Baking Sale.

Shian thought about the bake sale again, and he asked to Andevan on what he should bake.

I was cleaning things off my inventory, when Shian asked me, "What should I bake?"

I saw four choices on my screen: eclairs, cupcakes, macaroons, and brownies.

I obviously chose cupcakes. Now I'm craving for some cupcakes. Should I order some?

"How about cupcakes?" Andevan said.

"Hmm, I did that on last year's bake sale."

"Éclairs?" Andevan said.

"Good idea!" Shian said.

Shian went to the kitchen to bake some eclairs. He hasn't baked eclairs before, but he can try.

He preheated the oven to 450F°, greased a cookie sheet, and set it aside.

Then he made the choux pastry for the eclair, baked it in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, reduced the heat to 325F° and baked until the bottom was hollow when lightly tapped. He set it aside to cool it down.

He made the filling, then came back to the cooled down choux pastry. He cut the top off, put in the filling, and replaced the top.

Then, the chocolate icing was made by melting chocolate and butter, and was drizzled on top of the eclairs.

It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to make 9 servings of eclairs.
