“That was fun,” he placed his hands on either side of her legs on the ledge of the pool, leaning forward. “I knew swimming was a good idea.”
Jayde laughed, shaking her head. “Oh, really? I think our conversation last night helped you decide that, but I do agree it was a good idea. Thank you. It’s been really, at least so far.”
She looked around the room for the wall clock she was used to seeing in all indoor pools and found none. She was just wondering how much or how little time had passed since they’d gotten there. Not like it mattered, though, with it being early afternoon on a Sunday.
Ryuu put his hands on her hips, and when Jayde looked back at him, saw that his eyes were down on her stomach. “I didn’t know you had a piercing. When did you get it done?”
