"Leo is just a child, I don't care how I'm treated, but I can't stand him going through this again," Anna Jadwin said, tucking the blanket around Leo's body. "Wayne Bailey, you are not fit to be a qualified Daddy."

Wayne Bailey frowned, as he had actually tried to get up several times before, wanting to check on Leo.

But his body was as heavy as stone, his breathing labored, and his head throbbed unbearably as he lay there.

"I've decided to take Leo away," Anna Jadwin said gravely.

Wayne Bailey's breath came out as hot as flames.

"Did you hear me? As long as you don't find out who the perpetrator is, the entire Baileys' Manor is unsafe. I need to take Leo to a safe place."

"Leaving the manor, you'll be in even greater danger," Wayne Bailey said, pressing his head as the pain made him toss.
