Chapter 48: Stand back, leave this to me

Fortunately, Irina's sliding motion allowed her to slip under the troll and end up behind it just before the club fell. 

"Bombarda!"

While running out of the bathroom, she did not forget to turn back and attack the troll's backside with a Blasting Curse.

Irina was about to collapse. 

Hearing this, Harry and Ron looked at each other and nodded.

Although Hermione's Freezing Charms were not as powerful as Irina's, their goal was not to freeze the troll or kill it, but to slow it down until a professor arrived.

The black-haired boy had dark red eyes, and there seemed to be a dark red glow flickering at the ends of his hair. His eyes were staring intently at her.

"Stand back, leave this to me." 

Lynn said lightly, and walked towards Irina.

Bloody holes appeared on the troll's body. These golden beams seemed unusual. There was a golden energy corroding the troll's flesh from the bloody holes, expanding the troll's injuries.
