Break up like me.

Austin is extremely pleased with his own quick thinking when Denise gets back to his office, but she tells him that the way he is looking after his own needs makes her uncomfortable. Denise says it's hurt her pride to get special treatment because of their relationship she asks him to let her keep taking care of things for him she's done for nine years.

Austin says he understands her point but he doesn't want her doing petty tasks... but she interrupts upset at his use of the word "pretty" . she says it's her job she takes pride in doing those task well that his words choice sounds like he doesn't respect what she does and hurts her feelings.

Austin looks taken back, he says that Denise is hurting his feelings too. He tells her that he did those task which weren't easy for him. Denise deflates a little but she asks him firmly not to do it again.

Denise says that this work she needs to draw a line between the personal and professional. She goes back to work and Austin admits to himself that everything she said was correct but he still feels bad about it.

Later Janet notice the icy atmosphere in the office. She assumes Denise is upset over Austin and ask if she can't apologies, but Denise says she didn't do anything to apologise for. Janet points out that Denise usually bends over backwards for Austin even when she hasn't done anything which makes Denise thinks.

Austin grumbles to Nathan that Denise is entirely too rational calling her over-workholic and Austin gently points out that Austin used to like those things about her. Ignoring him Austin just mutter that Denise doesn't understand men because she never dated . ( Nathan " Neither have you...")

Austin says he feels like she is turned a small problem into a huge disaster but Nathan says that happens in all relationship. He says that small misunderstanding turns into big problem then the relationship ends badly like his marriage.

Austin ask if he is cursing them when they just started dating and Nathan says dramaticly,"Austin ah , don't let the fight drag on for too long. If you do , you will break up like me." he is so pitifully.

Still concerned by what Janet said , Denise wounder why she used to apologise when she did nothing wrong but it's not so easy now. Austin ask awkwardly if his schedule is done for the day internally begging Denise to say they need to make up but she says he finished. hoping that he'll will suggest a talk over dinner. They end up leaving both of them hoping the other will speak up.

Janet arrives at her new apartment, the movers are almost finished so she grab her few things to help them. The only thing left is a fan , Vivan arrives a few minutes later he thinks the fan is abandoned so he takes it.
