similarities between the two victims.

Doctor Im was examining the body carefully. She had her gloves on and her attention right now was on the scars on the back of the victim.

Jungkook looked at Taehyung,only to find out Taehyung's blank face.

Taehyung was looking at the body with an intense look.

He felt anger watching how the killer had disgraced the body.

Doctor Im truned the body around.

There was a long stitch mark on the chest.

Everyone guessed that the heart was missing again.

"Do you think it's the same killer?" Yongi asked Doctor Im.

"Yes. The MO is exactly same and method of death is poisoning," Doctor Im replied nodding.

"The time of death?" Yongi asked.

"I'm guessing within 8-10 hours. Right now,it's 3pm so it's about 9-10 pm approximately. I need to cut him open to know properly," doctor Im said.

Yongi nodded in understanding.

"Any sign of sexual assault?" Yongi asked.

"Doesn't seem like it," Doctor Im replied in short.

"Jungkook-ah, Jimin-ah,go look around. See if you can find anything," Yongi instructed.

Jungkook and Jimin nodded and walked away.

"Taehyung-ah,go home," Yongi said and left to talk to the duty officers who first saw the body.

Taehyung looked at the body for some time. Then left quitely.

"Nothing is here. Everything is clear,"Jimin said in frustration.

Jungkook didn't say anything and continued to look around the body.

The body was found again near the river.

Just like the last one.

A young girl was walking her dog when her dog ran here. Then she saw the body and called the police.

"Maybe the dog got the scent," Jungkook thought.

"When did you come to the scene?" Yongi asked the duty officers who first saw the body.

"About three hours ago. We then call your department," one officer said.

"The girl who found the body?" Yongi asked.

"She's in the car. She's quite shaken up," the officer said.

Yongi nodded.

"Doc,you have to give me something," Yongi said, walking back to the body near doctor Im.

"The killer is a perfectionist. There is no mistake. Even the cuts are so perfectly made," Doctor Im said.

Yongi didn't say anything,just looked at the body.

"Hyung,did you notice that all the victims had good figure?" Jungkook asked Yongi.

"You also noticed it," Yongi said looking impressed.

Jungkook nodded.

"Not only good figure. They all had petite figure, little like women's body," Yongi said.

"How do you think the killer choose his victims?" Jungkook asked.

"Not sure yet," Yongi said,in deep think.

They sent the body to the lab,then went back to the bureau.
