Shane grunted inwardly. He hated how things had turned out to be in his life.
At the point where he should have enjoyed love from his girlfriend after becoming official a few days back, now he was faced with different life situations.
He sighed, lifting his hand to massage his temples.
Unknown to him, Silver fought her own battles inwardly. Having Shane by her side did not help her 'stay away' like she was supposed to.
A simple intake and his lovely scent filled her nostrils. Silver felt the hairs on her skin stand in response.
She sneaked a look at Shane. He looked like a handsome mess and for some reason she found herself drawn more and more to that mess.
