♥ Chapter 26 ♥

It almost had been 2 to 3 hours since Stella has gone outside.

Beth woke up first but it was a holiday so she didn't cared to know what Stella was doing. On the other hand Stella was with Zach, only if they knew.

"Here you go, keep the change." Zach gave the money and got out of the taxi while holding Stella's one hand and her other hand is holding the bag of medicines.

Stella is looking at him who's taking her inside the house holding her hand as if they were already husband and wife.

"Hey Zach, you know.. I met Mr. Peter today." Stella stopped and made him stop as well. Zach wasn't as surprised as Stella thought he'd be.

"How's he?" After a moment of silence Zach finally asked.

"He's alright." Her voice become weak as she thought about Zach's lonely childhood suddenly.

She became emotional again, her eyes are getting full with tears.

"What's wrong my lady?" Zach asked as soon as he laid his eyes on hers.

"I'm.. it's...nothing." she literally cried again in front of him.

"Hey hey..look at me " Zach pulled up her chin with his index finger so gently that Stella got lost in his eyes.

So calming. So pleasant. She stops crying and Zach gives a smile. That smile which can kill you with wanting to have him and save you from fainting at the same time.

She goes inside with him. Zach pours another drink. He's never out of liquor or beer or anything as he always have these on his side.

Stella is out of her mind, just looking at what Zach is doing. Zach came in front of her, sat beside her and kissed her.

The kiss was in a most gentle way, so passionate still lustful. He started wanting her naked. He let go of the glass which fell on the ground and break.

He's not to care all these even though Stella got shocked. He held her face with both his hands and started kissing with more passion than ever.

It brought Stella a feeling as if she's flying in the sky but also drowning in the ocean.

It's because Zach has started to rip off her clothes.

"Damn Zach!" Stella gave him a questioning look and he stopped.

"Go home Stella." She looked at him confused. "I'd be fine and take the medicines so don't worry about me" Zach sighs. "Goodbye" he forced himself to smiled this time.

Stella is still shocked thinking of what Zach was about to do. She went home with her car. She opens the door like a thief and peeks her head inside. Beth is watching TV so Stella can't go inside from the door.

"Idea!"

She went to the back of the house and has her ladder ready in case she needs it. Now's the time she's gonna be needing this ladder. With the groceries on her hands, she starts climbing up slowly and carefully.

Successful in going inside her room without showing them her face.

"Thank God for that ladder, whoosh"

She changed her dress and went downstairs with the groceries and thank god Beth was watching TV so she didn't noticed how Stella put all the items on the refrigerator. Then she made breakfast for herself and went upstairs again.

After awhile Deborah came to inform Stella, "Read more and more Stella. You're exam will come over in no time. And after you pass that exam I'll send you to California for graduation. Me and Beth will come to meet you every month to your hostel. And I'll try my best to get a job and citizenship there as soon as possible." She stopped a little. "I dream of you and Beth to be really successful in life... So please try to obey me, you'll have a better life unlike me. I hope you understand what I'm saying Stella." Deborah sobs as she became a little emotional while thinking about her sad life. "I don't want you to suffer like me okay? I hope you study hard and get a great job, a hood husband and lead a happy life as long as you live. Remember people can betray you but your knowledge those you gain by studying will always be there by your side. So make 'em your best friend, my darling. Now go take a shower and come downstairs for lunch." Deborah pats Stella's back and gives her a kiss on the forehead and smiled while shutting the door.

Stella loves her mum's smile the most, 'I mean who doesn't?' - she thought to herself.
