Chapter 2: Birth of the Heavenly Demonic Goddess (2)

Woo Ma-wang. He climbed to the pinnacle of Murim with overwhelming power. Hundreds and thousands of martial artists have defied him and gotten massacred. When their blood formed a river, the world acknowledged that the Cheonmajongpa (Heavenly Demon Sect) controlled the world of Murim.

'But now, I have to go back and forth multiple times, just to take care of a few criminal rats.' Shireen thought as she checked her right hand covered with the man's blood. She didn't feel anything. She just stared at her bloodied right hand. It was a sight to see for the people who were staring at her.

Shireen then looked at Davos. Ser Davos was startled by the sight of Shireen he had seen for the first time and took a small step backwards. It was like seeing a demon, a monster.. His favorite child friend was nothing like this until now.

"Ser Davos."

"Y-yes, my lady?"

"Call the guards. Report what happened here, and tell them to get some people to look into it."

"Y-yes, my lady." Ser Davos quickly sheathed his sword. He checked the corpses once and with a pale expression on his face, hurried to the Dragonstone castle.

It was an overwhelming battle. However, Shireen's expression was not good.

'This is really a useless body. The flow of energy is horrible. The amount of Qi possessed in the body is small. I have to hurry up and gather information, and go through metamorphosis. Fortunately, I have past experiences of honing my martial arts skills as Woo Ma-wang. If I set the right direction from the start and practice martial arts, I can get meaningful results even in the worst conditions.' Shireen thought as she checked her body. She really is small and that needs to be changed.

"My lady…" It was the boy who had been beaten up by Pentoshi gangsters.

"Thank you for saving me… really…" Although his legs were limping probably because of his mobility difficulties, he bowed his head and showed manners.

'Is he the one who got beat up?' Shireen turned as he examined the beaten boy.

"Don't get the wrong idea. I didn't do it to help you." Shireen's voice was cold.

"Those foreigners of Pentos broke the law, and I just punished them for it. And you're not an exception. So you're going to have to explain yourself without a single lie. If you want to keep your tongue."

"I understand." The boy's expression calmed down.

There was quite a bit of strength in the boy's voice. It was impressive that he did not shed a single moan even when he was beaten up badly though it certainly looked unusual.

"My parents borrowed money from Magister Illyrio Mopatis of Pentos to buy land for farming. We would have easily been able to repay them if we sold our crops." Then the boy began to yell out of frustration, "But those criminals! They destroyed all of our crops… so we can't repay them!"

The boy paused for a moment. "I later learned that those bastards did that because they were after my younger sister." the boy was clenching his fist.

"It's not fair!" the boy began to kneel in front of Shireen. "Even though we didn't have much, we never troubled anyone!" he began to cry desperately. "I beg you, my lady! Please! … No, please, at least save my little sister!"

The words were coherent, and there was not even a slight wavering in the boy's voice as he reported the situation. Shireen responded with interest.

His face was black and he had no muscles, though he had a skinny body, the boy's eyes showed brilliance.

'It feels like I'm looking at Michinagma (The Mad Demon), who was one of the four heavenly kings. Now that I think of it, I also met the Mad Demon at a run down place like this, then later grew up and became a stronger ally than anyone else.' She contemplates as she looks at the boy directly in the eye.

"What is your name?"

"My name's Jeremy, my lady." the boy said, looking down on the ground.

"Jeremy, may I ask why your family borrowed money from the foreigners instead of us.. or at King's Landing?"

"The Free Cities are much wealthier than Westeros, my lady."

Indeed, there was no lie on what the boy said, after all, Westeros is a backwater country while Essos has already entered some sort of a renaissance era. Advanced. Prosperous. Stable. Shireen nodded.

"Jeremy. I'll check if you're telling the truth later. And what happened today will be properly taken care of." Shireen began to walk back to the castle.

"Thank you! Thank you very much, my lady!" the boy yelled in happiness, expressing his gratitude several times.

Shireen grinned.

'It's just a feeling but.. Something tells me that I might have a long relationship with him. Definitely not romantic though. I am a guy.. stuck in a girl's body!'

"What are you saying! To stop checking up on your disease?!" yelled Stannis.

"It's just what I told you, father. I will find a way to cure this curse in order to uplift my burden on you and mother. I don't need any doctors." Shireen replied.

"You stupid brat! Even though the people call you a curse, I tried to provide you with a good environment as a father!" Stannis yelled, "Checking up on your disease by doctors is the best way for you, my heir, to be healthy!"

"All you had to do was to listen to what the adults were saying but you couldn't even do that! Are you trying to kill yourself, Shireen?!"

"My apologies, father." Shireen replied coldly.

Stannis calmed himself down. This was the first time he let out his anger, probably because it's his daughter. Stannis is fond of her daughter because she's the only child of him so it's obvious that he cares. After all, Shireen is the heir of Dragonstone.

"And I also heard that you had some trouble with one of those Pentoshi sharks or whatever they are. The witnesses say that you punished them, Shireen. But I don't believe it. How can a child like you punish those thugs?" Stannis continued, "The problem is that those thugs are a group that even I can't do anything about because they're foreigners."

"So, you want them to continue to harass our smallfolks, father?"

Stannis was silent about this. There was a dead air of the conversation between Stannis and Shireen.

"Don't worry, father. I'll deal with it myself." Shireen said coldly.

"What?" Stannis was perplexed by her daughter's response.

"It was caused by my actions. I believe that I should take care of it. Then I'll come back after taking care of everything." Shireen closed the door afterwards.

"W-wait.. Shireen!"
