TICKING BOMB

Nathan let out a sigh of relief as soon as he finally heard Amari's steady breathing. She was finally asleep. She been so upset when they had both teleported to his place that she had almost sent the whole house caving in. His room for one was now a mess as her emotions, which had been all over the place had sent things flying and turning over each other.

It was until he had pulled her towards himself and crashed his lips on hers that she had started to calm down. The kiss hadn't been a lengthy one but it had been passionate. And when they had pulled apart from each other, Nathan had led her to the bed, and then they had both laid down, with him snuggling her against himself so that she was resting her head on his chest and one of his hand was resting on her waist.

It was as they stayed in this intimate position that she had drifted to sleep but even though she was asleep, Nathan was afraid to leave her side for fear that she might end up waking up as soon as he leaves her side.
