Suddenly waking up in a new body and world was not what I was expecting after just downloading a new game.
The night sky was breathtaking with the starry skies in full view. The air was clean and fresh which was different in large cities full of smog. However, as I marveled at these things, there's only one thing in my mind.
"Haa..."
I sighed once again upon recognizing my current situation. I just finished downloading a game, Honkai Impact 3rd after deciding to finally play it despite already knowing major plot points.
It seems kinda stupid now since the only reason I wanted to play it was because of the story. I had watched many videos regarding this game from its animations to game plays. I even read the fandom wiki about it.
As for how I got here, I honestly have no clue whatsoever. The only other memory I have was receiving a visl of suspicious liquid with a letter attached and a black gold bank card. The letter contents was just an explanation what the liquid was.
It was explained that it is something called the essence of slayer but modified. It was also due to this that I discovered where I was. And perhaps due to panic and anxiety about the contents I read, I drank the contents of the glass vial.
The aforementioned letter contained terms like honkai beasts and such, so yeah, it seems I am in the world of the game I just downloaded. And I already reconfirmed it by searching through the internet using the computer in this room.
At least that's how I remembered it after that head splitting headache I got after arriving here. As for the other thing that appeared with me, the black card, it was something I'm truly thankful of.
