Heroine Addict (Marvel x Arifureta Crossover)

There was nothing too out of the ordinary about his second life. Well, his own life specifically that is. The world he lived in was mildly insane. The Avengers were constantly throwing down with a seemingly endless number of villains of the week. The X-Men were a daily presence in the news as they struggled to promote goodwill towards their people. Alien invasions and exiled gods popped up from time to time. Typical crazy stuff. As a normal human, he really couldn't afford to get wrapped up in that level of nonsense. Thankfully, Japan seemed to be relatively calm compared to the circus that was America. Seriously, what could he even do against enemies like Magneto, Loki, or Thanos? Spending his days flirting with his cute classmates and lazing around sounded much better in his books. Hm? Why do his classmates this year look so familiar? Is that Shizuku Yaegashi? A voice in his head? Superpowers? Immortality? Gorgeous, super-powered women? Hmm... It would appear that Japan just might need its own superhero to act as a deterrent to Avengers level threats after all! With a power like this it would almost be a crime to not do all he could to accumulate power and save the world. Yep, he was just doing a public service here. No ulterior motives whatsoever, thank you very much. Oh? The sinister six have captured Spider-Man and are about to execute him on live television? Sorry, can't help. Saving the world at the moment. Any reports that placed him at a campus bar flirting with Gwen Stacy at the time of the broadcast were false, obviously. Everyone he does he does for the sake of protecting the Earth! Everything. He meant everything. Sorry? What was that? Is that Black Widow? Well, looks like the world will be saved quite a bit tonight. Harem/Smut/R18+

Shizuku was lost in her thoughts after surreal day of school. Before she knew it, she found herself outside the gates to her family's house. She barely remembered the walk home, she'd been so distracted.

The attractive new student had thrown her for a loop and she wasn't sure if that was good or bad. It wasn't often that Shizuku was caught off guard. She was looking forward to a relaxing evening at home and a pointed conversation with her parents.

She slipped inside, managing to avoid all of her family's disciples. They could be rather clingy, sometimes.

Shizuku let out a sigh of relief that she could let her hair down for a while and wandered into the living room only to stop dead.

Ryuu was lounging casually on the couch, sipping his tea and reading from a book.

Shizuku's mind stuttered and she did a double-take. The very instant she felt relaxed she was immediately blindsided with Ryuu sitting in her living room! What the hell was going on!?

"Hey, Shizuku. Long time no see," Ryuu said cheekily. "Would you like to join me for some tea? Your mother's blend is exquisite and, to my surprise, it wasn't even poisoned!"

Shizuku was getting irritated. Her sanctuary where she could be herself had been invaded! A vein appeared on her forehead and she clenched her fist.

Shizuku picked up a wooden sword that Ryuu noticed had mysteriously appeared when he wasn't paying attention. She pointed the blade at Ryuu. "What do you think you're doing here!?" she questioned, incredulously.

"Drinking tea?" Ryuu answered innocently.

Shizuku felt that Ryuu was going to be bad for her sanity. He didn't treat her with a sort of awed respect like most of her peers. He kept winking and smirking at her!

She shook the sword at him and demanded, "Don't mess with me, Mochizuki Ryuu! I'm not an idiot! Now tell me what you're doing in my house wearing- are those my grandfather's clothes!?"Shizuku interrupted herself, dumbfounded.

Ryuu couldn't help but chuckle. "What do you think?" he asked as he stood, twisting this way and that to show off his new outfit.

Shizuku's arm slowly dropped as she found herself distracted by the young man in the very traditional outfit. The hakama really did suit him well. It highlighted his strong arms and trim waist, clearly discernible through the loose fabric. With his long black hair and wild eyes, Shizuku had the illusion that Ryuu was an ancient warrior ready to fight for kith and kin at a moment's notice.

Ryuu did a little spin and Shizuku couldn't help but take a quick glance at his ass. She felt like a pervert. Whatever else was going on, Shizuku couldn't deny that Ryuu was very much her type. Especially when he was wearing her clan's formal clothing. His lean figure in the familiar clothing sent her thoughts in embarrassing directions.

Her mind wandered and she imagined an older Ryuu teaching by her side in the Yaegashi dojo. Such an ending wouldn't be the worst, Shizuku thought.

Shizuku blushed and looked down. She needed to snap out of it! She refocused on Ryuu as he walked towards her.

Ryuu was smitten. He couldn't get enough of the range of emotions Shizuku displayed while she was lost in her thoughts. From what he remembered, Shizuku was the type of girl to overthink and get swamped down in her own head. Who knew what tangents her thoughts could go down while she was engaging in a normal conversation?

Ryuu could guess that they were most likely being monitored, but he did have her family's permission... somewhat. They couldn't blame him for being a little forward.

Ryuu slipped the wooden sword out of Shizuku's now weak grip, taking her hand in the process. She didn't try to stop him, but she refused to look him in the eye. Her face flushed an even brighter red when their hands met.

Ryuu knew that Shizuku was a girl that was weak to the direct approach. She was also incomparably innocent on the inside, with no knowledge of men whatsoever.

Ryuu leaned close to her, "Sorry to intrude in your home, but I couldn't wait to give you the good news. I talked to your family and they're not opposed to our marriage in the slightest."

Shizuku was shocked. She had never been as lost and confused as she was now. She felt like Ryuu was just having his own conversation that she couldn't understand. Despite her confusion, Shizuku knew one thing for certain. She wasn't getting married while still in high school!

Ryuu was unaware that the goalposts in Shizuku's mind had shifted from Who is this random person? to I won't marry this random person until I'm an adult! No matter what my parents say!

Ryuu chuckled at the look on her face, "I'm just having a bit of fun with you, darling. Don't worry too much. Your family has a lot to tell you and I don't want to be in the way. I was just in the neighborhood and wanted to see you. Couldn't help myself, really." Ryuu shrugged shamelessly.

As Ryuu held Shizuku's smooth and slender hand, he wondered if he would get a kunai in the back before Shizuku's family had explained anything to her. He didn't sense any killing intent, but a skilled shinobi could probably prevent any from leaking until the last moment.

As he thought this Ryuu noticed the slightest hint of movement from the corner of the ceiling. It might've been his imagination, but he could've sworn that he could hear Koichi muttering incoherently from above. Best not to push him too far too quickly.

Ryuu gave a wry smile. "Sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable today. Regardless of anything else, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you. I'll be around and about your family's compound for the foreseeable future. We'll have plenty of time to get better acquainted with each other."

Ryuu stepped in closer to Shizuku and, before she could react, left a chaste kiss on her cheek.

Shizuku's face resembled a tomato and it seemed that steam would start to shoot out of her ears at any moment. She didn't know what it was about this boy that constantly left her so speechless. It was his fault! She just couldn't keep up with Ryuu's actions. That didn't mean she hated him, though. She had never been so curious about another person.

Before any vengeful fathers could stop him, Ryuu said farewell. He walked at normal speed until he was out of the front door and then he booked it, leaving a trail of lightning as he fled Koichi's wrath. He would see Shizuku at school tomorrow. No need for him to stick around and become target practice.

---------------------

Ryuu loved the feeling of running over water like it was solid ground. It really hammered home just how fast he was moving. Ryuu was wearing a black flash-like outfit that he'd mocked up. It didn't have a mask, but it was made with friction-resistant material. He didn't really care about hiding his identity and only wore it to reduce the chance of his clothes combusting mid-run.

After a few days of attending school, flirting with Shizuku, evading irate ninjas, and annoying soon-to-be heroes, the weekend had come to deliver him from his boredom.

He hadn't explained everything to Shizuku yet. It had only been a short time since they met. He was waiting for her to come to terms with her family's lifestyle before he dropped more info on her. They talked to each other at school. Ryuu would flirt and cause Shizuku to blush, but it was all harmless fun. They had yet to have any serious conversations.

He knew her parents had told her something, but Shizuku hadn't brought up his powers or knowledge of the future, so he assumed they had left that conversation to him.

For now, it was time to start preparing for his upcoming isekai. A reincarnator getting isekai'd. Ryuu felt a little rushed now that he had some free time. Ironic, but he would work with it. He had much to do.

His first stop was the United States. This is why Ryuu was now running slightly faster than three times the speed of sound across the surface of the Pacific Ocean.

Despite his speed, he had still been running on water with no rest for about two and half hours in real time. He was getting a little tired. This was also why he had to wait for the weekend.

Ryuu was fast, but he maxed out at around 1030 metres per second, just over mach-3. It was impressive, but nowhere near enough to let him treat the whole world like it was his back yard. A trip across the pond and back would still take the better part of a day.

He was much faster than the Barry Allen of the CW-verse at the beginning of his career as a speedster, at least. Barry hadn't reached mach-1 for a few months after starting his vigilantism.

It also made Ryuu realize just how much room he had to grow. From what he knew, there were speedsters that could traverse the globe in seconds.

There was one version of the Flash that could move faster than the speed of light. The crazy bastard had no limits and literally ran himself out of existence, taking a powerful villain with him. Ryuu had a lot of room to grow if he hoped to measure up.

Soon enough, Ryuu reached land. Specifically... ah! There was a vast, sprawling bridge arching out over the bay. He was in San Francisco. He remembered he'd been to a carnival here as a child in his previous life.

Ryuu's parents moved around for work his entire childhood in both lives. He had been independent for a couple years now, as his father had passed and his mother knew he was more than self-sufficient.

She continued traveling around the globe and Ryuu settled down in Japan, finally getting a stable home for the first time in two lives. At least he had passable skill with a few languages thanks to his nomadic lifestyle.

Thinking back, his favourite attraction was an ancient, creaky, wooden roller-coaster. What a death trap. It was a miracle he'd lived into his twenties.

Ryuu didn't exactly have the best of intentions coming to this country. He felt a little bad, looking out over the beautiful city. He liked it here, so he decided to move to a different area to carry out his less than legal activities.

The majority of Ryuu's potential enemies were willing to do pretty much anything in their quests for power. Ryuu only intended to cause some losses to some billionaires. They wouldn't even feel the pinch. Hell, insurance would probably cover for all of his activities tonight.

The privatized insurance companies in North America always heavily favoured the ultra-rich. So really, this was a victimless crime.

Ryuu raced east until he came across a decent sized city somewhere in the mid-west. He quickly made his way to the closest chain grocery store and ran inside.

He was moving so fast that as long as he didn't stop moving, the low quality security cameras wouldn't capture him for even a single frame.

Ryuu ran up and down the aisles, sucking every last bit of food he could see into his pocket dimension. Stealing shit was just too easy for a speedster with spatial storage. When he found out time was frozen for all of the items stored he knew he wouldn't ever starve over in Tortus.

After packing a warehouse worth of food away and completely cleaning out the store, Ryuu moved on. He wasn't sure how much he could fit in his pocket dimension, but he'd tested it out with a mountain's worth of dirt and hadn't reached a limit.

He visited more stores, cleaning them out as he went. He only targeted large stores that he knew for fact weren't owned by the average citizen. He would be like a mosquito on a bear. The owners of his pilfered goods wouldn't even notice the loss.

Ryuu cleaned out a hardware store, an art material supplier, an electronics store, some jewelry stores, clothing stores, and a sporting goods store. He had everything from potato chips to stereos to generators. He wanted to be prepared for anything that may come his way.

He decided to visit some lingerie and cosplay stores as well. Might as well keep a good collection. He had a tendency to be rough on the outfits of his lovers. He made sure he had enough clothing of all types to supply a large village!

Don't look at him like that. He had practical stuff, too. He wasn't only a filthy degenerate who thought with his dick.

Ryuu ended his shopping spree with a visit to all of the local gun stores, where he emptied their entire inventories. He was shocked when he saw all of the illegal weaponry that a couple of the stores were hiding in the back. God bless America, apparently.

Oh well, thanks to their flagrant violation of the law, Ryuu now had a ridiculous arsenal of modern weaponry. Everything from small caliber firearms to rocket launchers and even some sketchy looking bombs.

One of the stores even had a fairly modern tank out back that he managed to throw into his pocket dimension. Ryuu felt his mind strain slightly and knew that, while he may not have any problems storing smaller items, he would probably reach his limit if he tried to steal anything too large. No planes for him, apparently.

Cars were a go, though. He helped himself to cars of varying styles from a high-end dealership. He threw in a school bus as well just in case. You never could be too prepared.

Huh, now that he thought about it, some of those weapons were a little over the top. Maybe Ryuu had just robbed a domestic terror cell? Huh, neat.

He counted it as his good deed for the month and continued onward. He had multiple warehouses worth of stolen goods on his person, but he felt as light and free as ever. God bless superpowers.

Ryuu's extracurricular activities only took him around half an hour. He stopped for a quick breather and a bottle of water before he started to make his way further east. His next destination was in Snow Valley, Massachusetts.

It took him another hour of running over mountains and along rivers until he reached his destination. Ryuu loved the computer age. You could find anything with a quick search, especially as so many people had public identities and jobs that were easily traceable.

Ryuu slowed and came to a halt near an imposing gate, attached to a wall that surrounded a small campus. This was Massachusetts Academy, a school run by a gorgeous blonde telepath who was one of the keys to Ryuu's plans.

Ryuu had no appointment, but he didn't much care for propriety. He figured that even if his target wasn't present, one of her Hellions would surely be around to give her a call. Ryuu knew she wouldn't be able to ignore an unknown speedster sniffing around her students.

Ryuu ran past many students lounging on the grass as they enjoyed their weekend. Out of the corner of his eye he saw a girl and a boy getting a little frisky behind some trees. "Well, that's only to be expected at a boarding school," Ryuu chuckled as he made his way to the largest building.

Any telepath who lived at a school filled with horny adolescent teens either had a will of iron or was a masochist, in Ryuu's opinion.

He was curious to meet Charles Xavier at some point. Which version of the man was he dealing with? Ryuu hoped it wasn't the serial rapist who knocked up his own students to provide himself with spare bodies to possess.

Ryuu entered the largest building which was connected to an attached atrium with a glass dome, giving him glimpses of a group training within.

Ryuu made his way to the atrium and stopped for a moment to watch. He assumed these the aforementioned Hellions. A group of mutants who were absolutely loyal to their mistress and were utterly ruthless to her enemies.

Ryuu watched them train from a distance and took a moment to prepare for his meeting. Telepaths and speedsters had interesting interactions when their powers clashed.

Ryuu had been training his mind for most of the week while he was bored in class. After a lot of trial and error, he managed to increase the speed of his thoughts while his body remained in normal time. Even if his mind was compromised, his thoughts were moving far too quickly to be understood.

It was somewhat like multi-tasking as he controlled the speed force energy to produce only the desired effect on one part of his body. It was tricky, but Ryuu felt that this was the bare minimum required when dealing with an alpha level telepath.

The Hellions had a variety of mutations and all of them were quite skilled. They needed to be strong enough to take on the X-Men. It was practically their purpose. Professor X was very good at creating his own enemies.

Ryuu took note of this group, knowing full well that there existed mutations that could atomize him in an instant. Might as well scope out some of the competition.

He noticed a girl sitting off to the side, bringing glowing purple portals into existence around her. Ryuu almost didn't recognize her, but guessed that she was Blink after he noticed the ends of her long, black hair dyed purple.

There were a few other mutants, but the only one that Ryuu recognized off the top of his head was Catseye. It wasn't hard to spot her, she was literally a human-cat hybrid. Not in the cutesy anime way, either.

When she activated her powers, she would transform and become covered in fur. She sported razor sharp claws long enough to take someone's head off, could walk on walls, and was strong enough to give Captain America a run for his money.

He didn't see his target among the mutants, so he ran through the entire building in seconds, scouting it out. In no time at all he found the headmistress' office. He stopped outside the ornate double doors and knocked, waiting with his hands behind his back and an innocent look on his face.

The door was opened by an alluring blue-eyed blonde in her early thirties. She was wearing a casual outfit consisting of a white blouse, black skirt, and finished with a pair of short wedges, designed for comfort as much as fashion.

Ryuu had to stop himself from ogling her. She was a bombshell with perfect proportions. Large bust, slim waist, and legs that went on for days. He caught just the slightest glimpse of her substantial yet tight ass behind her flowing skirt.

Despite himself, Ryuu's pants became tight and he sported a slight bulge. Could you really blame him? He was a pent-up, teenage virgin and in front of him was a vision of seductive desire.

He managed to keep a straight face while he not so subtly checked her out. He pressed forward before she could question him.

"Hello, Emma Frost. It's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Ryuu Mochizuki. My apologies for dropping in unannounced. I would've called ahead, but I thought it would be better for us to talk in person. I have a feeling that you'll be very interested in what I have to say," Ryuu spoke in flawless English.

R18+ content begins in the next chapter or so. Enjoy!
