SEEING HIM CRY

"Wait! What?" Nathan exclaimed as soon as Amari's words registered in his head.

"Wow, bummer! So, your boyfriend already has a fiancee? That's huge!" Stephanie muttered and both Amari and Nathan turned to glare at her in sync.

"I had no idea about this, God that man! Sometimes I just want to strangle him!" Candy muttered and Amari couldn't help but shake her head sadly. The woman had no idea what her second discovery was, but then maybe she did, after all, she had mentioned that she wanted to confirm something. That means she already had her suspicions. Amari was slightly relieved though that Candy didn't know about the arranged marriage for Nathan. It felt nice to know that the woman was on her side.

"I wonder who this business partner is," Candy muttered and from the way she creased her eyebrows, it showed that she was thinking. Nathan too was thinking, Amari could tell from his expression. His lips were pressed tightly together, his eyes squinted slightly.
