Adriana had suspected it revolved around her but having to say it out loud and have your suspicions confirmed was another level. her heart seemed to set back into motion, resuming a steady-paced pump.

Abaddon watched her reaction with interest, this was one of those moments when he could tell that she was disturbed by the reveal. ever since he had met her, her reactions to the situation had been nothing short of brazenness but seeing her a tad bit disturbed and uncomfortable was somewhat...comforting.

It made her look like a real human.
