22 'Gifts part 2'

As their family members went to their own rooms to practice the technique given by edward, he slowly made his way towards filch room.

When he reached his allotted room, he stopped for a minute pondering whether to give this simplified version to him or not to him.

KNOCK

After thinking sometime, he decided to give filch and in return he will to rope him to their family side.

"Mr. Filch can you open the door please, i want to have a conversation with you." Edward asked after knocking twice.

"Mr. Kimsely, please come inside." Filch opened his room door, soon after he heard edwards voice and invited him to come inside.

Edward also didn't stand on any formalities and directly went inside, before sitting on the chair near the bed of filch. After sitting, he also indicated filch to sit on the bed and started talking.

"Mr. Filch, I am going to tell you something and will also give you something that you will never forget in your life. But, before that i want an oath from you that this conversation will never leak outside or to another person except us two. Of course, if it was me who tell others you will be free from this oath. All i need is a oath from you and its not any magical oath, its just oral oath, as i have full belief in your character."

Hearing this filch was very surprised and looked a bit suspicious about what edward is upto.

"I will promise to you Mr. edward, i will never let anyone about this conversation. Unless you announce it yourself."

Filch simply said but he has a very firm character that will follow rules all the time. Even if its just normal oath, he will consider it as though his life is on the line. Edward also happy to hear this and looked at filch for further checking and used his trademark skill.

'Observato'

What he saw on filch's sea of consciousness is same as last time, a dull violet colored core. But its size is actually on the same league of orange colored core. His interest in filch is piqued from this state.

He wants to what will happen to filch core when he activates his core. He considers this as his research and started planning on different things, if its going to be successful.

"Mr. filch, i will give you this manual and you need to according to the manual mentioned. By doing this, there is a chance that you may awaken your magic. So please practice it here in my house for 2 days, as it is still holidays at hogwarts and i will instruct you on some pointers."

Saying that, he took out a manual from the bag he carried and gave it to filch.

Filch on the other hand looked quite dumb after hearing that he can awoke his magic. The look on filch face made edward really amusing. He was dazed for a few seconds and looked at edwards with a gaze that have myriad of feelings.

"Don't be emotional Mr. filch. Even though i am helping you on this, i am not helping it for absolutely free. If you can really awaken the magic core of yours, you need to take a oath that when my kimsely family is needed of your service, you have to help us out."

Edward said his purpose and stood up, as he want to leave. But he waited for filch response.

"Mr. edward, if i were to really able to use magic, i will definitely will do anything that your family needs. Except, to act against hogwarts, as i have already taken oath there."

"Naturally!! Mr. filch start practicing that manual from now itself, so that we may be able to the see the results in two days."

After saying that, edward took his leave and directly went to his room and slept.

In the following two days, all his friend families and his friends took their leave. As, edward already told them that he was taking leave for a week.

Only filch stayed until the second day end and he practiced like he was a madman. Edward also sitting on the side, looking at filch with a exciting expression. He had already used his observato spell and checking filch's core continuously.

After a day, he gave filch that technique, filch core became light violet color indicating that he finally became a magician.

After feeling the magic flowing in his old body filch jumped up and down like a child who found out that he was going to his play ground. Still, edward asked him to continue with his practice.

After practicing for another day, filch core is now in level 4 violet color.

"From this observation!! I am certain now, that atmost in two months filch will likely to reach orange color core. As this is a proved fact, i can finally start my plan and......"

After thinking upto that point, he looked at filch with exciting look on his face.

"Mr. edward, this grace from you will never be forgotten by this old bones." After saying that he tried to bow towards edward, but edward took stopped hi with his hands and said,

"You have already vowed to stand by my family side Mr. filch. As an elder of a family how can you bow to your juniors?" Edward said with a serious expression on his face.

Filch also looked at serious look on edward and smiled kindly, before taking his leave. Edward also went inside his family to check on their progress.
