Deck Chronicle : Checking the points

Raymond's eyes slowly opened, the drowsiness of sleep giving way to the awareness of a new day. As he pushed back the covers, he swung his legs over the edge of the bed and stretched his muscles, feeling the tension from the previous day dissipate.

With purposeful steps, he made his way to the bathroom, where the sound of running water greeted him. The steam from the shower enveloped the room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Raymond undressed and stepped under the cascading water, feeling its rejuvenating touch on his skin.

As the water flowed over him, he allowed his thoughts to drift away, focusing solely on the sensation of the warm droplets against his body. The rhythmic patter of water provided a soothing soundtrack, washing away not only physical grime but also the residual stress and fatigue that clung to him.

With each passing moment, the heat of the water seeped into his muscles, easing any lingering soreness and invigorating his senses. Emerging from the shower, Raymond wrapped a towel around his waist and moved to a comfortable spot in his room. He sat cross-legged on a cushion, his back straight, and closed his eyes. 'Ra ... You never told me , but i feel that my wounds are healing , thou they will leave a mark , why is that' Asked raymond while he meditate as he had seen himself in the mirror and the wounds are healing

'OH ... that, i should probably explain it better' Said ra as he was confortable in his "pet mode" as raymond call it and he was in the top of raymond`s head

'As you made a contract with me you gain things as i mutate when i had come here and many of my things either changed or dissapeared' Explained Ra

' So here are the things that mutated or are new:

- You have thermal vision

- You have temperature sensing ( if the temperature change withing your radious, you notice it)

- You have fire generation

- You have fire inmunity

- You have fire affinity

- You have a space affinity

- You have a curiously time affinity i may add' Finished Ra explaining all under Raymond`s shocked face

'WAIT.... , wait could you explain better?!' Thought Raymond

'*Sigh* I will explain one by one so listen carefully' Stated Ra

' You have regeneration as you know one of the characteristics of the phoenix is to rebirth from the ashes ,so after making the contract ... magic got involve in the equation and that characteristic from rebirth was heavily nerfed and transformed into regeneration

The next one will be thermal vision , i´ll be honest with you i have no fuck*** clue about that , the only theory that comes to my mind is that after the contract and the inclusion of magic your tetrachromatism evolve to something related with my element that affected your affinities

With fire generation as you Homo Magi can do it alone, the benefict of that is that the fire you generate will be more potent as you grow physically and magically , and it cost much less magic that using one conjuring magic

You have fire inmunity because when you were tortured, my energy was unlocked and well... we both know how much you hated that part , the good news is that your magic made your body inmune to fire due to that or because my affinity is fire you are and certainly not damage by that element

Space affinity as it is mention is simple as you had seen my previous avatars teleport around the field , it´s appear that this skill mutate with me to become an affinity

And lastly the most awesome of all ( i may add) time affinity , it´s appear that my time vent created an affinity for you , very ,very interesting

So what can you do ?, you may ask

It´s simple you can see the past events and how much will depend on your strenght , kind of like assasins creed syndicate scene reconstruction

' I ... see , very well all of them are pretty interesting , it´s possibilities really are very interesting' Conclude raymond

After a few moments of deep reflection, Raymond slowly opened his eyes, feeling a renewed sense of calculation and possibilities . He rose from his meditation cushion, the warmth from within now radiating outward, ready to face the challenges of the day ahead.

With a towel draped over his shoulder, he moved with an objetive, ready to seize each moment and embrace the heat of his journey. As he stepped into the world outside his room, he carried with him the lessons learned in the shower and in the depths of his meditation—a reminder that even in the face of adversity, he possessed the strength to persevere.
