Lonely

I sat on the back of the vehicle, sticking out my fractured leg. I couldn't even feel it now. Memories of what happened to Epor flashed in my head. I watched him get feasted on by the fiends. I looked up to the sky. I was sure that they could be found there. As I my head bounced around from the rough terrain and the unstable vehicle, I saw the same blinding lights. I heard laughter somewhere around me, "You really fell so low huh". I quickly turned my head back to see my brother grinning ear to ear. "Why'd you hesitate in saving your.." he put up speech marks and began to laugh wildly, "... frien-". Just them I returned to the world. My heart beat as loud as a drum. I fell back and hit my head. I began to breathe heavy. I looked forward and saw 010. She turned away as soon as we made eye contact. It wasn't even my fault...it wasn't. Before I could fall into my thoughts, the driver yelled out, "Shut up!!". Silence fell and everyone turned their heads, "To clear up confusion, I want to clarify that we'll be moving into an abandoned pod as we await for a new one to be open for sale" she said continuing to drive. I was confused as to how there wasn't at least an abandoned organisation building. However it wasn't so bad as the barrier could be repaired with a decent team of engineers. However I could still see through them when they say they wanna help everybody. Oh they know when the demons gonna come for them. But I know that companies don't do apologies. After about thirteen hours, we arrived. It looked like the residents just decided to move since there wasn't much damage done to the area. The barrier was also turned off so there was no need for engineers. Five people had to share a house because there were too many. I was sharing with some tall guy with slicked back, blonde hair, some normal looking girl with everything normal brown medium hair, brown eyes and nothing else. However, as my luck would have it, zero ten was also there. The other was on a different vehicle which would arrive soon. Not being able to bare being in the house, I went out to do a tour for myself. I saw a line with the same driver. "If you want a tour come around!" she said quickly glancing at me. I carried myself to the back. We first went to the hospital. It looked a bit older than the other buildings and was small. The walls were baby blue and it had bright red seats which were visible through the window. We then went to the training area. it was a house that was cleared up and had a robot in the middle. Next the library and the kitchen. They were the biggest building and we're filled with seats and tables. The kitchen had an extension for the chefs and the library had rows and rows of new books. I them remembered my magna book. It dawned on me, I'd left it. I returned home after and realized that all of them had made friends apart from me. Despite being surrounded by such different people, I still felt lonely.
