" If you take everything now, what would be left for others to buy" Alex explaind

"Don't you sell to make money, here I wish to save you all of today's stress by buying everything" the man said

"You have it all wrong sir, I sell to satisfy people's need for fruits not to make money from it"

" So what happens if I just take it without paying, won't you satisfy my need for fruits"

" If I where to give you without any money in exchange, how them will I get for another person who doesn't have any money" and after Alex said this the man broke in tears and said to him

" Please can you come with me" Alex simply smiled and said "sure" as he already knew this was meant to happen

Alex followed the man in his car and left the market

" Did you have any dream" the man said

" Yes" Alex simply answered

" So you are the chosen one, I'm happy to die knowing everything is yours"

" You are dieing" Alex asked confused as this man was in his prime and did not look sick at all

" Don't be deceived boy, I'm over 200 years old"

"Huh?...." Alex almost shouted but did not want to look like an idiot

" You have a lot to learn boy, do you really think what you see online of people being the top richest in the world is true" the man or old man said " the real rich have enough power that the media can't get our names, the so called richest Don Mac, with a net worth of 800 billion dollars, would not even be worthy to clean out houses not just because of his networth but also his arrogance"

" What, are you for real, those he knows this" Alex asked amazed

" Yes, I can easily release of his duties and he can just be a beggar and the Street" the old man said casually

" No ways, so who is the richest"

" He goes by the name Richard breeze"

" Woah, it's hard imagining just how rich he would be, if ur able to release a CEO of a mega company like Don Mac, what can this Richard do "

" I know right but luckily he doesn't take action unless necessary"

Soon, they arrived at what seem to be another island entirely.the old man goes to describe this mansion as he shows Alex around.It was a sprawling estate, nestled on an island in am unknown hill, with a view of the ocean. A grand driveway leads up to the mansion, with perfectly manicured lawns and gardens on either side. The mansion itself is enormous, with luxurious amenities like a home theater, an indoor pool, and a wine cellar. The decor is lavish and opulent, with marble floors and crystal chandeliers. The grounds include a helipad, a tennis court, and a private beach. There's a huge pool with a waterslide, a hot tub, and a pool house with a full kitchen and bathroom.

There's also a tennis court, a basketball court, and a putting green. And for when you want to relax, there's a gazebo with a daybed, surrounded by lush gardens. Plus, there's a private beach, just a short walk from the house.he went further to show the living room It has floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a stunning view of the ocean, and a fireplace that's perfect for cozy nights in. There's a grand piano in the corner, and a wet bar with every kind of liquor you can imagine but for some reason they were all alcohol free, Alex found that to be wise as even he would have thrown them away if it wasn't but what was mainly in this bar was health drinks which made alex wonder if it should still be called a bar.

There's a huge kitchen island with marble countertops and top-of-the-line appliances. There's a walk-in pantry with every ingredient imaginable, and a wine fridge stocked with the finest vintages. The kitchen opens up to a dining room with a long, elegant table that seats 20 people. It's perfect for hosting lavish dinner parties.There was a large, luxurious bedroom, with a king-sized bed, silk sheets, and a view of the ocean. The ensuite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, and a vanity with a mirror that lights up. The walk-in closet is enormous, with racks and racks of designer clothes and shoes. Alex was literally getting his mind blown but still acted casual. Inspite of how big this island was Alex only found one butler, he was also middle aged and Alex was wondering just how old this man could be.

Alex also wondered if he was the one keeping everything in order but this old man simply said yes, Alex asked how but he simply said the human body is stronger and more capable than you think.

"Michael"

"Yes sir"

"Bring me my laptop" Mr. Old man said and he and Alex stayed in his room as Alex looked around, one might think he was in awe but a smart boy like Alex has been looking around for any exit… just in case

5min later, the butler Micheal came back with a white laptop and placed it in front of Alex and the mr.old man. the old man did some security procedures as he used his finger print and voice to open the laptop he also used his eye balls and a pin. The laptop was opened and mr.old man showed Alex everything he owns

Alex was shocked even for someone with such wisdom he did not expect it

10 mansions in every state of each country, 4 Pent-houses in every state of each country, 2 helicopters in each state with 7 private jet , 2 car hanger in every state of each country. 2 yacht in every state of each country, over 10 cars both sports car and businsss cars in each of his hanger . Alex was in awe as it was even save to say he has over 1000 house, cars and yacht. This mr.old man then went further to show Alex his bank and everything that he own, the moment Alex saw it he wasn't surprise as seeing this mr.old mans properties had made him have high expectations for his bank account and indeed he was not disappointed
