I was waiting in the room for the Black account manager. Soon a goblin entered the room . He was old, older than Sureclaw. This goes to show the status and pedigree of the Black family. I was quite astonished to see his jovial mood.

"Greetings Heir Black, may your enemies bleed and their gold become yours. I am Ruphuk, I am the Black account manager."

"Greetings Ruphuk, may your enemies fear your name and their gold join yours."

I knew about the goblin greeting so gave him a normal one. He was surprised for a bit but recovererd. He took out a black box, which contained the Black heir ring.

"This is the heir ring, you should wear it. Though the ring does choose a heir incase of more people, but since you are tge last capable heir it should not be a problem.Also the ring has binding magic, so it will be bound to you and give you help in the black magic, in which the Black family specializes in. The ring also has a mental barrier and will alert you in case of a legilemens attack."

"I picked up the ring and put it on my pinki finger of the left hand. The stone on the ring shined for a bit and the ring resized itself."

Ruphuk's eyes shined for a moment, and then he explained,

"You truly are an exceptional mage. The stone only shines when the magic it receives is from someone with extreme capabilities."

I sighed. This was becoming a thing between me and magical artefacts. Well nothing I can do about it till I complete the ritual. He then produced some documents which i signed.

"Heir Black, since you are underage you will have to chose a reagent to gain access to tge main vault. Though the trust vault does have 2000G for every year of your age."

He then showed me a parchment counting our bank balance

I was amazed by the amount of money and this does not include the boos, jewels and artefacts. Now i asked the million dollar question.

"Is there a way i can access the properties without the reagent?"

He was surprised, but gave me a toothy smile and replied,

"You can access the properties as a form of inspection, but you will have to get a reagent within a month otherwise the wizengamont will be notified."

This was acceptable, I already had a plan. So, now i it was time for the ritual.

"Thats good i will get a reagent within a month, until then i would like to access the Black manor."

And now i was the rich heir i always wanted to be. Though i had to go through a lot to get here. For the first time i felt peace. Now time for part 2.
