"Tell me one thing though, did you really resurrect that demon? I know that it was a demon that killed my father, not that man, who was charged and killed for the murders."

Amari heaved in a deep breath, and then opened her mouth to speak. "I did resurrect that demon but it wasn't intentional. Fiona had died, her mother was desperate and had asked me to bring her back and had even threatened Claire's life…" Amari paused, and then continued almost immediately.

"I brought Fiona back but it wasn't Fiona who came back but the demon. I didn't know that was going to happen," Amari went on.

"So a spirit element can really bring a person back from the dead, impressive," Mia muttered.

"Such magic is considered dark magic though. It isn't impressive but selfish and reckless," Amari countered to have Mia nod. The younger girl agreed with her.
