CHAPTER 175
"Aaa!" Skai gasped sharply.
Skai was at peace with herself until now save for the recurring nightmares of seeing herself dying by Kairav's hand.
"This is not getting good."
She reached for her phone to check the time. "Just 2 a.m., how am I going to sleep through the night?"
Her mind rallied around the recent events that occurred till that moment. 'Is Sydney really the one behind it?'
Skai bit her inner lip. "I know she hates me but is that reason enough to hurt me?'
She turned to her side, pulling the duvet with her. A couple of minutes later and a series of thoughts going through her head, she decided to push that thought away.
"It's lonely. I wish I had either Jared or Damien here."
Skai was shocked by her thoughts. Did they really grow on her to that point where she missed them with every fibre in her being?
"Damien."
