Love Is War - 12

***

Weeks have passed by rather quickly, and even though Ai and Kaguya took good care of us, both Kaguya and Ai had to attend school. Most of our time was spent lounging around, playing games like tag and hide-and-seek in the city. We even joked about mass hypnotizing the world, but of course, that was just a joke.

Kaguya Otsutsuki, on the other hand, was more interested in gaining knowledge about a particular culture or something. She spent most of her days indoors, reading romance shoujo manga and becoming quite the homebody. I even thought Flone might follow in her footsteps and become a NEET, but it seems she has other plans.

It's safe to say that I got closer to Ai much easier than I had anticipated. Perhaps it was because she had resolved her guilt issues with spying and finally gained a sense of freedom. Later, I discovered that her newfound confidence stemmed from her parents' acceptance of our relationship and also her being able to serve me as my personal maid.

Honestly, it felt like killing two birds with one stone. I knew it was worth the effort of obtaining approval from Ai's parents.

Now that I think about it, neither Ai nor Shinomiya Kaguya has seen my face without the sunglasses. So, I decided to send Ai a selfie with a shit eating grin on my face with my eyes shown.

Attaches a full selfie <Sent> from Gojo to Ai

A/N: It's just a punchable smile selfie, nothing serious.

Ai was staring blankly at her cell phone screen while at school, completely absorbed by the selfie that Gojo had sent her. Even though she had an idea of what he looked like, seeing the photo made it all feel real. Her heart fluttered as she looked at his—Look at him*, and she couldn't help but feel drawn to him.

He was handsome. Gahhhh, Damn handsome. Of course, she knew that. But now, she couldn't stop thinking about his face. Every time she closed her eyes, all that came to mind was the image of him smiling smugly at her with sexy eyes.

Although the other girls (Flone and Kaguya Otsutsuki) also love Gojo a lot, none of them seemed to care that he was eyeing her suspiciously like a predator. They weren't jealous either. Instead, they seemed genuinely happy for them.

Ai didn't think too deeply into it as she simply accepted the fact that Gojo was interested in her, and she enjoyed being noticed by such an attractive guy. After all, she had never dated anyone before. Although some guys had asked her out in the past, most of them were only after sex, or had bad intentions.

Even so she was still a girl she still yearned for a romantic experience and to date a man who genuinely cared for her.

"Hey Ai, what are you looking at?" Her two friends teased her with sneaky smiles.

Today was just another ordinary day, perhaps even a bit boring. Flone was complaining about having nothing to do. But she shut up when I gave her food. However, things were about to soon change. We are finally going to school. As transfer students! It was quite odd to go to school in the middle of the semester, but as they say, stranger things have happened in anime. Transfer students or whatever what not.

Yes, today we will be attending school but specifically shadowing (if you aren't familiar with the word shadowing it means following) Kaguya Shinomiya for most of the duration of our stay in the school.

"Yay, we're going to school!" Flone exclaimed with excitement.

"I can't believe you're actually looking forward to it," Gojo said, shaking his head in disbelief.

"Hehe, I was homeschooled for a while before attending a prestigious school. I'm curious to see how much schools have changed in this modern era," Flone explained with interest.

"Didn't we read the manga and watch the anime?" Gojo arched his eyebrow as he asked.

"I was sleeping on it." Flone was looking away as she said that.

"Uh, you might want to lower your expectations for schools," Gojo said.

Flone, Gojo, Kaguya Otsutsuki all dressed in Shuchiin academy uniform. Honestly speaking it doesn't look much different from the uniforms at Jujutsu high. But the women's uniforms are more streamlined and feminine.

"...I don't like this uniform. Do I really have to wear this?" Flone said with a compliant

"Yep." Gojo said with a smile.

As of today, we were following Kaguya Shinomiya who were showing us around before going to class. Well unsurprisingly we were all in the same class.

Our looks have caused quite a stir, as we often find ourselves at the center of attention and the subject of much discussion. I recall a time when someone had even posted pictures of us online, asking if anyone knew who we were, and referred to us as "hotties."

As we were being bombarded with questions, I asked Flone about her impressions of the school compared to her own time.

Flone explained that the teaching methodology at Shuchiin Academy is similar to that of her previous school in her world. Each teacher is responsible for a particular subject and teaches the entire class. While the furniture and layout of the classroom are new to her, the basic learning environment has not changed much. Even the social gathering places and clubs are similar, considering her background and world.

Flone sighed heavily, clearly disappointed with the school, as she followed Kaguya Shinomiya who was still giving them a tour of the school grounds during break time.

On the other hand, Kaguya Otsutsuki's eyes sparkled with curiosity as she had never attended school before. Being a princess, she had lived in a protected environment and was only taught the clan's fundamentals and how to prepare for the rest of her life based on her future role. The concept of school and this type of world was entirely new to her.

"Are you sure about this, Kaguya?" Ai whispered, her tone concerned.

"Yes, if it is my father's order, I have a lot of things to do... Now that you are discharged from your job," Kaguya Shinomiya replied tiredly, sighing.

"Since the Gojo family came in, a lot has happened. It hasn't even been a month yet, and they're already causing a lot of trouble behind the scenes," Ai remarked with a smile.

"I'm going to miss having you work for me so much, Hayasaka. Do you think there's a chance you'll come back to work for me in the future?" Kaguya asked hopefully.

"Hahaha, no. Apparently, I'll be gone for good and transferring out soon. Apparently, I'm going to have to leave with Gojo families." Ai happily expressed, twirling her hair.

"But I will miss you a lot, Kaguya. I will miss the drama where you always talk about getting the president to confess." she added.

"Have fun, Ai. And if Gojo hurts you or makes you cry, I'll kill him," Kaguya said with a tone of sincerity.

"Mmhmm." Ai smiled and hugged Kaguya. Ai had her own group school, so she left.

It was very recently that Kaguya Shinomiya learned that her father had miraculously recovered his youth and health. This flipped the situation inside the Shinomiya family about inheritance. Actually, she noticed a lot of odd occurrences happening left and right and she had a very strong suspicion that Gojo was the cause of everything. Though she doesn't exactly know what was happening, Gojo was the only fitting answer to the cause of everything.

But this is without a doubt a good thing. Since her father has recovered his youth and became a bit more affectionate to her. He even came to meet her recently unannounced just to see her.

The situation with the Hayasaka family was quite strange. Initially, there was a plan for a quick arranged marriage between Gojo and Ai. However, Ai's father intervened, and the idea was scrapped. Instead, Ai was assigned to be Gojo's personal attendant, which came as a shock to both Ai and Kaguya Shinomiya. It was surprising because Gojo and his partners would not be staying for long, and both the Shinomiya household leader and Hayasaka's parents were made aware of this fact. It goes without saying that Ai will be wedded to Gojo eventually.

No, the most important thing is that Ai's parents even approved of all this. After all, knowing them they need to know that their daughter, who comes from a wealthy family, is in good hands.

Let's get to the bottom of what happened. The Hayasaka family was bribed with a significant amount of wealth and generations' worth of artifacts, coupled with an intense interest in Gojo's unusual supernatural abilities and his confession of love to Ai. It goes without saying that Ai will be wedded to Gojo.

They both sighed and walked away briefly, but Kaguya knew she still needed to fulfill her responsibilities of looking after the new transfer students, especially since she was in charge of overseeing the well-being of the Gojo family.

Chika Fujiwara was going about her business, rejecting confession after confession, when she came across Kaguya Shinomiya, her best friend, who was showing these new, transfer students around. So, like any non-sane person would, she grinned and chose to cause trouble—er, I mean to greet her best friends and make friends with the new transfer students. But then she noticed that the transfer students all had white hair.

Her mental processes were incredibly quick. They all also appear to be exceptionally beautiful. Meeting them is all the more worthwhile because of that. She needs to relieve her stress from not being able to play around. On top of that. They are foreigners so they need to be messed with! Onwards!

"Kaguya! Kaguya! Are these the new transfer students?!?" Chika walks towards her and the three students while waving her hand.

"Hey, you're that Chika Fujiwara, right? I'm Gojo Gojo. Nice to meet you! You can call me Gojo. No formalities preferred." Gojo introduced himself with a smirk.

"Oh, hi Gojo! Nice to meet you too. You're not from Shuchiin, are you?" Chika replied, staring at him with his indoor sunglasses.

"Nope, I'm a transfer student today. What about you? What brings you to Shuchiin?" Gojo responded.

"What? I'm a student here! I'm part of the student council. It's a lot of work, but it's also a lot of fun."

"Student council, huh? That's impressive! What kind of things do you actually do?" Gojo seriously asked.

"Well, we're in the middle of planning the upcoming cultural festival. We are still in the early stages, so we are dealing with a lot of paperwork of ideas and proposals. We're thinking of doing a cosplay cafe, a talent show, and maybe even a haunted house."

'Wow I never thought she was going to say anything work related. Is she actually doing her job?' Gojo thought.

"Wow, that sounds like a tedious task. But I'd love to come check it out when it's ready. By the way, what kind of school is Shuchiin? Is it a regular school or does it have a secret organization like exorcising curse?"

"Huh?! Haha! No. It's just a school. But it's one of the most prestigious in the country, so the competition is pretty tough. We're all aiming for the top!"

"I... can imagine. Well, it was great meeting you, Fujiwara."

"Thanks, Gojo! It was nice meeting you too. Let me know if you ever need any help with curses or anything like that! We do have an occult club that you might be interested in!"

"Hahahahahaha. No, I'm fine." I turned my head to look at Kaguya Otsutsuki to introduce herself.

"Hello this is our first-time meeting. My name is Kaguya Gojo." Kaguya Otsutsuki proceeded to introduce herself to one the most interesting characters of the show. Her most favorite is probably Miko Iino.

"Oh, yes! Hi there, how can I help you?" Chika Fujiwara looked at Kaguya Otsutsuki with a grin, happy to meet a cool jaded beauty.

"Like Gojo, I recently transferred to Shuchiin Academy. Kaguya Shinomiya has told me a lot about you and your responsibilities as the secretary of the student council. She has spoken highly of you in many ways."

"OHHHH?! Really Really!? That's so cool! Hehehe. I bet Kaguya told you about this great me in a lot of ways. It's always great to meet new students, especially ones who are interested in the student council. What brings you to Shuchiin?"

"I come from a family of high achievers, and I wanted to attend a school that would challenge me academically. Shuchiin seemed like the perfect fit."

While Fujiwara nodded in agreement with Kaguya Otsutsuki's response,

"I see! Well, I'm sure you'll fit right in. The competition here can be pretty tough, but it's also really rewarding."

"Yes, I'm looking forward to it. By the way, I heard that you're also involved in a music club. What kind of music do you play?" Kaguya Otsutsuki curiously asked.

"You knew? Well, I used to play piano, but now I only do-little things related to music. But I am actually leading a music choir! We mostly do classical pieces, but we're always looking to try new things. Do you like music?"

"I've always been fascinated by traditional music from different cultures. My family has a long history of music, so it's something I'm interested in as well." Kaguya Otsutsuki answered.

After all, the Naruto theme and music are powerful.

"That's amazing! Maybe you could teach us a thing or two about traditional music sometime. It would be great to learn more about it. LETS EXCHANGE LINES!" Chika expressed her opinion.

"I'd be happy to. By the way, what do you like to do outside of school?"

"Well, I love going out to eat delicious food? Walking out with my dog Pes. Do you have any favorite shows or games?"

Flone was idly tracing circles on the ground with a stick, lost in her thoughts when she heard the word "games." Suddenly, her attention was piqued. She turned to see Chika Fujiwara, observing her with interest.

Flone observed Chika Fujiwara for a moment, trying to recall where she had seen the young woman with pink hair and a bowtie on her forehead. It was then that Gojo casually mentioned that she was the crazy, chaos-loving woman in the council from the manga and anime, providing Flone with the missing information.

Flone's eyes lit up with excitement as she sprinted towards Fujiwara.

"Hi there! My name is Flone Gojo, but my full name is Flonecia Lusignan La Rothschear. You can just call me Flone though," she introduced herself with pride and in a casual manner.

A/N: I won't get too in depth of the conversation here, but let's pretend they get along since they are similar in many ways.

Flone was impressed by Chika's confident and bubbly personality. Chika, on the other hand, is fascinated by Flone's imposing presence and striking appearance. She was used to dealing with the elite students of Shuchiin Academy, but Flone seems to be in a completely different league alongside Kaguya Gojo and Gojo Gojo. Chika's natural curiosity takes over, and she bombards Flone with questions about her background and her life.

In the end Chika Fujiwara was able to come to the conclusion that these people... Are not normal! Chika's mind is really simple! Since they have an aura and a unique presence.

Despite their different backgrounds and similar personalities, Flone and Chika quickly hit it off. Flone was amazed by Chika's intelligence and creativity, while Chika was impressed by Flone's strength and mindset. As they spend more time together, they begin to realize that they have more in common than they initially thought. They both share a deep sense of loyalty and a desire to protect those they care about. And games.

In the end, Flone and Chika become fast friends, each bringing out the best in the other. Flone learns to appreciate the joys of simple things, while Chika gains a newfound respect for the power of determination and perseverance. Their unlikely friendship proves that even in different worlds, kindred spirits can still find each other.

However, it was then Flone proceeded to take Chika Fujiwara's arm. "This place is boring. Let's go play some games!!!!"

Chika Fujiwara, who was initially perplexed and then embarrassed, replied with a bright smile, "Yeah! Sure! Let's play some games." Oh, Chika knew exactly what games to play with this fresh newbie.

"Okayyyy follow me we have a lot to go through in the tabletop gaming club." Chika Fujiwara smiling brightly leading her new friend to the world of TableTop games.

Oh, dear God. Well at least Flone is making friends? Though I am not sure how I feel about Flone and Chika Fujiwara playing together. It's like chaos and chaos mixing together. Kaguya Shinomiya and Gojo both thought.

***

Kaguya Shinomiya was watching Fujiwara having a good time with her new friend, the transfer student who shared her love for games, and Flone was almost like another... version of Fujiwara. Kaguya paused at the thought, realizing she might have to manage two mischievous Fujiwaras for the rest of her school career, and she couldn't help but feel uncertain about her future now. The idea of having two Fujiwara to handle was daunting. She couldn't shake off the thought, especially since she remembered that sometimes Flone was even trickier to tame than the other Fujiwara.

In any case, while Fujiwara and Flone were hitting it off, the remaining group went to leave and check out the student council room. Where a lot of interesting things happen. What if you add three more characters? Nothing wrong is going to happen right?

***

As they approached the slightly open door of the student council room, Kaguya Shinomiya and the group overheard the president and a student having a conversation about love, which seemed to be of great importance. Kaguya was hesitant to intrude, but Gojo smirked, indicating that he knew what was going on - the beginning of Maki's tragic story.

Gojo then gave Shinomiya a quick wink, signaling that although eavesdropping could be morally questionable, it was necessary. He asked her in a low voice, "Hey, do you think we should listen in?" After some contemplation, Kaguya agreed to follow his plan. The topic of discussion further piqued her curiosity as it appeared to be centered around love.
