Long Peng-"Dragons Ascent"

Long Peng groggily woke up in a familiar bed rolling over, knocking down the pile of books at the foot of it, as he slowly sat up, rubbing his temple, feeling like his head was thrown in a mill from his headache. Long Peng looked around the room and saw a familiar clan banner and his dirty clothes on the floor. "How did I get here?", "I thought I was at the Clan Library" he thought. He touched his chest feeling the unfamiliar necklace realizing the Clans potential extermination was not a dream.

Long Peng heard footsteps approaching his room, and then a knock, "Come in" he said. The door slowly opened and in walked the Head Elder "You were found by a boy that Acteaon recently accepted as an apprentice who was going in the Clan Library get a Beginner level art, Lung Luo" the Head Elder said.

He nodded and now understood why he was not in the Clan Library, "But, what happened... Why was I knocked out Head Elder?". "I can not tell him that his talent was so high that the dragon statues' scanning array broke trying to gauge his potential causing the statue to explode from the backlash, knocking him out" though the Head Elder.

"One of the sealing and scanning arrays within the statue broke causing it to explode before we could get your talent level or the skill best suited for you ,but you don't have to fear with enough hard work even you can become powerful" said the Head Elder.

Long Peng was severely dejected by the Head Elder's words "I will not give up, no matter what I will work harder and train harder than anyone else and I will become powerful enough so no one can hurt my family!" he thought.

Long Peng nodded in resolution to the Head Elder "I will become strong," he said,The Head Elder then stated "I believe in you even if the dragon statue will not, take this art even with your level of talent, you should be able to. master it, but it has power to let you battle people at the Novice level if you master the Mid Stage Starter level."

The Head elder then handed the scroll to Long Peng, as he looked at the scroll he saw the art was called "Dragons Ascent" the art was a body refining art that gave you the defense of a hatchling dragon which someone on the Late Stage Starter cannot pierce. With one of its biggest factors a set of Draconic Wings allowing the user to fly. It is a Technique that is a combination of flying and defense, making the art a rarely seen combination that some would die for. " Long Peng sure to cultivate this art well if you have complete mastery of Beginner level then you will receive a Tier II technique to help you get to the next level " the Head Elder said
