Doctors appointment & a surprise for Dean

Dean POV:

The next morning I wake up to find the bed empty, panic sets in as I know Liz has rough morning sickness but I can't hear anything coming from the bathroom. Then I hear the door open and there she is coming with a breakfast tray and a smile on her face.

Dean: "oh thank god baby I was worried about you, why are you so happy and what's that amazing smell?"

Liz: "hi sweetie well you have been taking such good care of me and the baby I thought I'd make you waffles, with some raspberry compote orange just and black coffee. Your favourite breakfast I remember from twenty questions" I turn to the table and put the tray down I feel deans arms wrap around me as he strokes my tummy near my forming bump. "I didn't mean to worry you baby I'm sorry I just wanted to do something nice for you."

Dean: "you really are a marvel I am so proud of you and so grateful, and you are so beautiful and I can't wait to see our little one. Let's eat breakfast and have morning sex and then go to the doctors."

Liz:"sorry baby after morning sex i zoned out" I say as i move deans hands inside my top to cup my breast. "Oh fuck that feels good god that's so sensitive".

Dean POV:

God Liz is such a turn on everything she does just gets me hard I trace my hands around her breasts down to her waist as I move my hands around her stomach. As I whisper in her ear "we eat breakfast then I eat you" then I nibble on her ear lobe.

A few hours later…..

After the most amazing waffles, shower sex and a snuggle yes I am a man who loves to snuggle but only with the right woman. Which obviously liz is.

Liz: "baby come on we have to go and check in with the doctor."

Dean: "coming babe", I grab her hand and kiss it "let's go and see our child"

We make our way to the doctors cabin and knock.

Doctor: "come in, welcome back liz and Dean, how are you feeling Liz?"

Liz: "some bad morning sickness but other than that I seem to be okay"

Doctor: "that's good I'll write you a prescription for the morning sickness, and we will check on how far you are should be about ten weeks and you can tell the gender if we are lucky if not we can check again in another two weeks"

Liz: I move over to the bed and move my shirt up and the gel is so cold I shiver slightly and I feel Dean holding my hand and rubbing his thumb over mine.

Doctor: "ok here we go" as he moves the screen "so as you can see here are your…. Your"

Dean:"what's wrong doc? What's what wrong with our baby?!"

I feel liz starting to shake

Doctor: "nothing umm well it's nothing wrong but it's not a baby it's babies, and from what I can tell it's twin girls, but you will have to come back in a few weeks to double check everything and you will need more vitamins and to be extra careful, and if you choose to have intercourse during your pregnancy just be careful"

Liz: "don't worry doc, Dean takes care of me" I say as calmly as possible"

Dean: "...… twins, that's that's fantastic oh Lizzie Thankyou Thankyou so much you are just amazing. And Thankyou doc I promise I'll take good care of her and we will see you in a few weeks."

We make our way back to our room and sit on the bed holding the scan photo

Liz: "are you ok with this Dean?"

Dean: "of course I am I love you and our daughters, I will protect you from everything and everyone"

I snuggle up to her and kiss her neck I've never been so happy in all my life. I need to start looking for a house.
