Irony Part 2

The students enters the window less building.

Inside, they found it to be quite empty and the gray dusty walls is the most thing you can ponder.

"This building was made with the help of Mr. Cementoss, this must be the reason why he always looks sleepy in the morning. The school originally wanted this to be a fully efficient school building, so they can add new sections. But the city budget funds were forced to cut off due to the sudden increase of crime incidents. They said they need the budget for surveillance and A.I. security. We filed a petition against the police department but it was declined. So this building was left unprecedented" Vlad said as the students are following him.

As they walk pass on the rooms Setsuna sees something and said, "Look over there, those furnitures like chairs and tables covered with thick cloth" she points out.

"There also plant vases and glass platfrom table that are covered with bubbles wraps" Kendo added.

"Why is there an unavailable elevator at the left end of the hallway and a stair at the right end?" Tetsu asked.

"I'll take a wild guess that either Mr. Cementoss doesn't have enough knowledge about architecture or he's just too stressed...or maybe even both" Shishida replied.

At the fifteenth floor, Vlad decided to stop touring and said, "Alright, now ten of you will clean at the top of the building and ten of you will start at the bottom"

What's the point of bringing us here if we're just assigned at different floors? And why are we just suppose to clean? Monoma thought.

"If you're wondering why I brought here, it is for equal headstart..." Vlad said.

"Is there a competition or race on who can clean faster in the class?" Setsuna asked.

"..."

"No, it's just for the equal headstart. Though I will give all of you heavy punishment if you cannot finish cleaning this building by the end of the class time" Vlad replied.

The students rushes to their tasked positions and started cleaning with the tools they were provided.

At the upper floor, Monoma, Tetsu, and Kendo are one of the ten students who are tasked to clean.

Using the stairs, they finally reached the 29th floor after some time of walk.

There was a sign preventing anyone to go upstairs, due to reasons of not fully stable to walk on.

Kendo decided that they just start from this floor and begin cleaning.

Monoma and Tetsu have just started waxing the floor of the hallway and is already looking pretty tired.

"Hey it's time for lunch already, you can stop pretending to be working hard now" Kendo said from one of the rooms.

Monoma let out a big sigh of exhaustion while walking alongside Tetsu.

"We could have started from the 15 floor and then reach the top, we wasted a lot of time just by running all the way from the top just to start" Monoma said.

"Maybe that is also a part of Vlad's challenge" Tetsu replied.

"If that's the case, he should just fail us already" Monoma said.

The students started eating their lunch.

While eating, Kendo decided to open her phone.

There doesn't seem to have any signal from this place. How far did we even go to get here? Kendo thought.

Tetsu and Monoma are besides each other while eating their lunch.

"Have you heard about the news last night?" Tetsu asked.

"No, I went straight to bed after all that mess" Monoma replied.

"It was about a new space company opening next month. It promised to improve the country's national security and digital connection by launching satellites from space. It's suppose to be the biggest space facility in the country" Tetsu said.

Does that include monitoring people from above? Wouldn't there be any breach of privacy if that happens? Monoma thought.

"Plus, they also want to build those gigantic satellites on the ground. They plan to build three major satellites that can give coverage to all of Japan" Tetsu said.

"I guess that's a good news, but who would even sponsor ambitious projects like these?" Monoma asked.

"They seem to be independent and there are no political agendas so it wouldn't be much of a concern" Tetsu replied.

After a while, the students from the upper floor are done with their meals.

They prepare to resume with their activity.

Kendo walks in front of the room and said, "All right, let's get this thing done before time, CLASS 1-B FIGHT!!!"

"FIGHT!!" the students loudly replied.

Each students spread out from room to room to continue their cleaning.

At the second floor, the other ten students begin their cleaning as they are being supervised by Vlad.

A black armor plated van stops in front of the building and Setsuna sees it from the window.

The van is heavily tinted that it makes it impossible to see from outside.

Setsuna calls Vlad and said, "Uhhm, there seems to be a vehicle outside"

Vlad looks outside and sees the van parked in front of the entrance. He walks down and goes to the first floor.

As he is walking down the stairs, Setsuna is following him from behind.

Vlad stops and said to Setsuna, "Hey, are you able to separate your head from your body?"

"Yes, why?" Setsuna replied.

Context: Setsuna Tokage, her quirk lets her dettach her body parts and seemingly float it into long distances.

"I want you to warn everyone to stay on their positions by not making sudden movements and keep quiet" Vlad commands.

"Right away" Tokage replied. Her head then dettaches from her body and floats upstairs while her body is left standing on the stairs.

Vlad confronts the van as he walks towards it.

Floor by floor, Tokage's flying head is in a rush relaying everyone to stay and keep quiet.

Shishida is at the fifth floor of the building and cleaning the hallways as he sees Tokage's head from a far heading towards him.

Vlad confronts the van and said, "Who's in there?" he said clearly.

The door from the driver's seat opens, the tinted window lowers down and a rifle of some sort comes out of the window from a full geared military uniformed man holding it.

He pulls the trigger but Vlad quickly intercepts it with a wave of blood from his quirk.

"Cheap attacks don't work on me" Vlad said.

Wait, when did the gun made a shot? There wasn't any sound coming from that gun, Vlad thought.

He suddenly felt an immense pain from his chest.

Back at the fifth floor, Shishida is seeing Tokage's head flying towards him.

As she gets closer, she notices Shishida standing and said, "Hey you, kee-"

Tokage's head suddenly drops to the ground and rolls then stumbles against Shishida's feet.

Her eyes are dead white and her breathing stopped as it made Shishida frozen in shock.

At the first floor:

There are no bullet wounds, but how? Vlad thought.

He suddenly falls down to the ground unconscious.

Tokage's beheaded body is rolling on the stairs and drops unconscious as well.
