"Hey, good morning," Juliette greeted him, a hint of surprise in her voice.
"What are you doing here by this time? And aren't you supposed to be abroad?" She asked, her brows furrowing with concern.
"Something came up and I flew in today, but I wanted to see you first before attending to any issue. I'll be flying back today, probably in the evening," Ryan explained, taking a seat beside her on her bed. Juliette sat up, a mixture of curiosity and excitement spreading across her face.
"Oh, really? What came up? Do you need help with it?" She asked, her voice laced with genuine concern.
"Not a job for my assistant, and besides, that's not important right now," Ryan replied dismissively, reaching out to hold her hand. Juliette couldn't help but smile at his gesture.
"I missed you," Ryan confessed, leaning in to kiss her passionately.
