The next day both Amelia and Regulus come out of their room dressed up for their first day of school and when they entered the common room, They found that no one was there except the lady Hogwarts who was smiling at them.

Both of them become confused and Regulus asked Lady Hogwarts," Where are three of them? are they still sleeping till this time?"

Lady Hogwarts give a grandmotherly smile and said while she shook her head," if you want to find them then both of you will have to go to the newly made training room."

Both of them again become confused but still went to the training room from which they were able to hear the sounds of BANG! BOOM!.

Both of them entered the room with anxiousness but as soon as they entered the training room, they become shocked because both of them saw Severus fighting Lily and Hope using the high-level KI techniques and Ninjutsu their parents use to fight their enemies some times, they sometimes got opportunities to watch their fights because of in present dark lord is at his peak right now.

The trio felt the arrival of Regulus and Amelia so they stop in the middle and Lily said with a cheerful smile on her face," Good morning, are both of you ready for the first day of school?"

Amelia nodded and greeted her with a smile and Regulus just nodded in return. After both of them, answer Lily's greetings both Severus and Hope also greeted them in their own ways like Hope greeted them with a stiff expression while Severus just nodded to which Regulus also replied with a nod.

The girls looked at the two boys with weird expressions but immediately ignore them and Amelia asked Hope," Where did you learn these skills without coming to school? did Severus's mom teach three of you?"

Hope shook her head and said," No Severus's mom is good at magic or potions not in other magics so she can't teach us."

Amelia with a curious look," Then who taught three of you."

Hope smiled and said," Not three of us but it was Severus who teach me and Lily from the age of 6 and I have to tell you that it was a hell in the name of training, which made us able to come this far in such a short time."

Amelia was shocked by this answer and Regulus who was standing beside her was also shocked by Hope's answer and looked at Severus who silently standing near the window enjoying the breeze coming from Black lake.

To Hope and Lily's surprise, Regulus asked," How much did he teach both of you."

Lily replied," we can defeat 7th years from both Ninja and Ki academies and we can also cast spells till 5th year without chant."

Regulus and Amelia again become shocked by her reply and looked towards Severus and made a downcast expression. Hope noticed Amelia's expression and asked," What happened? why are you looking so disappointed?"

Amelia," Three of you are way more ahead of us and the difference between us is incomparable."

Lily to cheer them up," it is okay, Severus said that we have a high-level talent in our fields and any other person won't be able to reach our level in such a short time."

Hearing her words both Regulus and Amelia become more downcast and Hope on the side just facepalm herself and Severus just chuckled at the side.

Hope with a sigh," Do you think that was supposed to cheer up them."

Lily with an innocent expression, "wasn't that, I thought that will make them feel better."

Severus come to them and said," That wasn't and it is already time to go dining hall so both of you should go and get ready *Severus turned towards Amelia and Regulus and said* if both of you want to learn and don't have a problem to accept someone of your age as your teacher then both of you can join us from tomorrow."

Regulus and Amelia looked at him with surprise and nodded in agreement.

After some time five of them come to the great hall and saw that students from other houses were already having breakfast and all of them went to a round table in the middle of the table of four houses and sit on it.

Soon house-elves served breakfast and they start having breakfast, suddenly in the middle of eating Dumbledore stood up from his chair and said," Students today I want to make a very important announcement which is related to the new department we have decided to establish at Hogwarts."

All students looked up from their plates towards Dumbledore and Astarots were the same as everyone and when Dumbledore found that he got everyone's attention he said," we have been receiving reports of students getting bullied by seniors very frequently so after very much consideration we have decided to establish a student council which will

do the work of maintaining the security of students and also work as a team which will do arrangements for every festival at Hogwarts."

Everyone becomes surprised by this sudden announcement and the whole great hall was filled with sounds of students talking voices Dumbledore said while increasing his voice with a spell," Now now please be silent."

Everyone again become silent and Dumbledore said," I know what are you thinking, it will certainly affect their time of study but we will also grant them some special privileges like

1 they will be able to use magic freely in the Hogwarts corridors.

2 They will be able to skip classes according to their own choices and reasons but they will have to participate in the tests as they are important to check your current understanding of the subject.

3 they will have the right to exit their dormitory or roam freely after night curfew.

4 They will also have the right to go to other floors of Hogwarts castle hence, will be able to know more secrets of Castle.

5 they will be able to have the right to visit Hogsmeade one more time each year.

6 the President of the student council will be able to add one rule of his choice every year but it should be approved by heads of two houses.

7 They will also have the right to enter the restricted area of the Hogwarts Library without the teacher's permission but for 2 hours a day.

That's all I hope these privileges will be made up for the time which is consumed because of the work of student council."

Every student in Great Hall become shocked by this announcement and was excited about how the Professors will choose the members of the council but suddenly Akio put cold water on their dreams.

Akio said with a smile," The members of the student council can not be chosen from the former four houses as it will be wrong to other houses and even we choose members from four houses combined then they won't be able to work in harmony so the student council members will the House of Astarot."

All of the students looked at Akio with disbelief especially the Slytherin and the member's house of Astarot even more shocked but suddenly started to celebrate except Severus who have knowing look on his face.

Then suddenly Severus put down the knife and fork in his hand and said to the three headmasters while isolating his voice from others so only three of them can hear it.

Severus asked," Headmasters I and my house members have done their breakfast so can we talk in private if you don't have anything more to announce."

The three headmasters looked towards Severus with smiles that were looking fake and nodded.

Severus stand up from his seat and gestured everyone to follow him and other members also followed him out of the great hall with a confusing look while the other four houses looked at their leaving figures with resentment.
