CHAPTER ONE:TWO YEARS AGO

The music wave hit me as I stepped inside the Club, with a face full of tears and a body full of bruises. I sat on a bar stool and received an awkward look from the attendant, which i ignored. I asked for a cup of strong wine which later turned to two, three, four five and then i lost count. I drank and drank untill i was drunk stupid.

Then whoa, i walked to the dance floor and flowed with the crowd, i went wild while dancing, i have never felt this alive and free before. Not knowing what happened after that, i found my self in an unfamiliar room. I tried remembering what happened but no luck, i turned around and i almost jumped out of the bed, there was a guy, i meant a deity because he was damn too beautifully hand some for this earth although i didn't see his face clearly but it was obvious how handsome he was. I almost got lost in his looks, but upon realising myself, i quietly came down from the bed and hastily put on my clothes i managed to find on the floor and left the room.

One Month later

"Miss, congrats, you are one month pregnant" The nurse informed her

"What?,are you serious?, Are sure you did not make a mistake? Amy out of shock questioned the nurse .

" Miss amy, The result are accurate and i'm sure that there is no mistakes" the nurse answered and then left to attend to other things.

During pregnancy, i received a call from an unknown number, upon picking it, a woman's voice sounded from the other side

"Are you miss amy? The voice came out in a rather warm and excited tone.

"Yes, but may i know who is speaking?" Amy asked.

"Who i am does not matter, but i am the grand mother of the child in your womb".

" Oh, so your the mother of the dei.. Man i slept with? Amy asked in an unusually unsurprised tone.

"Yes, i will like to lift the burden of the child of your shoulder, i will provide you with everything you will need during pregnancy and after the child is born, it will be brought back to it's father, what do you think? The lady asked in a calm voice

Amy remained quiet for some while before responding" Okay, but i am not selling my child, i'm only doing what i think is right after all i can't deprive it it's father"amy said in a very sad voice.

Nine months passed in a blink of an eye and the day of delivery came.

Upon giving birth to the child, The doctor informed me that the child has been given to the baby's father. I wasn't surprised as i've been informed when i was pregnant by the family of the deity i slept with. Although i don't know how he came to know of the pregnancy but i could trust my child with him because i knew he was rich. It was painful not to even hold her, but life had to go on. So i went on with my job.

BACK TO PRESENT "Miss amy" The girl called trying to bring amy back to the present.

"Oh, yes i'm sorry" Amy replied realising she had been lost in memories

"Here, this is a letter left for you" The girl said and then walked away

"What!!,i've been sacked? " Amy blurted it out of shock. She looked around and then saw the awkward stare from people and then left the company with tears flowing down her face.

"Hello, amy"

"A.. Ana" She called as her voice cracked before breaking down in tears

"Amy, what happened?," Ana questioned

"I was fi.re.d"she continued crying as she explained.

" Oh , my God, are you serious?, don't cry it's going to be alright okay. Why don't you come and meet me in my restaurant for a tea and have a talk" Ana said in comfort

Ana kept quiet for a while as she thought about it."okay, i'm coming right now " Amy said as she hanged up leaving the offiw

WRITERS POV

"Daddy, Daddy" The childish voice of lily who was barely two years sounded throughout the entire hall .

In a very large well furnished conference Hall located at the other end of the hall, A very handsome man who could mistaken for a deity from out of earth sat on a large office chair looking like a beautiful throne in front of a big and long table, and on the other end a very large screen and some graphs projected on in. He was on some paper with a very serious expression which he sometimes looked with interest or some times with a frown or displeasure on his face ,which was given to him by the person presently speaking. He some times raises his face to look at the large screen to see the graph changing once in a while to show the different analysis or outcome, but as he heard the childish voice of his one and only beautiful angel his face eased up as he looked at the door expectantly.
