It had been two weeks since Mia's downfall and the last time Kylie and Nathan both came across each other was two weeks ago, Kylie had kept herself busy and preoccupied with work for spring soon coming and Nathan had gone on a mission to the underworld.

Kylie and Julie had both gone on their shopping last Friday because Julie was also coming to her grandma's birthday as her plus one...and she had spent her weekends visiting uncle Creek, who was to be discharged on Monday.

Kylie sighed in frustration, she had been feeling weak for some days now and right now a headache was killing her...she wondered what was wrong with her recently, she neither had an appetite for food but always felt lazy and craved eating ice cream.

Dropping the file, she was reading she stood up from her desk and walked toward the refrigerator....opening it she took out a bowl of chocolate ice cream.....sat on the couch, and started drowning it down.

David walked into his boss's office, but could not find her sitting at her desk....turning his head to the couch..he found her sleeping peacefully without a care in the world about his much work was piling.. he guessed he had to do them by himself now...

Picking up the files on the desks, he walked out of his boss's office, Kylie who was the cause of his misery yawned in her sleep and positioned herself well.

Nathan sat and kept an expressionless face as he gazed at the man kneeling before him, soliciting forgiveness and not to be killed...

Nathan gazed at him with a bored look, he had gone on a mission the next day after Kylie had almost killed with a knife, or should he say with a raised member not satisfied, he was missing his dear Kylie who he had not seen for long which felt like year's....oh how he missed her silly blush and the way she dashed anytime she sees him....a smile curled across his lips.

Xander couldn't help but sigh for the ninth time that day, he felt his boss have been spacing out too much recently for the past two weeks....he wanted to know what was going on in his boss's head, stepping close to his boss he whispered

" Boss, someone's still pleading for mercy...here "

Nathan jolted out of his thoughts and cleared his throat....he gazed at the man pleading in front of him and picked up a knife, swinging his hand the knife twirled along with his motion and in one strike.. the knife pierced into the man on the floors shoulder and the man screamed out in pain.

" Please don't kill me, I will tell you who sent us " The man pleaded he didn't want to die like his 14 colleagues who were currently dead on the floor.

" Okay, who sent you and why did you smuggle illegal drugs into the country, " Nathan asked with a bored expression, he looked down at his gloves that were smeared with blood from different people.

" Mr penny sent us, he wanted us to smuggle the drug so he could provide them to someone which he did not tell us about " the man muttered shivering in fear for his life.

Nathan looked at him with an expressionless face and mumbled " Really "

" yes yes that's true" the man nodded his head in a quick motion, he didn't want to die now.

" I wonder why he would smuggle drugs into the country that too under my watch.....he surely wants death doesn't he now, " Nathan said with a grim expression on his face, gesturing to his men they took away the only man alive and he was left with Xander.

" What did you find Xander " Nathan asked as he took off his gloves and used the wet towel Xander handed to him to wipe off his hands.

" Boss, Mr penny isn't just working with any small company this time but he is currently working hand in hand with Green pharmaceutical whose current head is the man Liam Green," Xander said taking back the towel from his boss and handing it over to the attendant at the side.

" hmm.....Liam Green you say?? " Nathan asked with an expressionless gaze, it turned out that man was not clean after all.

" Yes," Xander nodded.

Nathan stopped walking and looked at the warehouse behind him " Burn down every last bit of drug in this warehouse and but down this land as well, send the heads of those dead men as a warning to Penny " he mumbled.

" Yes boss," Xander said and got to work immediately.

After several hours, Nathan walked out of his private jet and breath in the air of Chennai.....finally he was going to see his soon-to-be wife, climbing down the railing he was about to get into the car when he received a call.

Picking up the call, he mumbled a hello sound;

" Nathan I want you at the main mansion in 30 minutes, not a second late nor a second early " Grandpa Daniel said over the phone with an absolute tone.

Nathan groaned helplessly he wanted to go home to his wife and now this old man chose this time of time to disturb him

" I can't just come by morning instead I have somewhere to be right now " Nathan argued on the phone.

" I called your perky assistant and he said your schedule was free, so get your ass here....also you have 28 minutes left...bye grandpa Daniel said and ended the call.

" This old man should I just disown as my grandpa...he always knows the right time to infuriate me....ah all I wanted was to see my wife " Nathan muttered with a pout on his lips, talking to no one in particular.

Nathan was frustrated, should he just feed Xander to Fang and Spike or he fire him...he didn't know what to choose, so annoying...knocking at the driver's door he told the driver to get become known and sat in there by himself leaving both the driver and Xander behind.
