Chapter-27: Death of the villagers

But before he starts treating his wounds, he has to give this antidote to the villagers.

He took out the 3 coloured powders and mixed them into one. The results he got was a pale yellow coloured powder. He could feel the gentle power of this antidote.

But he couldn't go to treat the villagers himself because of his injuries. He also couldn't let Eira do this important thing. If she messed up, all his hardwork will be for naught.

When he was about to pick the blue haired girl he noticed another person.

His eyes fell on Kenzo, who was standing looking at the distance with a distracted look. The direction he was looking at, was the place where his fater died. He must be feeling sad about his father's death.

He didn't want to disturb him but he doesn't have much choice. Since, kenzo was the son of a physician, he should atleast know how to apply medicine.

"Kenzo." The first time he called him, the boy didn't answer.

"Kenzo..." He then shouted at him. The boy was startled and looked at Ashmus.

"Come here. I have something for you to do." He called out to him.

"What do you want me to do, brother?" The boy asked.

"You know how to apply medicine, right." He asked.

"Yes, my father taught me about it in the past. "The boy replied.

"That's good. Then take this and go to the place where the poisoned villagers are and sprinkle this powder on them. You can do that, right." He asked the boy.

"Yes, i can do it."

"Good, then go. There is not much of the antidote, so make sure to do it carefully." He then gave him the pale yellow coloured powder.

Kenzo opened his mouth to say something but he didn't do it in the end and just went to the villagers.

Ashmus who saw him going felt that his behaviour was a bit weird. But he didn't think about it anymore and sat down to treat his wounds.

He reached out his hand to the storage bag and took out the usual green coloured pill. But before he take it, the blue haired girl stopped him.

He looked at her in confusion wanting to know why she had stopped him.

Seeing his confusion, the girl said," Ashmus, your injuries are a lot more serious than before. If you take these simple pills, it will take a long time before your wounds are healed."

"There must be higher level healing pills in the storage bag. You should take those if you want to heal faster." She advised Ashmus to take a higher level pill.

"Okay." Ash nodded at her words and started searching for a higher level pill.

After looking around for a bit in the storage bag, he found a bottle with higher level healing pills. These pills had a stronger scent and its healing power is also mich higher than the previous one.

He took out one pill and swallowed it and started refining its medical properties.

After 15 minutes, he could feel his internal injuries were healed completely.

He continued refining the pill and 10 minutes after, all his outer injuries were also healed. There wasn't even a small mark on his flawless body.

He opened his eyes in delight and looked around him and saw that Eira, Luna and even the blue haired girl was looking straight at him without blinking.

He looked at them and said with a weird expression," Don't tell me, you guys were looking at me the whole time while i was treating myself."

The blue haired girl came out of her daze and looked moved her blushing face to the side. She was embarrassed because of her earlier actions. She didn't want anyone to see her face right now.

"Hehehe..... Brother. We were just guarding you while you treat your injuries. And since we didn't have anything to do, the three of us could only watch your body." Eira laughed shamelessly and said.

"Big brother, your body is too beautiful." The little girl Luna jumped at him and hugged his neck.

"Hey, let me hug him too." Eira felt jealous of her and she also joined in the fun and hugged him. Ash was getting squeezed by these two little girls.

Finally, after they were satisfied, they separated from him and Ash sighed in relief.

He then stood up and took another robe from his bag and put that on and said to the girls," Lets go to the villagers. They should have woken up by now."

"If they are already woken up, why are they not coming to us. Did something happen to them." Eira said.

"Maybe, We will know when we go there." Ashmus also felt something was wrong and said with furrowed brows.

All of them started walking to the place where the villagers were poisoned.

After the blue haired girl saved them from the poison, they moved further away from the Villagers. Because the light gray coloured smoke was still lingering around the area,so no one wanted to go there.

Even the assassins had also moved away from that place.

Now that a long time has passed from the time the smoke was released, it should have been dispersed from the place.

That's why Ash sent kenzo to treat the villagers. Should the smoke hadn't been cleared up even by now, kenzo should have came back to report them about the situation.

When they reached to the place, they saw that the villagers were still lying in the same place.

This made them all confused.

"What happened? Why are they still unconscious." Ash asked.

"Wait, look at their body." The girl said while pointing at their body.

Ash followed her words and looked at the Villagers with a closer look and saw that their skin was still light gray coloured like before. But the thing was there were a lot of gray coloured foam coming out of their mouths. Since it was getting darker, Ash didn't see the foam when he just arrived here.

"They are all dead." The girl said in a low voice, when she noticed that the villagers weren't breathing.

When the villagers were poisoned, even though their breathing was a bit rushed, they were still breathing. But the situation now is completely different, they weren't breathing anymore.
