Chapter 2: Cherished Memories.

In a cosmic office room which is a combination of black and white. The left side of the office room is enveloped covered by toughened laminated glasses, where the whole city can be seen. Meantime

A conference is going on in front of a large screen, where a man is calmly listening to everyone's point of view. Suddenly the speaker receives the signal to call off the meeting. The man understood and conveyed the message to the listeners

"I'll give you 10 min to solve this issue or else, just say goodbye to your jobs" with that he wined up the meeting. As the meeting ended he stood up and approached the man who is sitting on a king size high back black chair, whose concentration is immersed on work in his laptop

"Boss the meeting is over, your next meeting is to meet with cynical company's ceo in one of our resort at 2pm."

The man sitting on the king size chair halted his movements, and looked at his assistant

"Davis, go and handle that meeting on behalf of me" as the man on the king size chair told and continued with his work.

"But boss.. the ceo of cynical company told that, he wants to personally meet you" he gulped as he finished his sentence.

"Davis, have I ever repeated myself ? the man on the chair asked. "no boss , I'll do it right away." He bowed his head and flew away.

Seeing his assistant closing the door, He was all alone in his.

Usually he doesn't like to mingle. He likes his personal space more. Of course, being a ceo of very big corporation and maintaining more than 25 companies is not that simple.

Especially with that features of his, Having a perfect clean shave showing his chiseled jaw, greek nose, elongated eyes which shows his cold aura. And pompadour haircut which high lightens his facial features perfectly. Maintaining prime sculptured body. On the whole, he can be called as modern greek god. Who can be considered as dream man for every single women.

So what if he is a ceo and being a greek god ? the man who oversee everything, doesn't know to cherish the women who loved him wholeheartedly without any expectations.

He continued his work. Suddenly his phone rang. He saw his phone caller id without any expression, he accepted the call. "Leroy…. How are you?.. I missed you so much!". A hypnotic woman sounded on the other end of the call

"hm.. good"

"hnm… just now I landed. I'm in airport. Can you please come to pick me up roy?"she coquettishly asked him.

He heeded for a moment and replied her "ok…..wait for me".

Then he called his asst. Davis, and told him to call him only if any case of emergencies with that he went to pick his girlfriend veronica. Leroy went to parking base and started his Rolls-Royce drove off. While driving, he passed through a familiar hospital, and promptly felt a fret in his heart.

'why do I feel like this...… it's agitating me…' he thought and went on. But suddenly he stopped his car and realized, 'wait…. that is the hospital Mr. Timothy got admitted, he scoffed , I haven't seen him for a long time. I will see him and then pick her'. before he turned his car, his phone rang. He picked it " roy, if it takes too long….. no problem, i'll come by myself. It's just a little awkward to stand here alone" she told worrily.

"just wait there i'll come" he hung up and went on. Totally forgot about visiting zara's father.

In Wills Mansion….

In colossal living room, a old man sitting on the luxury Foam wing chair in his late 70's. "It's been a long time since I visited Timothy and Zara", but I've always been sending someone to observe them". Mr. Mathew wills concerned, as his wife

Mrs. Maria wills in her 60's worriedly said " I too miss Zara so much, she must be deeply worried about her father. That child never complained about anything. Even though we treat her as our granddaughter, She thought that if she had a smiling face we wouldn't worry about her. how innocent she is.." Mrs. Maria sighed.

"everything is because of that brat.. Leroy, when he's back, I'm gonna kick his ass" Old Mr. Mathew angrily spatted.

"why are you angry?….it's because you spoiled him. Just wait, because of him i'm gonna have high blood pressure(BP) hmph. Our Wills family men always used to love and respect their women. How come your grandson is out of the way?"

Old Mrs. Maria scowled.

"cheri don't get angry.. hann.... it's not good for your health" Old Mr. Mathew eased his wife. Even though he is strict with everyone in his family, when he is alone with his wife he become a clingy cat who loves his wife so much.

In Hospital

When zara came back to the ward, her father was already asleep. Seeing her father sleeping , she relaxed and went to sit beside him. She saw her father still wearing the ring she and her mother made together. She observed her father closely.

Moments flashed in her memories…

15 yrs before...(flashback)

" Daddyyyy...." A little girl happily came running towards her father " ahhhh my minnie come, come,…..come to daddy" he smiled happily and lifted minnie in his arms and went to terras.

"daddy, I'm missing you so much whenever you go for business trips" the little girl pouted her lips.

"daddy too misses my minnie whenever I'm being away from. But do you know? whenever I miss you, I'll always look at that moon.

"Why daddy look the moon?" the little girl asked curiously

"because, that moon reminds me of my minnie's smiley face and the stars tells me that my minnie misses me so much"

"really…. Minnie loves daddyy…." Zara said as she hugged her father tightly. "daddy too loves minnie so much" he returns the hug.

"Then what does it reminds, when you miss me?" a lovely women's voice coming from behind as she approached them.

"mommy reminds me a shooting star….eeeeehhhh" the little girl giggled as she hugged both of her parents

"awwhh…my minnie is the most adorable" Mrs. Angelin smith said as she kissed her daughter.

(Flashback ends…)

Zara slowly fondled her father's head, a blue smile appeared on her face. She gently touched the ring, her father was wearing as a pendant chain... memories flashed

(Falshback)

"Minnie.. Minnie… where is my Minnie" Mrs. Angelin smith came to her daughter's room and found her sculpting something with clay.

" Mommy, is this beautiful ?" zara asked her mommy as she made a ring like thing.

"woahhh!…. My Minnie sculpted a ring, it's so beautiful my baby". But why is it two more ring inserted in the big ring and even a star, shooting star and moon is there?"

" small ring is me, 2nd ring is mommy, and the big ring is daddy".heehhh, she giggled and continued " and daddy once said I'm his moon, and the stars says I miss him, so whenever daddy miss us, this chain will remind him we are there for him and loves him more than anything"….. "that's why I made it". " Mommy I want to gift this to daddy on his birthday" Zara said smiled happily.

Mrs. Angelin dazed her daughter for a moment and got overwhelmed by her cuteness and her thoughtfulness.

'my Minnie is really growing up' Mrs. Angelin thought as she embraced her daughter tightly and said "Yes definitely. Mom can make this a new ornament for your dad and let us gift it to him on his birthday, okay baby".

Mrs. Angelin and zara spent days together to make that ornament.

Days went on….. Mr. Timothy's birthday arrived..

Both mother and daughter made a surprise to Mr. Timothy and prepared a delightful dinner on their villa terrace.

After dinner, Zara and Mrs. Angelin gave their gift to Mr.Timothy.

"daddy, it is the gift me and mommy prepared, from onwards mommy and minnie will always be with you wherever you go."

Mr. Timothy got emotional.. in meantime Mrs. Angelin put a chain around her daughter's neck and said "it is for my butterfly. whenever we are away from you, this chain will remind you that you daddy and mommy are always with you and don't need to worry. Okay?" she reassured zara and enfolded her.

The trio looked so lovely….
