Body tempering - tempering the body to normally 10 layers and rare cases some could skip to 15 enabling establish higher foundation and potential.

meridian opening- their are are total of 32 meridian veins within a cultivator the more you open the higher your potential. Normal is 8 while opening 15 before breaking through would be considered a genius while opening all would be a monster among monster in the great ten thousand world.

Qi refining - their are 10 layers in which the cultivator began to sense and absorb essence qi in the surrounding. Dependent of the body tempering and meridian opens people would have immense strength.

Spiritual sea - their are three stages. Early, mid and upper stage. The cultivator will begin to create a sea of consciousness inside his body which allows the body full used his essence qi.

Spiritual core - the cultivator would create a golden core within their dantian.

Spiritual soul - the cultivator core then melt producing a nascent soul.

Rebirth pillar- the cultivator will face a heavenly tribulation which would cost either a blessing or a curse. After surviving the tribulation the cultivator body become pure shredding his mortal body. This people able to fly without used of essence qi or martial art skill. At the upper stage then would slowly sense laws.

Law domain - the cultivator began to absorb the natural laws of the great thousand world in which could allow them to ascend further to the realm by putting within their nascent soul they will gain a domain.
