Anne's pov

I sat in silence while looking outside. This was my first day at a new school and i had to make a good first impression if im gonna maake some friends. Although i prefer not to make any friends ever since what Marie did to me. i guess thats why mom decided to move. She knew i couldnt handle the pressure. Mom is a very influencial person the CEO of Hathaway Enterprises hence deleting that video of me on all platforms wasn't hard. But still it pains me to know that my best friend can do that to me.

" ma'am we are here..." said Hugo our chauffeur.

" Ok sweetie Hugo will pick you up after school and I'll probably be late from work so don't wait for me. I love honey and have a niceday at school"

" Love you too and bye mom" i said while closing the door. I stood before a massive gate wrotten Midlands Highschool. Definitely a school for only the wealthy kids i muttered to myself. As i entered i saw other students girls dressed like me and boys in long trousers with also white long sleeve shirts.

"Looks like a prison more that a school"

"I couldn't agree more" I turned around startled only to find a handsome boy staring at me with such blue eyes. His hody was well built and he looks like he works out at a gym or something

" I know am ravishing but no need to stare beautiful" Said Randy.

i try hard not to show my blush, i mean beautiful really sounds soo cheesy.

" I wasn't staring just you suprised me. Hi by the way am Anne Hathaway" i said extending a hand.

" I'm Randy Orthdon nice to meet you" he said while accepting my handshake. "Wait like Orthdon the son of mayor Hendry Orthdon" i asked suprised. Mayor Orthodon was one of the most influencial person in all of New York. How can his only son be here at this school?.

"Yes the one and only. I guess you are new here because the whole achool knows me here" He asked looking at me." yaap just transfer and this is my first day here at Midlands high". i answered looking at him.

Then milady may i offer a tour around school then. I promise you wont be dissappointed!" He asked. The way he said it makes it loook like i didn't have a choice in this. So i answered" lead the way then"

And the grand de tour started he showed me the cafeteria the classrooms the washrooms fields and even told me the history of Midlands. i have to say it isn't that bad of a school. He made jokes here and there and you know what i kinda grew fond of him. "And our last stop is here the principals office. i beleive you have reached your destination" He said and just then the bell rang. "Thats my cue i have to get to class but i do hope to see you again Ms Hathaway" He said while smilling. I wonder whats soo funny. "call me anne and it was pleasure meeting you Randy" I answered back and entered inside the administration block. I reached the office and knocked before entering.

"Ohh ms Hathaway i presume, I'm mr Peter the principal and welcome to Midland High. My secretary here will take you to your first class and feel free to ask if any trouble arises" mr peter said and then his secretary took me to my first class. When i reached there the secretary talked to the teacher there and motioned for me to come in. The class wass full of students who were eyeing me. Men with desire and ladies with Jealousy. "Students this is our new student Ms Anne Hathaway" said the teacher but I wasn't listening coz one gaze in particular made me uncomfortable. Him with the same blue eyes as Randy and speaking of the devil Randy waves at me from beside him.
