THE PERFECT NECROMANCY

[Hogsmeade]

"Why the heck did you attack me?" Ryan tilted his head toward the new arrivals as he asked that black-haired young man. He noticed the Gryffindor robe on that guy. He glanced at the other two. One of them was wearing the same Gryffindor robe. He was wearing glasses and had black hair. The third one was a young girl with dark red hair and bright green irises. She also had the same robe as them.

'Ah! The trio. Sirius Black, James, and Lily,' He thought as their physical appearance perfectly matches the Harry Potter novel description.

Sirius Black pointed his wand at Ryan as he glared at him, "Why did you kill them all? Shouldn't you have at least kept two alive for questioning?"

Ryan shrugged his shoulders, "Well... They spoiled my awesome morning and killed the villagers, and you people were nowhere to be seen... So, what do you expect me to do? Defend against what forty or fifty dark wizards spamming curses with the hope of you slowpoke showing up? No thanks... Besides, they did spill a name before dying. But since I saved everyone's asses and yet you attacked me..." He pointed his wand at Sirius Black. "...shouldn't you apologize first?"

Sirius Black frowned hearing Ryan calling him slowpoke, but he chose to ignore that part as he lowered his wand and bowed slightly, "Sorry for attacking you... I hope you can understand the situation, you took down an entire army alone, and that's a feat, not a single wizard can do unless they are..."

James and Lily too lowered their wands but were still on their feet.

Before he could continue, Ryan completed Sirius's words, "On par with Dumbledore or the Dark Lord?"

Sirius nodded slightly, "Yeah. So, pardon my suspicion..."

"Nah! It's alright. By the way, I am Ryan. You must be Sirius Black and these two should be James Potter and Lily Evans, right? The Order of Phoenix, Dumblebore's army to counter that freak of nature," Ryan greeted them as he introduced himself.

"Yes... How do you know us? Who exactly are you?" Lily narrowed her eyes as she asked Ryan. Although she lowered her wand, she was still cautious.

"I just told you my name. I'm Ryan, an ordinary furniture maker. As for how I know of you people, well, that's a trade secret. Besides, I doubt you people have the time to worry about me," Ryan pointed his finger toward the sun that was slowly getting covered by a dark shadow. The morning light was blocked as if someone cast the dark charms on the sun itself.

James gasped as he saw the dark shadow covering the morning sun. Lily paled as goosebumps rose all over Sirius's skin. The three of them understood the meaning behind this phenomenon.

"We need to inform the Headmaster immediately," James uttered.

In the sky, the dark mark appeared as it floated above the village. It was none other than the symbol of fear... The skull with a snake protruding from its mouth... The symbol of the Dark Lord. The shadowy apparatus appeared in the sky. There were too many of them.

Ryan whistled as he looked at that dark mark, "Here they come..." He waved his wand, erecting pillars and walls around the village. If they were to fight against another wave, he gotta control his power, or else the new arrivals might get caught up and end up dying. "What the heck are you waiting for? Run if you want to run, take cover if you want to fight. Choose one instead of standing with those baffled mugs."

"Dumbledore must have noticed that. But why isn't he or the others here yet?!" Lily questioned with a grim expression as she and the other two took cover behind the new walls.

"Isn't it obvious? Hogsmeade isn't the only way to get into Hogwarts. Some of these bastards must have infiltrated Hogwarts back then, taking advantage of the chaos. They went in as refugees and if I'm not wrong. Dumbledore and the others got their hands full. So, here's what we are going to do. We'll stop the reinforcement here and kill them all as fast as possible, then we'll go to Hogwarts. Sounds good?" Ryan explained as he too hid behind the wall.

Sirius clenched his fist as he gritted his teeth, "You're right..."

"But how do we take out so many Death Eaters? There are just too many of them. Just four of us won't be able to defeat them all, forget even delaying them for five minutes," Lily voiced her worries as she knew the number disparity very well.

"That's where I come in. But, my service isn't for free," Ryan grinned as he glanced at Sirius, James, and Lily.

"What do you want?" James narrowed his eyes as he sensed Ryan's gaze upon him.

"Well," He looked up the wall and saw hundreds of dark wizards if not more, descending from apparition. Ryan then turned his gaze back to James, Sirius, and Lily as he continued, "...Considering there are over a hundred of them and four of us. Our survival chances are as good as zero unless I use my special magic, and it's kinda creepy. So, swear to keep it a secret and I will save us all. Deal?"

Sirius frowned hearing Ryan's explanation, 'Special Magic?'

Lily gulped as she looked at James who stared at Ryan without blinking.

"Ok. We'll keep it a secret. You can also use Obliviate after the battle ends if you want," James agreed to Ryan's deal as he trusted his instinct which told him Ryan was a good person, and considering the fact that he took down the first army, he might just surprise them again.

"Alright!" Ryan placed his palm on the ground.

'Vincula Umbra' He used the restrain chains on the dead bodies and wands that were lying around the village and pulled them into a single place. A heap of dead bodies formed in the middle of the village.

Those dark mages were about to break through the walls, but seeing the creepy scene in front of them, they halted their steps as confusion spread among them.

"What the hell?"

"How the heck are these dead bodies moving? Someone is dragging them in the middle!" One of them exclaimed.

"Careful everyone. Look. They are the first reinforcement. All dead!" A woman's voice echoed in the air as she warned the others.

While the dark mages and Death Eaters were debating their next move. Sirius, James, and Lily felt a shiver down their spines. A suffocation feeling assaulted them as goosebumps rose all over their body. Sirius almost threw up while Lily staggered backward as she paled. Only James managed to stay conscious without much of side effects from Ryan's spell.

Ryan caught Lily, "Wow! Careful now. You don't want to miss the nice show happening in front of us." He helped Lily steady herself as he pointed at the heap of dead bodies.

"What are you planning with the dead?" She whispered as she suppressed her urge to vomit.

Ryan chuckled hearing Lily, "Watch and find out."

He pointed his wand at the heap, "Servitium Mortuorum!"

A burst of violet mist swept over the village. The terrible stench of rotten corpses filled the air. Sirius, Lily, and James pinched their nose as they held their breath. The dark mages and Death Eaters were stunned for a brief moment as they were engulfed by the violet mist.

In the mist, the heap of dead bodies began to react to the mist. They stood up one by one like zombies coming out of their graves. Their bones snapped into position as dried flesh attached to their skeletons. Blood vessels sprouted from their dry veins as blood pumped into their body once again. They picked up their wands and lined up before the wall.

"What in the seven hells!?"

"Are they undead?"

"Who cast this dark spell?!"

Voices of horror resounded among the dark mages and Death Eaters as they witnessed something straight out of a horror movie.

"Dark Magic?!" Sirius looked at Ryan with a grim expression.

"Inferius!" Lily mumbled under her breath.

[The Inferius is a corpse that has been reanimated by a Dark wizard's spells. It is not alive, it is merely used like a puppet to do the wizard's bidding.]

"You are related to Grindelwald?!" Sirius asked as he grabbed his wand tightly.

"Oh, no. Don't compare those kids' magic with mine, and no, I am not related to that failure. This is perfect Necromancy. Unlike the ones you have heard and the one The Dark Lord is using to raise an army of Inferius," Ryan pointed his wand at the dark wizards, "...My undeads are a hundred times tougher and they retain their intelligence."

He stood up and jumped over the wall.

"Go, kill them all..."

"KILL THEM! ATTACK!" The dark wizards roared, unleashing torrents of curses.

Thus, the real battle of the First Wizarding World began...

AN: Yeah, yeah, I know, this chapter was a bit rushed and rough around the edges.

From what I found, people during the wizarding war was kinda desperate to get married and get laid with their loved ones, because they didn't know when they would die or who will win the war.
