I arrived home safely and Axel free.

"I'm home!" I shouted when I opened the door and stepped in.

"Finally!" I heard everyone say including Elena.

"Where were you? Did you forget we'll be starving when we come home and will need someone to prepare dinner?" Elenore questioned as she came out of the kitchen. "And how do you use this kitchen? I've been trying to work the stove for a while now but I don't know how to do it, it's broken." She complained.

"Well you better watch me now and learn it or else you'll starve more often. I might be coming home late and won't be able to prepare dinner for you all." I said to her but it was meant for everyone in general.

"So you mean we have to eat Elenore's cooking?" Father grumbled from wherever he was.

Elena suddenly ran towards me and hugged my legs. "Mama Rhoda!" She shouted. "You're back, please make dinner for us instead." She requested and smiled cutely at me pleadingly.
