Walked out

Lake calmly stared at Leon, his demeanor not giving away the anger he was feeling toward him.

"Can I speak with you? Privately?" He asked in a gentle voice, staring at Audrey.

Audrey shook her head, "You should leave, Mr. Aloha. I need to attend to my son," She replied, not looking at him.

Lake sighed, clenching his fists to keep himself from reaching for Audrey.

He couldn't do anything; she no longer wanted him there; with a curt nod, he walked out of her house and toward the car waiting outside for him.

Audrey watched as the gate slowly closed after Lake had driven away.

She couldn't lie to herself, she was hurt, very hurt.

She felt betrayed. So Lake had really gotten himself another woman?

It hurt, but it was fine; it was better that way; it meant he was moving on from her... who was she kidding? He's already moved on, and she wouldn't be surprised if she found out that Melody had already given Lake a child.
