Her mercy to His penitence

"Don’t do it love! Please. Am sorry I hurt you. How can I live without you? Forgive me. " The girl stood at the cross road. Tears streamed down her pale cheek as she debated between listening to his pleas or to her heart. She was tired and could no longer take any of it. He took everything from her yet she stayed until she felt that her soul was no longer alive. Each pain he caused chipped a little at her soul until there was nothing left to give. She was now an empty soul that was hanging on a thin thread. She was only breathing, but being alive never counted as living. It was time to let go. His Family

" For most of my life, mom never talked about father. No matter how much I asked, she never said anything. This gave me the idea that he was no more.

However, things changed the year before her death. It was as though she knew what was coming. She had sat me down and told me about hers and my father's story.

She was a law school student at the university. Just like the rest of the occupations related to law, she had it tough.

My father was also a student there but he wasnt alone. He had a group of friends. From what my mother told me, he was a well-known player.

My mother fell in love with him nonetheless. Sadly, he rejected her love but didn't reject her advance. They ended up spending a night together that led to my existence.

Mother knew what she had gotten herself into. She loved the man hence she wanted to have a part of him with her.
