Our wedding

It was Monday and we were on our way to the police station I couldn't think straight cause I didn't know what was installed for us. When we got there we found Sam and his parents waiting for us. Immediately the officer arrived we went in his office and told us that the lab results were out and they were positive. Sam looked really confused when was told that he was going to be arrested and charged for rape. His parents were in disbelief that their only son was going to be jailed.

All of the sudden Sam's dad had a suggestion to say he married me would he still be spared jail time? then officer said it was my decision to make and so I was given an hour to thing about it.

The one hour elapsed and I was asked what I had decided, I told them I would get married to him and drop all the charges for the sake of our unborn child. His dad was happy about the news but his mum wasn't.

We went to the civics center and got married the same day. Before leaving the police officer told me that if am facing any problems in my in-laws house I should report the matter straight to him.
