Chapter 13: The Second Baby

As their daughter grew, Maya and Max knew that they wanted to expand their family. They talked about having another baby, and they both felt excited at the prospect of giving their daughter a sibling.

When Maya became pregnant again, they were overjoyed. They had been through the experience once before, and they felt more prepared for what was to come.

As Maya's pregnancy progressed, they began to prepare for the arrival of their second child. They painted the nursery, bought a double stroller, and stocked up on diapers and baby clothes.
