A Hard Night
In the central part of the cave, near the natural pool, Seraphina began the last training with Delphine.
"The time has come when you need to be able to transform yourself" Seraphina announced.
"To transform, you must connect with the elemental forces around you," she explained. Delphine listened intently, eager to learn.
"Delphine, to become a mermaid, you must connect with the essence of each element" Seraphina began, her voice carrying a sense of reverence.
"Let the harmony of water, earth, air, and fire guide you in this transformation."
They stood near the tranquil pool, and Seraphina instructed Delphine to immerse her hands in the water, feeling its fluidity.
"Embrace the essence of water within you, as you would a cherished friend, she advised.
Delphine closed her eyes and let the water's energy wash over her, connecting with its adaptability and flow.
Then, they walked towards a rocky outcrop, and Seraphina asked Delphine to place her feet on the solid ground.
