The Moon and Star

~Jia's POV~

The day has always been like this in France for us since the last four years. I'm going to meet Mr. Andre the president of AD Entertainment. I took a taxi to the AD entertainment building, it didn't take long to arrived there. I saw the building and a sudden flash came, I was standing exactly the same way and looking at the building exactly the same way when i saw The Wang Corps building for the first time. The only difference is the town , the city, and the country.

I put my thoughts aside and headed inside. I saw the receptionist and went to her.

" I'm here to meet Mr. Andre Halton. " I told her and she asked my name .

" Zou Jia. ". I said to her . she checked something in her laptop.

" Sorry ma'am but there is no appointment of yours with Mr. Halton, you can't meet him until you have an appointment. " She said politely.

She is totally right I really don't have any appointments. He just informed me yesterday and called me today to meet. I didn't prepared anything.

" But He called me this morning to meet him

can you please call him once to tell him I'm here. " I request her to call her boss once. I really don't want to waste all my energy it took to come here .

She was about to call but was stopped by a man in navy blue formal wear, looking all gentleman.

He said something to the receptionist with a glare and looked at me.

" Miss Zou, I'm Nile. This way please " He introduce himself while asking me to follow him . I smiled and said " thanks Mr. Nile , I was about to leave already. " With that we enter the lift, it take us to the 8th floor, the floor of Mr. Halton's office .

When I enter Inside the office I saw an old man sitting on his chair reading so many documents. When he saw me he stood up and came towards me.

" Miss Zou. finally I get to see you. it's a great pleasure to meet you. And we are really sorry for the inconveniences down there. " He said . We shook hands for a second .

" It's really fine ,I'm glad you want to meet me . " I said as a professional. Who will not be happy after meeting the CEO of AD entertainment . He is very famous in France.

" Please take your seat Miss Zou." I sat across him and we started our talk. For the first time I didn't feel uncomfortable talking with a CEO. He really don't have any type of ego . Really a gentle.

We talked for quite a long. " I never thought you could have that much interest in painting. It's really amazing of you. " He took me to his painting collection room and there I get to see so many paintings of mine. I was really surprised that he has bought many of my work . I said that as he came to see me off.

" I really like your talent. So please think about the deal. before taking any wrong decision. " Mr. Halton said. Convencing me for the umpteenth time.

" Okay Mr. Halton " with that I bid bye. It's already midday, so I went home direct but didn't find Risa there . But no worries I know where is she. She must be at out farmhouse . This is at the house backside of our home. We have decorated this very beautifully. I saw her painting a night view which brought me again a past memory.

~FLASHBACK~

~Jia's POV~

We both were sitting in the balcony of our dorm. We used to sit at balcony and relax ourselves.. The night view was amazing from there. The day we spent– sorry I used to spent only over one person. But I didn't knew the worst things has yet to some .

" The star will held the moon and like every day the lucky moon will not be lonely tonight.." Stated Risa with a smile on her face.

I looked at her. it's very rare to get this type of poetic statement from anyone. why suddenly Risa blurred this .

So i asked Risa ' why are you so poetic now, what are you thinking ?

" I was just thinking about stuffs.... and one of them is, What's love ?" said Risa. I was a little taken aback by her. Cause she doesn't think these type of thing much. So hearing this from her was something I didn't expected.

"love.... love... I can't say what it mean... I'll just say that it's the most beautiful feeling for a lovesick person like me. "

I said remembering person face while chuckling. remembering all the silly things I had done till now for my love... That doesn't at all seem silly to me right now .

" forget me. what's it mean for you ? tell me Risa." i asked back .

Risa was silent. I know she wouldn't want to remember that person again who had broked her heart in the past. But she needs to get out of that shitty person zone.

seeing that Risa was silent. I shook her and said - telll me !

" Love is nothing and can be everything. It's depend on the way you see things . As for now I don't have many thoughts about love. seeing you is enough to know love ." Risa said mocking me in her every word.

I didn't asked anymore.

" The night is beautiful. But why does it seem so sad to me. " something inside me seems off . it doesn't feel right .

There was only silent and after some time Risa open her mouth to say. - I regret mentioning my "so - called ex" that day....

now everyone is keep mentioning his name infront of me. And you know how much I hate to hear that. feeling a bit frustrated Risa brush her hand through her curly hair that is all open .

" You must regret. who told you to say everything. You should think before speaking ." i know well that Risa is careless of word at some time.

" BTW Are you blaming me for that ?" asked Risa who remember everything that happened that night.

" Yes, I am ." i said proudly. she also knew what they did that night. The Truth and Dare night.

" You.. for surely know that truth and dare is all about truth. " Risa said leveling up her voice a little.

" But nobody ever forced you to say onlyyy the truth ." I voice back who think that there's no one there who said any truth about themselves. except for 'THEM'

YAAH ... YOU ARE MAKING ME LOOK MORE DUMBO...Risa shouted like a small child.

Risa had a Boyfriend. whom she had loved sincerely for the time being. But that guy broke her heart just like that... without any reason. From that day Risa Hates to love anyone.

As for Jia . she also had a boyfriend before.. but she don't at all think that was love . Everything happens so fast that she took that all thing as love but that was mere attention she wanted. Everything was so new to her as that was her first relationship, first proposal. She didn't know what love was and what it's like to be in a relationship with a person you love. She didn't want to break up with him just like.. out of the blue. ( cause she realised these all things in one day ) Because She thought that guy loved her and it would not be a good idea to just break up with him , that will be hurtfull. But soon that boyfriend of her started behaving all toxic, and she realised he is a toxic person from the start, she is the blind one here to not realise earlier, So she choose the right decision by breaking up with him.

Back to present story..

" Only few months left for the exam. And they will be leaving." I Said trembling a bit . I was so scared that after few months I'll not be able to see him. And most importantly Finn will never know my love for him.

The love that makes her unbeatable..

Finn is the only person who can make her this nervous to death.

seeing me Risa said . " That's why I said earlier. confess as soon as possible. if he Said no. You can get some time to convience your love to finn. That how much he mean to you. "

I listen to her very carefully and is determined to confess soon.

I will definitely never let my love go on waste like that.
